Abstract

The present invention relates to a stick-type cosmetic container enabling a residual amount to be withdrawn and, more specifically, to a stick-type cosmetic container comprising: a cylindrical screw member having a spiral guide groove formed in the inner surface thereof in the longitudinal direction; a cylindrical elevator member which is inserted into the screw member, and which has a guide hole formed in the side surface thereof in the longitudinal direction and a rotary handle positioned at the lower end thereof; a cylindrical shell, which is inserted into the elevator member, includes a first protruding ear formed on the outer surface thereof so as to be insertable into the guide hole, and can encompass the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion of stick-type cosmetics; and an ejector which is inserted into the lower end of the shell and coupled to be releasable therefrom, which includes a second protruding ear formed on the outer surface thereof so as to be insertable into the guide hole and the guide groove, and of which the top surface can support the bottom surface of the stick-type cosmetics. According to the present invention, the protrusion length of the first protruding ear of the shell is short enough to be insertable only into the guide hole, and the protrusion length of the second protruding ear of the ejector is long enough so as to be insertable into the guide hole and the guide groove, and thus the second protruding ear of the ejector is continuously raised along the guide groove by means of the additional rotation of the rotary handle, even after the first protruding ear of the shell is raised by means of the rotation of the rotary handle and reaches the upper end of the guide hole and stops, so that releasable coupling of the shell and the ejector is released and the ejector is pushed into the shell so as to additionally push up the residual amount of stick-type cosmetic surrounded by the cylindrical shell, thereby enabling the residual amount of stick-type cosmetic to be withdrawn and used.

Description

Stick-type cosmetic container with refillable container

The present invention relates to a stick-type cosmetic container capable of withdrawing a remaining amount, and more specifically, to a stick-type cosmetic container including: a cylindrical screw member having a longitudinally spiral guide groove formed on an inner surface thereof; a cylindrical elevator member inserted into the interior of the screw member and having a longitudinally formed guide hole on a side surface and a rotating handle positioned at a lower end; a cylindrical plate inserted into the interior of the elevator member and including a first protruding ear formed on an outer surface thereof so as to be inserted into the guide hole, the cylindrical plate being capable of wrapping a lower outer surface of a stick-type cosmetic; and an ejector inserted into the lower end of the plate and releasably coupled, including a second protruding ear formed on an outer surface thereof so as to be inserted into the guide hole and the guide groove, the ejector having an upper surface configured to support a lower surface of the stick-type cosmetic.

Cosmetic containers are containers that store cosmetics and makeup tools inside, and have various structures that extract cosmetics so that they can be delivered to specific parts of the body depending on the type of cosmetic.

For example, when the cosmetic is a solid cosmetic in a certain stick shape, such as a lipstick, a sun stick, or a sun balm, the cosmetic container has a circular plate (pan) that partially accommodates and supports the lower part of the stick-shaped cosmetic, and the cosmetic can be taken out by raising and lowering the plate. Specifically, a conventional stick-shaped cosmetic container includes an outer tube, an inner tube (or a rotating handle), and a plate that are provided to be relatively rotatable, and has a structure in which when a user holds the outer tube and turns the inner tube (or rotating handle) exposed at the bottom, the plate rises according to a screw method or a guide groove method, and the stick-shaped cosmetic rises accordingly and is taken out. Here, the screw method raises the plate by turning a male screw engaged with a female screw, and the guide groove method raises the plate by sliding a protruding ear according to a guide groove.

However, conventional stick-type cosmetic containers with this structure have the problem that the cosmetics are difficult to use by completely exposing them to the outside due to the height of the plate that supports them, and thus some unusable residue inevitably remains inside the plate.

Several technologies have been proposed to solve these problems (Korean Patent Publication Nos. 10-2021-0112979, 10-2021-0097018). However, these technologies follow the screw method, and in addition to the screw part for raising the plate, there is a separate screw part for withdrawing the remaining amount, which increases the thickness of the overall cosmetic container, making it difficult to apply to thin products such as lipsticks. In addition, since the screw parts are located at the bottom of the plate, the overall length of the product becomes long, making it difficult to make the product length small.

