Run Workout: Speed Fatigue Get well warmed-up well and don't forget those drills! Jog for 1min before Sprinting as fast as possible and only stop when you feel yourself slowing down. Then walk for at least 2-3mins before repeating. Complete at least 8 reps. This is great if you are following the 80/20 protocol of training. This can be part of your high intensity 20%. Enjoy!
