Currently, I am a Post-Doctoral Associate Researcher at the University of Luxembourg and the Department of Economics and Management, and a Research Associate at the University of Macedonia in Greece. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Economic Analysis and Policy from the University of Ioannina and the Department of Economics. My research interests are quite broad and expand in a number of fields involving primarily Applied Macroeconomics, Institutional Economics, Identity Economics, and Economics of European Integration, Political Economy and as secondary research interests Cultural Economics, Socio-Economic Demographics and Survey Data Analysis. Last, I am a member at the ECFIN-JRC-ARC Research Network of the European Commission, the Institutional and Organizational Economics Academy (formerly known as ESNIE), the Danish Society for Economic and Social History and the European Economic Association.
