    Thanks anyway. I would have liked to know why. I have been a loyal customer of their brands for years and have made thousands and thousands in deposits, reaching top level VIP status. I am really starting to dislike them. It is not like they are giving me anything  special. They have already put restrictions on my account for using bonuses that they provide by the way. Then they will be rude in the chat and just close i when you're asking them a question without even acknowledging you. My account had been restricted for months and I wa still depositing and playing. I was not even given an explanation, I took it upon myself to read the terms and conditions, then contact them because I truly did not understand why my account was unable to receive certain promotions. Then the other day I noticed now at Brango, I am not even accruing comp points! This is months after I was already depositing and playing without bonuses! This is all coming from a former PLATINUM VIP! Then they turn around and treat me in that manner and will not even honor a cashback promotion?? I understand that the restriction was "computer generated", but I want to know what exactly triggered this. I know this all happened after I won a considerable amount of money, which was Bonus Free btw, then the next thing I know my VIP status changed and I was unable to use coupons and bonuses on my account...now they took my comp points away when I was not even using bonuses for many months, it mat even be a year now. This only proves to me what kind of establishment they are as a whole along wit their "computer generations". This really frustrates me and I am highly disappointed and I will rethink my options because I have had my opinion highly changed about this establishment. I was even giving the praise on reviews and on social media even after they restricted my account and I had no idea why! They did not even have the courtesy to notify me. I was playing there every singe day for months. This is not the first time and I am not alone because I have seen others complain about certain issues with this establishment. I have been shown what they think of loyalty and dedication, andf I know how it makes me feel.

Stvarno počinjem da ih ne volim. Nije da mi daju nešto posebno. Već su mi postavili ograničenja za korišćenje bonusa koje mi uzgred obezbeđuju. Tada će biti nepristojni u ćaskanju i samo zatvoriti i kada im postavljate pitanje, a da vas čak i ne priznaju. Moj nalog je bio ograničen mesecima, a ja sam još uvek deponovao i igrao. Čak mi nije dato objašnjenje, uzeo sam na sebe da pročitam uslove i odredbe, a zatim ih kontaktiram jer zaista nisam razumeo zašto moj nalog nije mogao da prima određene promocije. Onda sam pre neki dan primetio da sada u Brangu ne prikupljam ni komp poene! Ovo je mesecima nakon što sam već deponovao i igrao bez bonusa! Ovo sve dolazi od bivšeg PLATINUM VIP-a! Onda se okreću i tretiraju me na taj način i neće čak ni da ispoštuju promociju sa povratom novca?? Razumem da je ograničenje „generisano računarom“, ali želim da znam šta je to tačno pokrenulo. Znam da se sve ovo desilo nakon što sam osvojio priličnu sumu novca, što je bio Bonus Free btv, onda je sledeća stvar za koju znam da se moj VIP status promenio i nisam mogao da koristim kupone i bonuse na svom nalogu...sada su mi uzeli komp bodova daleko kada nisam ni koristio bonuse mnogo meseci, trebalo bi da prođe čak i godinu dana. To mi samo dokazuje kakav su oni establišment u celini sa svojim "kompjuterskim generacijama". Ovo me zaista frustrira i veoma sam razočaran i ponovo ću razmisliti o svojim opcijama jer sam se veoma promenio mišljenje o ovoj ustanovi. Čak sam davao pohvale na recenzijama i na društvenim mrežama čak i nakon što su mi ograničili nalog, a nisam imao pojma zašto! Nisu ni imali ljubaznosti da me obaveste. Svirao sam tamo svaki dan mesecima. Ovo nije prvi put i nisam sam jer sam video da se drugi žale na određene probleme sa ovom establišmentom. Pokazalo mi se šta misle o lojalnosti i posvećenosti, i ako znam kako se to osećam.

    I thought it was $200... that is what I read and I went back and checked the T&C. I asked the Casino Support for my transactions for June and July. I just wanted to see how much I deposited for the last 30 days because I thought I deposited over $200.

They must have been looking at someone else's account and the date of November 7, 2023 has not even come up yet. I can prove I made deposits. I even got cashback from June. Here is proof of that and the email from my last deposit. I'm unsure why they said that and I would not be posting here if I had not made any deposits.     As a matter of fact I do not want the cashback anymore because I don't want to be looking like a liar and a fool on here. Even though I provided proof of my deposits totaling over $2500 from the casino in that timeframe. It's not worth being humiliated and dehumanized by anyone or any entity.