Accordingly, the inventors of the present invention have made extensive research efforts to overcome the problems of the above-mentioned prior arts, and as a result, they have found that by adopting a guide groove method instead of a screw method, not only can the thickness of the product be prevented from becoming thicker or the overall length from becoming longer, but also, unlike the conventional guide groove method which has one protruding ear on the plate, the conventional plate is divided into a plate and an ejector and has two protruding ears with different protruding lengths, so that the remaining amount of stick-type cosmetics left on the plate can be easily taken out with only an additional rotation of the conventional handle, thereby completing the present invention.

Accordingly, the main purpose of the present invention is to provide a stick-type cosmetic container that can easily withdraw the remaining amount of a stick-type cosmetic, such as a lipstick, from a plate without wasting it.

According to one aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a cylindrical screw member (10) having a longitudinally spiral guide groove (11) formed on an inner surface thereof; a cylindrical elevator member (20) inserted into the interior of the screw member and having a longitudinally formed guide hole (21) on a side surface and a rotating handle (27) positioned at the bottom; a cylindrical plate (30) inserted into the interior of the elevator member and including a first protruding ear (31) formed on an outer surface thereof so as to be inserted into the guide hole, the cylindrical plate being configured to be capable of wrapping around a lower outer surface of a stick-type cosmetic; And an ejector (40) which is inserted into the lower end of the plate and releasably coupled, and has a second protrusion (41) formed on the outer surface so as to be insertable into the guide hole and the guide groove, and has an upper surface configured to support the lower surface of the stick-type cosmetic; In a state where the plate and the ejector are coupled, the first protrusion (31) of the plate is positioned at a higher position by a certain distance than the second protrusion (41) of the ejector, and the first protrusion (31) of the plate is configured to have a protrusion length that can be inserted into the guide hole and is configured to slide up and down along the guide hole by the rotation of the rotary handle, and the second protrusion (41) of the ejector is configured to have a protrusion length that can be inserted into the guide hole and the guide groove and is configured to slide up and down along the guide hole and the guide groove by the rotation of the rotary handle.

The present invention adopts a conventional guide groove method in which a plate is raised and lowered by sliding a protrusion along a guide groove and a guide hole when a rotary handle at the bottom of an elevator is turned. However, a stick-type cosmetic container of the conventional guide groove method has a single protrusion on a plate that is formed as a single body that is raised and lowered, and the protrusion has a length sufficient to be inserted into both the guide groove and the guide hole, whereas the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention is characterized in that the conventional plate is divided into a plate (corresponding to a side of a conventional plate) and an ejector (corresponding to a bottom of a conventional plate), each having a separate protrusion, and the first protrusion of the plate has a protrusion length small enough to be inserted only into the guide hole, and the second protrusion of the ejector has a protrusion length large enough to be inserted not only into the guide hole but also into the guide groove. In addition, in the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention, when the plate and the ejector are combined, the first protrusion of the plate is positioned at a higher position than the second protrusion of the ejector by a certain distance. Therefore, when the plate rises, the first protrusion cannot help but stop at the top of the guide hole, but the second protrusion present in the ejector below it can rise further along the guide groove because it has not yet reached the top of the guide hole.

In the present invention, when the plate and the ejector are combined and the first protrusion of the plate and the second protrusion of the ejector slide along the spiral guide groove by the rotation of the rotary handle, the combined plate and ejector are raised and lowered together with the stick-type cosmetic loaded thereon, which is called a 'normal use state' or a 'one-stage rising state', and even after the first protrusion of the plate reaches the top of the guide hole and stops, the second protrusion of the ejector continues to rise along the spiral guide groove by the additional rotation of the rotary handle, the combination of the plate and the ejector is released and the ejector is pushed into the plate, so that the plate is fixed and only the ejector is raised and lowered to additionally push up the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic loaded thereon, which is called a 'residual amount use state' or a 'two-stage rising state'.

In the present invention, preferably, by rotating the rotary handle, the first protrusion (31) of the plate and the second protrusion (41) of the ejector rise along the guide hole and the guide groove until the first protrusion (31) of the plate reaches the upper end of the guide hole, so that the plate (30) and the ejector (40) simultaneously rise (i.e., rise by one stage) in a combined state, so that a stick-type cosmetic loaded thereon can be generally used, and after the first protrusion (31) of the plate reaches the upper end of the guide hole and stops, the second protrusion (41) of the ejector continues to rise along the guide groove by further rotating the rotary handle, so that the combination of the plate and the ejector is released, the plate (30) stops rising, and only the ejector (40) rises further (i.e., rises by two stages), so that the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic remaining therein can be used.

