Tampa Theatre, built in the 1920s, underwent an extensive renovation in the mid-70s. When it reopened, it featured classic movies from the early decades of the century, as well as live performances. David and I saw Marx Brothers movies here and aw Vincent Price's one-man show as Oscar Wilde.
