An 87-year-old female presented with a severe venous ulcer. The wound measured 11 cm in length and 4 cm in width with exposed tendon and heavy exudate. After 4 applications of dCHPM, the wound was completely resolved.

A 58-year-old female presented with a Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) on the plantar aspect of her right heel. The wound had failed previous therapies for approximately 2 years prior to the use of lyophilized dCHPM allografts. The wound was completely resolved after just 2 applications of dCHPM.