In the present invention, the term cylindrical means, in principle, a cylindrical shape with an empty interior so that other members can be rotatably inserted therein. Unlike conventional plates, the plate of the present invention is a cylindrical shape with a bottom that is perforated so that an ejector can be inserted. In addition, the ejector of the present invention may be a cylindrical shape with an empty or filled interior or a cylindrical shape with some reduced space for reducing the molding volume, but the upper surface may have a closed structure because it is necessary to support cosmetics. In addition, the diameter of the rotation handle formed at the bottom of the elevator member is larger than the inner diameter of the screw member so that the rotation handle can be exposed when the elevator member is rotatably inserted into the screw member. In addition, the guide groove formed on the inner surface of the screw member is formed in a spiral shape in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder in the form of a groove that is not completely perforated, and the guide hole formed on the side surface of the elevator member is formed in a straight or bent straight shape in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder in the form of a completely perforated hole. The straight guide hole may be formed in a vertical direction or a slightly inclined vertical direction. In addition, the guide hole may be formed as one into which the first protrusion and the second protrusion can be inserted together, or may be formed separately by dividing into a first guide hole into which the first protrusion can be inserted and a second guide hole into which the second protrusion of the ejector can be inserted.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the guide hole (21) of the elevator is formed separately by dividing into a first guide hole (21a) into which the first protrusion of the plate can be inserted and a second guide hole (21b) into which the second protrusion of the ejector can be inserted, and a lower end of the first guide hole is positioned at a higher position by a certain distance than the lower end of the second guide hole. Here, the certain distance between the lower end of the first guide hole and the lower end of the second guide hole corresponds to the certain distance between the first protrusion of the plate and the second protrusion of the ejector when the plate and the ejector are combined. When the combination of the above plate and the ejector is released, the gap between the first protrusion and the second protrusion becomes narrower than the predetermined gap. In the present invention, the ejector may have any structure in which the upper part of the ejector is partially inserted into the inside of the plate from below and can be releasably coupled, but preferably, the ejector is composed of an ejector upper part (40a) having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the plate and an ejector lower part (40b) having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the plate, and a releasable coupling part with the plate is formed on the outer surface of the upper part of the ejector, and the second protrusion is provided on the outer surface of the lower part of the ejector. In this case, the ejector is prevented from completely falling into the inside of the plate by the ejector lower part having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the plate.

In the present invention, preferably, the ejector does not have a separate ejector lower portion (40b) having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the plate, and is composed only of an ejector body (40) having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the plate, a releasable joint portion with the plate is formed on the upper side of the ejector, and the second protruding ear is formed on the lower side of the ejector. In this case, the ejector is prevented from completely falling into the plate by the second protruding ear. More preferably, the plate may additionally have a two-stage rising rail hole (35) formed into which the second protruding ear can be inserted and slid when rising two stages. In this case, the overall length of the plate and the ejector combined is shortened, so that a greater amount of stick-type cosmetics can be accommodated in a cosmetic container of the same size.

In the present invention, since the outer diameter of the upper part of the ejector is smaller than the inner diameter of the plate, the upper part of the ejector is partially inserted into the inside of the plate from below, and a coupling portion formed on the outer surface of the upper part of the ejector that is partially inserted is releasably coupled with a coupling portion formed on the inner surface of the plate. When the coupling between the ejector and the plate is released by a physical force acting upward at the releasable coupling portion, the upper part of the ejector, which has a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the plate, is additionally pushed into the inside of the plate.

In the present invention, the releasable coupling between the plate and the ejector may be any coupling that is released by a physical force so that the ejector can be pushed into the plate, i.e., any coupling that is releasable (detached) upward by a physical force. During normal lifting, the plate and the ejector move together by the coupling, but even after the first protrusion of the plate reaches the top of the guide hole and stops, if additional rotational force is applied to the rotating handle (i.e., if a physical force greater than the force required for normal lifting is applied to the coupling part), the second protrusion of the ejector continues to rise along the guide groove (i.e., the ejector continues to rise even after the plate stops), so that the coupling between the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is released upward and the ejector is pushed into the plate.

