Vintage 1930s Rayon Smocked Chiffon Flutter Sleeve Illusion Dress Bust 38-40. 3 small vertical splits in the smocked chiffon were machine repaired by us. Other small separations in the smocking may appear if stretched too tightly. Also, on the derrière a small triangle (scorch mark?).
