Game Play
Basics
This is a minigolf game where your goal is to put a ball in every hole other than those marked with a black flag.
You do not control you swing strength, but only the shot angle.
Your ball can bounce off of objects on the course & the course boundaries.
Each ball can bounce up to 30 times before destroying. If a ball gets destroyed you get another ball.
On most stages you need to ricochet shots.
Features
Boundaries – your ball bounces off the edges of the course back into play. Your ball can not go out of bounds.
Red flag holes – typical holes you need to sink a ball into.
White flag holes – similar to the red flag holes, except where the white flag was located becomes your new starting spot for your future shots.
Black flag holes – avoid, as they eat your balls.
In course walls – they block your ball’s movement. Hit a button to retract them first.
Buttons – run over them with your ball to retract the walls.
Portals – warp the ball from one location to another.
The ball can go back and forth between the portals.
A ball continues moving the direction it entered a portal when it exits the other portal.
Levels
This game has 150 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
You can choose to replay a level you just beat, but after you advance beyond it you can’t go back without starting the game over from the first level.
The first dozen stages serve as tutorials with a guide.
Winning vs losing
You win by getting a golf ball in each of the holes with a red or white flag on them.
You lose a ball by having the ball bounce off a course wall 30 times before going in. This game offers unlimited continues, keeping your level progress on that stage and giving you another ball.
If your ball hits a black flag you lose the hole & all your progress on that hole, forcing you to start that hole over again from the beginning.
Tips
Use the grass pattern
When making shots that are horizontally or vertically aligned use the squares on the grass design grass to help you aim.
You do not control putt strength, only aim. If your shot is a direct shot with no need for a ricochet you can place your cursor on the target when you shoot to minimize aim error.
If your shot is a single 45 degree ricochet off a wall you can count the distance between the ball and hole to see how far along the wall you should aim.
Red flags vs white flags
Be sure to make all direct red shots (with no ricochet required) before hitting a hole with a white flag, so that you do not throw easy shots out of alignment.
Black flags
If you are about to lose a ball to a black hole you can press the stop button at the bottom center to get another ball before the ball goes into the hole, thereby saving your level progress.
If a level has a difficult hole & many easy holes and there is a black flag which is easy to accidentally hit it can make sense to target the most difficult hole first so that after you make it all the remaining shots are easy. This way you are not repeating the easy holes many times over only to lose the ball to the black hole when doing the difficult hole.
Use your prior shot outline
The game shows an outline of your prior shot.
If your shot was slightly off then use the prior arrow as a starting point and then readjust your aim.
Some shots have multiple holes aligned down the same path. Use the prior alignment to set your next aim.
Some levels are symmetrical, where you can shoot with the arrow at a flipped angle of the prior shot.
Target Audience
The game is suited for players who like simple arcade golf games.
The game has no adult themed content.
