Section Translation (T243495) supports the translation of Wikipedia articles section by section. While the desktop version can reuse Content Translation as the translation editor (T234323), for the mobile workflow a specific translation editor is proposed (illustrated in this prototype).
In preparation for developing the translation editor for mobile, architecture decisions and technical explorations may be needed. This ticket captures such work.
