Head coach

Jagoba Arrasate had a ten-year playing football career primarily in lower leagues within the Basque Country, retiring in 2007 at age 29 after stints with clubs including Eibar B, Portugalete, and Amorebieta. Arrasate then began his coaching career right after retiring from playing, initially managing amateur teams before mobbing to Real Sociedad in 2010 to coach youth teams. He was promoted to the first team as an assistant in 2012 and became head coach in 2013, leading them to the UEFA Champions League group stage. After being sacked in 2014, he managed Numancia and Osasuna, achieving La Liga promotion and a Copa del Rey final with the latter. In June 2024, he signed a three-year deal to manage Mallorca in La Liga.
