Flaevour’s Epic Mortadella Sandwich is a twist on the Italian classic, both cold and hot, combining mortadella, British cheddar and French brie, butter-sauteed mushrooms, pickles, tomato and one of the best ingredients to add to any sandwich or burger – a crispy fried egg.

But what makes this sandwich even better, is that the bread is made with fresh pizza dough. -Pizza dough -Fresh Pesto -Mortadella -Stracciatella -Crushed Pistacchio -Freshly Cracked Black Pepper -EVOO (I used @getgraza) Preheat your oven to 500°. Then get yourself some nice pizza dough and stretch it out. Drizzle with some EVOO and fold it over, then drizzle more EVOO on the top. Bake at 500° for 10-12 minutes until the dough is done and crispy.