In the present invention, the releasable coupling between the plate and the ejector can be any coupling that is releasable (detached) upward by a physical force, but is preferably formed by insertion between a fixing hole (32) formed on the inner surface of the plate and a fixing projection (42) formed on the outer surface of the ejector, and/or engagement between a catch projection (33) formed on the inner surface of the plate and a catch projection (43) formed on the outer surface of the ejector. The components used for the releasable coupling, such as the fixing hole, the fixing projection, or the catch projection, each become a releasable coupling part formed on the plate or the ejector. The coupling method of the fixing hole and the fixing projection is such that the fixing projection formed to protrude on the outer surface of the ejector is inserted into the fixing hole formed on the inner surface of the plate, but the coupling is released upward by a physical force that contracts the gap between the plate and the ejector, thereby causing the inserted fixing projection to detach from the fixing hole. The method of joining between the above-described catches is such that the catches formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the ejector and the catches formed protrudingly on the inner surface of the plate are joined by butting against each other, but the height of the protruding catch is exceeded by a physical force that shrinks the gap between the plate and the ejector, thereby releasing the joining upward. In addition, the above-described joining methods may exist in two or more forms, and different joining methods may be combined. In addition, in one joining method, fixing when rising and fixing when falling may be performed simultaneously, but the joining method for fixing when rising and the joining method for fixing when falling may be provided separately. In particular, in the joining method for fixing when falling, since downward release is not required, the lower surface of the fixing hole formed on the inner surface of the plate may also function as the engaging jaw of the plate for more perfect fixing.

In the present invention, preferably, when the guide hole is formed as one so that the first protrusion of the plate and the second protrusion of the ejector can be inserted together, the guide hole is provided with a second locking hole (22b) that is bent horizontally so that the second protrusion can rest when the stick-type cosmetic is completely lowered at the bottom, and a first locking hole (22a) that is bent horizontally so that the first protrusion can rest at a position spaced upward from the second locking hole by a certain interval, thereby providing a stick-type cosmetic container. The first and second locking grooves serve to lock the first protrusion and the second protrusion when the stick-type cosmetic is completely lowered, that is, when the stick-type cosmetic is not in use.

In the present invention, preferably, when the guide hole is divided into a first guide hole and a second guide hole and formed separately, the second guide hole has a second locking hole that is horizontally bent so that a second protruding ear can rest when the stick-type cosmetic is completely lowered at the bottom, and the first guide hole has a first locking hole that is horizontally bent so that a first protruding ear can rest at the bottom, a stick-type cosmetic container is provided. The first and second locking grooves serve to lock the first protruding ear and the second protruding ear when the stick-type cosmetic is completely lowered, that is, when the stick-type cosmetic is not in use.

In the present invention, preferably, when the guide hole is formed as one so that the first protrusion of the plate and the second protrusion of the ejector can be inserted together, the guide hole is provided with a protruding portion (23a) that indicates a point in time when the first protrusion reaches the upper end of the guide hole at a position spaced downward from the upper end by a predetermined interval (i.e., the first stage of ascent is completed) and the combination between the plate and the ejector is released and the second protrusion further rises along the guide groove (i.e., the second stage of ascent is completed) when the rotary handle is further rotated. When the second protrusion further rises along the protruding portion, the user can feel a vibration when the rotary handle is rotated, thereby indicating that the combination between the plate and the ejector is released and the remaining amount is used.

