Abstract

In some implementations, a method comprises determining a path length difference from one or more channel measurements of a transmission to user equipment, the transmission comprising at least a direct path beam and a reflected path beam; determining a precoding weight matrix at least in part using the path length difference, wherein the precoding weight matrix adds a delay to a transmitted output beam in a direction from which the direct path beam is received, wherein the delay is equal to or larger than the path length difference; and generating the transmitted output beam at least in part by applying at least a portion of the precoding weight matrix to a data stream, wherein the transmitted output beam comprises a delayed direct path signal portion of the data stream and an unmodified multipath signal portion of the data stream. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.
