All you need is - 
🍥1/2 cup rawa (Sooji / Semolina)
🍚1/2 cup rice flour
🌾1/4 cup whole wheat flour (Chapati Flour)
💦2 & 1/2 cups water (+ 1/4 cup if the batter is still not watery enough) 
🍶1 1/2 tbsp dahi / yoghurt
🫛1 green chilli, chopped
🧅1/2 onion, fine chopped (Optional) 
🥓1/2 tsp jeera
▪️1/2 tsp crush / cracked black pepper
🍀2 & 3 tbsp chopped coriander
🫚1/2 tsp grated ginger
Salt
🥥1 tbsp grated coconut (optional) 
🛢️1/2 tsp oil for each dosa 

This will make about 10 to 12 8-inch Dosas

 Instant Ravappam Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soaked poha (flattened rice)
- 1 cup rava (semolina)
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 1 sachet Eno
- Oil for pan frying

Method:
1. In a mixer grinder, combine soaked poha, whole-wheat flour, rava, curd, water, and salt. Grind until you get a smooth batter.
2. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to develop the flavors.
3. Just before cooking, add the Eno sachet to the batter and mix well.

•1tbsp buttee
•1/2 cup finely chopped spinach 
•1/2cup boiled corn
•1tbsp whole wheat flour
•1cup milk
