To make 2 servings: 
▪️Peel and cut 200g of apple into cubes. Add a TSP of vanilla essence and boiling water. Boil until the apple softens, then drain off. 
▪️Add 60g of oats, 100mls of milk, 200g of vanilla protein pudding and your stewed apple to a bowl and mix together.
▪️Add to 2 dishes / lunchboxes. Top them with 1 crushed Biscoff biscuit and 6g of melted Biscoff - in total. I melted the Biscoff spread in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, watch it as it can easily burn. 

Store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
