Pecking order quilt

Theresa made this lovely Pecking Order quilt, pattern by Missouri Star Quilt Co. She used a Moda line called Stiletto which I have a Jelly Roll of hiding in my stash. Hummm now that I see how great it looks in my living room I think need to make a quilt with it next! :) I quilted it with the Come Dance with Me pantograph which fills in the light background so nicely. This super simple block has always been attractive to me. An excellent beginners block, it's just a snowballed 2.5" 9n a 5" charm. Jenny at Missouri Star calls the design "pecking order" and has a great tutorial. Super cute, quick and easy quilt ... after making the courthouse steps, I just needed an easy one ... and it was easy ... but the quilt wall was a must on this one ... or a lot of floor space. ... I got it done though ... and the top stitching is super cute

I recently cleaned out my “stash” and realized that I love blue and white more than any other color combination, so I will be making a collection to keep in my guest room – which has a blue and white theme. This quilt pattern is from MSQC and is called “Pecking Order.
