I am filing a complaint against a casino named gamix.vip. I began playing there with a deposit of 133.53 USDT and eventually amassed a balance of 1007.4 USDT, which I requested to withdraw. Additionally, I permanently self-excluded myself to better manage my gambling habits and mitigate any risks associated with gambling disorder.
Customer support informed me that a KYC check is not required for crypto withdrawals and that the process should not take longer than 24 hours. However, it has now been over 36 hours, and I have received no updates. The customer support team continues to provide repetitive, generic responses and shows no genuine interest in processing my withdrawal.
I have emailed both the affiliate and the support team, but have yet to receive a response.
I kindly request your intervention and support in resolving this issue and ensuring my withdrawal is processed promptly.
