Sometimes you Just Need a Good Cry. Even if You Don't Know the Reason Why You're Crying. Just cry and let it all out... You'll feel so much better.

As much as you may not want to believe it, crying is very important! When I was younger I always felt so ashamed of how often I would cry, I was called "too sensitive" and told I take things "too personally" I was a crier, and that's okay.
