These men and women are unsung hero's! They go out and put their lives on the line to keep our communities safe! Out here in Montana, there have been a couple who have given their lives this year to keep us safe! Take a moment to thank a firefighter...They simply do not get enough credit! August 2017

When we see a wildfire, our first response is to put it out. For decades, the Forest Service has done just that when it came to wildland fires. But science has changed the way we think about wildland fire and the way we manage it.