In the present invention, preferably, when the guide hole is divided into a first guide hole and a second guide hole and formed separately, the second guide hole is provided with a horizontally bent two-stage rising start hole (24b) that indicates a point in time when the first protrusion reaches the top of the first guide hole (i.e., the first stage rising is completed) and the rotation handle is further rotated so that the combination between the plate and the ejector is released and the second protrusion further rises along the second guide groove (i.e., the second stage rising is started), and the first guide hole is provided with a horizontally bent one-stage rising end hole (24a) that indicates a point in time when the first protrusion reaches the top of the first guide hole and the first stage rising of the stick-type cosmetic is completed. The gap between the above-mentioned first-stage rising end hole and the second-stage rising start hole corresponds to the gap between the first protrusion and the second protrusion when the plate and the ejector are combined. The above-mentioned second-stage rising start hole (24b) is bent horizontally to create an upper support protrusion for the second protrusion, so that when the user rotates the rotation handle, the rise of the plate and the ejector stops for a moment, so that it can be known that the plate and the ejector are now uncoupled and the state of using the remaining amount has been entered. More preferably, the above-mentioned second-stage rising start hole may have a protrusion undercut (24c) formed at the edge of the upper support protrusion. In this case, it can be better known that the plate and the ejector are now uncoupled and the state of using the remaining amount has been entered by feeling the vibration of the second protrusion going over the protrusion undercut. In addition, since the first-stage rising end hole (24a) is bent horizontally to create an upper support ledge for the first protruding ear, it not only plays a role of stopping the further rising of the plate, but also, when rotating, the first-stage rising end hole (24a) and the second-stage rising start hole (24b) create a lower support ledge of the first protruding ear and a lower support ledge of the second protruding ear, so it also plays a role of preventing the plate from being pushed backward when filling the stick-type cosmetic container. In the present invention, it is preferable that the guide groove, the guide hole, the first protruding ear, and the second protruding ear are each present in two or more numbers, and each of the guide hole, the first protruding ear, and the second protruding ear is positioned at a position corresponding to each other, and it is more preferable that the guide groove, the guide hole, the first protruding ear, and the second protruding ear are present in two pairs at a position (180 degrees) facing each other. When the above guide hole is divided into a first guide hole and a second guide hole and formed separately, the first guide hole and the second guide hole form a pair and there may be two or more pairs.

In the present invention, the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention can realize the reception and elevation of the stick-type cosmetic and the withdrawal of the remaining amount only with the screw member (10), the elevator member (20), the plate (30), and the ejector (40), which are its essential components, but preferably, the stick-type cosmetic container is characterized by further including at least one of a cylindrical protective tube (50) surrounding the screw member, a lower case (60) surrounding the lower part of the container, and an upper case (70) surrounding the upper part of the container. The protective tube serves to protect the screw member or hide the appearance, and the lower case serves to enable the elevator to rotate only by the rotation of the lower case by being fitted to the rotary handle of the elevator, and the upper case serves as a lid of the cosmetic container that blocks the upper opening of the screw member so as to protect the stick-type cosmetic. In addition, the upper case and the lower case together serve to decorate the overall appearance of the cosmetic container.

In the present invention, the stick-type cosmetic may be any solid cosmetic having a stick shape, but preferably, a stick-type cosmetic container characterized by being any one of a lipstick, a sun stick, a stick foundation, a stick deodorant, and a multi-balm is provided.

According to the present invention, the first protrusion of the plate is so small that it can be inserted only into the guide hole, and thus slides along the longitudinal guide hole by the rotation of the rotary handle, and the second protrusion of the ejector is so large that it can be inserted not only into the guide hole but also into the guide groove, and thus slides along the spiral guide groove by the rotation of the rotary handle, so that the combined plate and ejector are raised and lowered together, and the stick-type cosmetic loaded thereon can be used normally; and even after the first protrusion of the plate rises by the rotation of the rotary handle and reaches the upper end of the guide hole and stops, the second protrusion of the ejector continues to rise along the guide groove by the additional rotation of the rotary handle, so that the releasable coupling between the plate and the ejector is released, and the ejector is pushed into the interior of the plate, thereby further pushing up the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic enclosed in the cylindrical plate, and thereby the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic can be withdrawn and used.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. The embodiments depicted in these drawings are merely intended to illustrate the present invention, and therefore, the scope of the present invention is not to be construed as being limited by these embodiments.

