Mix well. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter or oil. Once the butter or oil is hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Use a spatula to flip the omelette over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
