During the depths of winter, I tend to spend a lot of time in my cozy, warm home watching movies. Since it's been downright frigid the past few weeks, I've spent some serious quality time on my sofa. One of the movies I got happily sucked into recently was Casino—I remembered that Sharon Stone did an amazing acting job (after all, she was nominated for an Oscar for it) but I forgot how incredible she looked.

Watched one of my favorite films the other night: Martin Scorcese's Casino. The film is simultaneously gleaming and lush in texture, foreboding in tone, and banal in subject matter, with Scorcese's signature extraordinary attention to period details.
