Since you guys loved our blueberry tiramisu, we came back with a new, tangier version! This tiramisu with pistachio cream and St. Dalfours raspberry spread is a light flavour bomb and trust me - your guests would love it! (Find the recipe below)

Ingrediens:
300 g ladyfingers
600 ml whole milk 
1 jar St. Dalfour raspberry fruit spread 

Cream:
50 g powdered sugar
250 g whipped cream
500 g mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp vanilla 
1 jar pistachio cream

Instructions:
1. In a bowl combine mascarpone, powdered sugar and pistachio and whisk for a minute.
3. In another bowl, whisk up the whipped cream and fold it in carefully with the mascarpone mixture.
Set aside.

Assembling the tiramisu
1. Add the milk into a Fruit Tiramisu, Pistachio Tiramisu, Pistachio Cream, Raspberry Fruit, Lady Fingers, Mascarpone Cheese, Pistachio, Whipped Cream, Raspberry
