The player from Brazil had reported that she hadn't received the promised welcome bonus after her initial deposit at BETANDYOU Casino. Despite the casino's claim that her deposit was insufficient, she had provided proof that she had met the requirements. The casino eventually credited the bonus to her account, but she had expressed dissatisfaction with their customer service. We had concluded that the casino had resolved the issue by crediting the bonus, and thus had closed the complaint.
Igračica iz Brazila je prijavila da nije dobila obećani bonus dobrodošlice nakon njenog početnog depozita u BETANDIOU kazinu. Uprkos tvrdnji kazina da je njen depozit nedovoljan, ona je pružila dokaz da je ispunila uslove. Kazino je na kraju pripisao bonus na njen račun, ali je ona izrazila nezadovoljstvo njihovom uslugom za korisnike. Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Was this your first ever deposit in the casino? Is there any proof of your deposited amount - deposit history either from the casino or the payment provider?
Da, priložio sam ga uz žalbu, ali mislim da je došlo do greške.
Juče sam pronašao veb lokaciju, tako da je to bio prvi dan kada sam joj pristupio.
Već sam potvrdio svoju e-poštu i telefon, KIC je bio u toku.
A evo i priznanice o mom depozitu.
Na kraju su mi pripisali bonus, ali sam i dalje veoma nezadovoljan i neću ga više koristiti, a takođe ga neću nikome preporučiti.
Već sam imao slične probleme, ali svaki drugi tim za podršku je bio bolji nego ovog puta. Možda sam razgovarao sa robotom – zaista se nadam da jesam – ali bilo je JASNO da je veb lokacija rekla jedno, poštovao sam sva pravila i nisam dobio bonus. Greška nije bila na meni! Bio u društvu!! I iako sam svaki put dobijao isti odgovor... Evo nekoliko primera (na portugalskom su, izvini)
Tako da sam morao da provedem skoro 2 sata da bih dobio nešto što je bilo očigledno. Pokušavam da ubedim ljude koji su trebali da pomognu da sam u pravu... osećam se kao da činim neki zločin ili pokušavam da ih prevarim za 10 evra??? Šta je to!
To je bio prvi put da sam se osetio uvređenim od strane tima za podršku kazina i nadam se da se to nikada više neće ponoviti.
Yes, I had attached it on the complain but I think it got error.
I found the website yesterday, so that was the first day I accessed it.
I had already validated my email and phone, KYC was in progress.
And here is the receipt from my deposit.
In the end they credited me the bonus, but I am still very unsatisfied and won't use it anymore and also won't recommend it for nobody.
I have already has similar problems but every other support team was better than this time. I might had been talking to a robot - I really hope I was - but it was CLEAR that the website said one thing, I followed all the rules and did not get the bonus. The error was not on me! Was on the company!! And even though I got the same answer time after time... Here are some examples (they are in portuguese, sorry)
So I had to spend almost 2 hours in order to receive something that was obvious. Trying to convince people that were supposed to help that I was right... feeling like I was committing some crime or trying to scam them for like, 10 EUR??? What is that!

I thought their bonus was really worth and that's why I joined the casino... my plan was to keep using there, their full welcome package, + I thought it seemed very professional.... but.. "beauty is only skin deep"
Takvi problemi se mogu pojaviti bilo kada u bilo kom kazinu, ali sve dok je kazino kreditirao depozit, u osnovi nisu uradili ništa loše. Sada ćemo zatvoriti žalbu iz gore navedenog razloga što je vaš bonus primljen.

Such issues may occur anytime at any casino but as long as the casino credited the deposit, they did nothing wrong basically. We will be now closing the complaint for the above mentioned reason that your bonus was received.
