If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

My product has arrived, but it does not work. What do I do?
If your product was ordered by mistake and/or is incompatible with your Pro-Lite, Inc. sign, or if you received a defective product, please contact us at (714) 668-9988 x1007 or customerservice@pro-lite.com stating the reason for your return, and we can begin the return process for you. We will issue either a replacement or a refund for your product.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee + additional shipping fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been processed, you can expect a refund to your account within 7 days. Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment.
