Nikki reopened T371773: Add lexeme language codes kyw-beng, kyw-deva, txo-beng, cdz-beng, mjx-beng, ksy-beng as "Open".
This was not done correctly. Lexeme language codes need to be added to LocalNamesEn.php in the CLDR extension, so that MediaWiki has a language name for them (the ones in the WikibaseLexeme extension are not used anywhere except Special:NewLexeme). That will automatically make them available for lexemes.

Checked in beta and testwiki wmf.23 (desktop and mobile) for new and old accounts; also for users who used the options:"Restore all default preferences (in all sections)".
Checked the events for Impact module in HomepageModule schema - all events are still in place; no events related to the newimpact tour (i.e. newimpactdiscovery- events) are recorded.

@Jdlrobson I'm very sorry for the trouble here, please let me know if anything needs to be done. Hopefully we won't need to go that way but as a last resort perhaps we can just revive styles of the module for this release and remove them on the next release or anything you think is necessary. @Krinkle pointed out that this wasn't deprecated correctly in that the styles are being removed for skins that do not use elements so reopening that and marking as blocker for 1.43 release to make sure we get that cleaned up.

I did not really understand why the case of Infobox was separated from the others. It is true that we can fix it using skin-invert class, but the same applies outside Infobox.
