In Reports -> Audit in column for ID, there is 0, when action is created or updated.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new action
2. Update this action
3. Delete this action
4. Go to Reports -> Audit

Result: For create and update operations ID is "0", for delete operation ID is "<ID of action>"
Expected: ID colum should show ID of affected action.

Also for actions - Description and details column content is different from the one for same actions for host. Maybe it should be updated as well.
