Eksoribonukleaza II (EC 3.1.13.1, ribonukleaza II, ribonukleaza Q, BN ribonukleaza, Escherichia coli ekso-RNaza II, RNaza II, eksoribonukleaza, 5'-eksoribonukleaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom '.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Eksonukleolitičko razlaganje u 3'- ka 5'- smeru čime se formiraju nukleozid 5'-fosfati
Ova enzim preferentno deluje na jednolačanu DNK.
