To avoid his loneliness, he uses to give his one room on rent to like-minded people. His first paying guest was Sahil, a die-hard fan of Sahir Ludhianavi and an artist by profession, a very skillful painter, six years back he shifted to US and left all his belongings behind at Mirza Sahib house with a commitment that whenever he will come to India, he will stay in the same room. Sandhya, a Punjabi girl in her late twenties came to Mumbai to become a writer and starts staying with Mirza Sahib as paying guest and its been four years now and they share a great repo, just to look after her daily expenses Sandhya starts doing a part time job in a call center, Sandhya is also a great admirer of Sahir and Amrita Pritam poetry and their unconditional love stories. Mirza Sahib call her Amrita. Concept Now twist comes in the story is when Sahil comes to India for a week for one of his paintings exhibitions and start living in Parchaayiaan in the same room where Amrita also staying. Good part is that Amrita goes for his call center job in the night. Sahil goes for her exhibition during the day. So, one boy and one girl sharing the same room. But Different timings Boy in the night. Girl in the day. Boy is so organized. Girl is all messy. The only common factor is Sahir Ludhianavi. Will they ever meet? What happen to their love story? This is the crux of whole narration.
