Just a simple dish to share…fried fish. Simple but yummy! 🙂
Not easy to fried a fish hoh…especially till golden colour. Don’t believe you try it yourself… 😀
Mrs Kho, I have a tip for you, to perfectly fry fish till goldern brown with its skin still intact. Make sure the frying oil must be HOT follow by a little of salt (this is the secret!) then slowly put it the fish….try it!
