I am a postdoctoral researcher in Tilmann Gneiting's Computational Statistics Group at Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies. Previously, I was a substitute professor of econometrics at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Goethe University Frankfurt, where I also completed my PhD in 2021.
My fields of interest are econometrics and statistics. I develop statistical methods and underlying theory for practical problems. In particular, I work on forecast and model evaluation, forecasting, uncertainty quantification, dependence measures and time series analysis.
