How to Play
Keep patients running through the hospital efficiently while keeping the environment clean to prevent COVID-19 from overloading the hospital.
- Clean & disinfect COVID-19 virus
- Anytime you see a green virus symbol click on it to disinfect the area.
- This game requires vertical scrolling to view the reception, medical check up area, and hospital ward.
- A meter in the lower left corner shows what percent infected the hospital is.
- The game is over when that meter reaches 70%.
- Each virus icon represents roughly 7%.
- It is somewhat easy to clean a virus or two, but as the system gets overloaded the virus spreads progressively faster, making it hard to keep up if the figure gets above 28%.
- If you are unsure of where the virus is and can’t find it be sure to check outside both the bottom / main entrance as well as the emergency entrance on the side of the hospital in addition to all 3 sections of a hospital.
- Help patients through the hospital process
- Reception: You need to keep the reception area of the hospital clean, but do not need to interact with patients there beyond that.
- Medical Check Up: Click on the medical check up desk to test patients for COVID-19. There is a green timer meter there where if you do not check them in time they might go undetected and start spreading virus around the hospital.
- Ward: Click on the patients in the beds to help them recover more quickly.

The game is simple enough to understand. Tap patients to get them tested and help them recover faster. You must also tap at budding viruses to keep your hospital sanitized. To keep the game manageable, make sure that no patient ever ends up bringing the viruses out of the hospital. Doing so causes a rapid spike in cases, which escalates the difficulty. Once you reach 70 percent, your hospital is overloaded and it’s game over.
It plays around the same as your other tap-based sims. There’s no end to the gameplay and you keep playing until you can’t. What it does is give you a sobering (if simplified) look into pandemic management. Suppressing the spread of a deadly disease is no easy task.
Hi. I am really liking this game but can you move the patients/virus data box from the bottom left corner to either the top left or top right corner? The area is taking up “premium space” at the bottom and covers the area that can be easily reached by your left thumb when you are playing the game on mobile. Having it on top will make the interface easier to play on mobile. Thanks!
Fight Virus is a hospital simulation game inspired by the COVID-19 virus. The idea is to keep the virus from spreading by clicking on the green icons. This disinfects the area. The virus can be found around the entrance, reception, testing room, and wards. You also have to click on the patients to help them get tested and recover faster. As you play the game, you’ll notice more and more patients rushing in for treatment. The realism comes from upholding hospital management while it’s being overwhelmed. It’s game over once the infection meter reaches 70%.
Another tricky part about the game is the view. While you’re busy helping patients recover or get tested, the virus keeps spreading in the reception and entrance. You have to constantly move the viewer from the entrance to the ward to disinfect the virus. Leave it just a few seconds and it spreads a lot more. Simple game but quite challenging.
