Design studio Davidpompa has revamped its showroom in Mexico City to include a rich collage of the local materials featured in its products.

EST Lighting was founded by trio Ted Smyth, Sevan Mirzaian and James Zagari with a passion for contemporary architectural and decorative lighting. The Australian brand offers practical lighting tools with thoughtfully selected decorative pieces proudly representing some of the world’s leading international lighting manufacturers including pieces from Australia’s top lighting designers.

Light + Building 2016

Plié Plissé Light by Lukas Bazle is inspired by the kinetic movements found in nature. This kinetic design has an adjustable cellular pleated shade that lets you choose the intensity and direction of the light. Unfolded, the light is soft and diffused. Perfect for (dinner) parties and lighting your whole room up. Fold the shade in and the lamp shines downwards and more intense, making it easier to work or read a book. As if dancing, Plié Plissé Light moves along with the rhythm of your day.
