Tczew ([tt͡ʂɛf] (listen), Kashubian: Dërszewò; formerly German: ) is a city on the Vistula River in Eastern Pomerania, Kociewie, northern Poland. In 2009, about 60,279 people lived here. The city played a key role in the Invasion of Poland during World War II.
