Event Theming

With a tropical theme, this one-of-a-kind Four Seasons Bat Mitzvah featured bold colors, unique lighting, and an over-the-top dessert bar. Bamboo, lush palms, scenic uplighting, and tropic music playing as guests entered the floral pineapple and bird lined entranceway of the Four Seasons Ballroom. Paulette Wolf Events created a lively space incorporating a fruit-filled hallway, oranges throughout, and a large colorful focal bar anchored at the center of the cocktail space.

To create a Rio Carnival theme we dressed the ceiling with hundreds of metres of bunting, ribbon and flags, while on the ground, Brazilian dance troops with feathered headdresses and sequinned costumes paraded between a sea of brightly coloured tables which were dressed with a number of Carnival themed table centres. From illuminated LED palm trees and arrangements of bird of paradise and palms, to coloured candelabra and rotating ribbon chandeliers, guests were fully emerged in the theme.
