Paying homage to the oyster and wine culture, Pearl is designed to bring elevated escapism to mainstay CBD diners. Inspired by the two of life’s most worthy moments, Chablis and Oysters, BrandWorks interior design intent was to take patrons on a journey of education, discovery, and specialty, sharing a love for the dry minerality of Chablis married with the creamy oceanic experience of Oysters.
