Return, Exchange, Billing, and Refund Policy

Note: This policy applies to orders performed directly through the Plugable.com website. Orders performed through other retailers are subject to their respective platform policies.
Plugable aims to provide a great shopping experience for all of our customers, but we do understand that sometimes a product is just not right for you. We aim to make our returns and exchanges program as simple as possible for our valued customers.
Returns
We will issue a full refund for any products returned within the requirements outlined below, including any applicable sales taxes. Please note that any shipping fees you paid as part of your purchase are non-refundable.
Two-Year Limited Warranty
All new Plugable-branded products also have at least a two-year limited warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship; certain products may include even longer warranty periods.
We will repair or replace products which fail because of any such defect in the first two years after purchase. Simply email support@plugable.com to request warranty service—just have your Amazon order number and (if possible) product serial number handy.
Requirements for Returns and Exchanges
You must contact our support team about any issues with your order within 30 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges must include original packaging with all accessories and product(s) in satisfactory condition. Any returned product(s) must be returned with any original packaging, accessories, and in the condition in which the product(s) arrived. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund or an exchange, depending on your stated preference.
Plugable may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging. If a returned product is rejected, no refund will be issued, and the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them. If the customer chooses not to ship the product back to them, Plugable will recycle or dispose of the product.
If a returned product is damaged due to improper handling or negligence of the shipping carrier, Plugable will not hold the purchasing party responsible.
Return and Exchange Process
- Contact Plugable support at support@plugable.com.
- If an order or product is deemed eligible for return by Plugable support, we will email you a prepaid return label. Follow the return label email instructions to return the product to our distribution facility.
- Plugable will not ship or mail a return label.
- Plugable will not reimburse any elective purchase of an alternative shipping carrier outside the carrier return label provided.
- Drop the package off at the shipping carrier's location.
- Plugable will not reimburse any additional fees or costs associated with the shipment, including optional scheduled pick-ups from the carrier, elective tracking upgrades, etc.
- Reply to your email from support to confirm the drop-off has occurred so we know to expect the package.

Billing Policy
If you purchase a Product through Plugable's websites or applications, you will be required to provide your billing and shipping information as well as information regarding your credit or debit card (each, a “Payment Card”) so that we may charge you for the costs and fees associated with your purchase. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized account holder on all Payment Cards you submit through Plugable's websites or applications, and acknowledge and agree that we have the right to charge your Payment Card for the cost of the Products, and all taxes, shipping, and handling fees communicated to you at the time of your purchase.
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation Email"). The Order Confirmation Email is acknowledgment that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send email confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you.
If you are not fully satisfied with the Products purchased by you on Plugable's websites or applications, you may return the Product, in its original packaging, to us for a refund within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase. You can request and arrange for such a refund by contacting us via Plugable's websites or applications as outlined in this document. After the 30-day refund window has expired, your only recourse regarding the Products is through our warranty.
At our sole discretion, you may be permitted to purchase certain Products from Plugable by using the payment processing services of Shopify.com (“Shopify”), PayPal.com (“PayPal”), Apple Pay (“Apple”), or Google Pay (“Google”). You understand and agree that Shopify, PayPal, Apple, and Google are Third Parties, as that term is defined below, and that if you choose to complete any portion of your purchase through these Third Parties, your purchase may be governed by the terms of service, privacy policies, refund policies, and other policies and agreements of such Third Parties. It is up to you to familiarize yourself with the policies and agreements of these Third Parties.
