Children form the ages of 5-17 are known to forcefully work in degrading condition and earn as little as £2 a day. This is something that is becoming aware in countries such as the US and England as they have to abide by the International Labor Standards.

On 23 august marks the International Day for the Victims of Slavery and its Ban! UNESCO proclaims 23 August as International Day for the Victims of Slavery and its Ban (on the occasion of the slave uprising in Santo Domingo, 22-23 August, 1791). Slavery is a socio-economic system in which a certain person - called a slave - is deprived of his personal freedom and forced into forced labor. The slave is treated as property of its owner.