Referring to FIG. 1a, a stick-shaped cosmetic container (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention (where the guide hole is formed as one so that the first protrusion of the plate and the second protrusion of the ejector can be inserted together) comprises: a cylindrical screw member (10) having a longitudinally spiral guide groove (11) formed on an inner surface thereof; a cylindrical elevator member (20) inserted into the interior of the screw member and having a longitudinally straight guide hole (21) formed on a side surface thereof and a rotating handle (27) attached to the lower surface; a cylindrical plate (30) inserted into the interior of the elevator member and including a first protrusion (31) formed on an outer surface thereof so as to be inserted into the guide hole, the cylindrical plate being configured to surround a lower outer surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic; And it is composed of a cylindrical ejector (40) having a closed upper surface so as to be able to support the lower surface of a stick-type cosmetic, including a second protrusion (41) formed on the outer surface so as to be inserted into the guide hole and guide groove, and inserted into the lower surface of the plate so as to be releasably coupled.

Here, the first protrusion (31) of the plate is so small that it can be inserted only into the guide hole, and thus slides along the linear guide hole (21) by the rotation of the rotary handle, and the second protrusion (41) of the ejector is so large that it can be inserted not only into the guide hole but also into the guide groove, and thus slides along the spiral guide groove (11) by the rotation of the rotary handle, so that the combined plate (30) and ejector (40) can be raised and lowered together with the stick-shaped cosmetic product loaded thereon. In addition, even after the first protrusion (31) of the plate rises by the rotation of the rotary handle and reaches the top of the guide hole (21) and stops, the second protrusion (41) of the ejector located underneath can continue to rise along the guide groove (11) by additional rotation of the rotary handle, and at this time, the combination of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is released and the ejector is pushed into the plate, thereby allowing the remaining amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic enclosed in the cylindrical plate to be additionally pushed up.

Referring to FIG. 1b, a stick-type cosmetic container (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention (where the guide hole is formed separately by dividing into a first guide hole and a second guide hole) comprises: a cylindrical screw member (10) having a longitudinally spiral guide groove (11) formed on an inner surface thereof; a cylindrical elevator member (20) inserted into the interior of the screw member and having a longitudinally first guide hole (21a) and a second guide hole (21b) formed separately by dividing into a longitudinal first guide hole (21a) on a side surface thereof and having a rotating handle (27) attached to the lower surface thereof; a cylindrical plate (30) inserted into the interior of the elevator member and including a first protruding ear (31) formed on an outer surface thereof so as to be inserted into the first guide hole, the cylindrical plate being configured to surround a lower outer surface of the stick-type cosmetic; And it is composed of a cylindrical ejector (40) having a closed upper surface so as to be able to support the lower surface of the stick-type cosmetic, including a second protrusion (41) formed on the outer surface so as to be inserted into the second guide hole and guide groove, and is inserted into the lower surface of the plate and releasably coupled.

The assembly sequence of the stick-type cosmetic container (100) according to FIG. 1A, which is an embodiment of the present invention, is assembled sequentially from the inside to the outside. First, the ejector (40) is coupled to the bottom of the plate (30), and then these are inserted into the inside of the elevator member (20), and then these are inserted into the screw member (10). Therefore, as shown in the front view (left) of FIG. 2, the screw member (10) is visible from the outside of the finally assembled stick-type cosmetic container (100), but the diameter of the rotating handle (27) formed at the bottom of the elevator member is larger than the inner diameter of the screw member (10), so that when the elevator member is inserted into the inside of the screw member, it is exposed under the screw member (10).

Referring to the cross-sectional view (right) of Fig. 2, cross-sections of the screw member (10) and the elevator member (20) are visible from the outermost side, and cross-sections of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) partially inserted and combined at the bottom thereof are visible within the plate. A lower portion of a cosmetic (200) is accommodated in the internal space formed by the plate and the ejector, and the lower portion of the cosmetic becomes the remaining amount after use in a general stick-type cosmetic. The spiral guide groove (11) formed on the inner surface of the screw member (10) is visible as fine grooves at regular intervals in the cross-section of the screw member, and the straight guide hole formed on the side of the elevator member (20) is not visible, but exists perpendicular to the cross-section of the elevator member. In particular, the first protrusion (31) formed on the outer surface of the plate has a short protrusion length and is inserted only into the guide hole of the elevator member (20), but the second protrusion (41) formed on the outer surface of the ejector coupled to the lower end of the plate and located at a lower position than the first protrusion length has a long protrusion length and is inserted not only into the guide hole of the elevator member but also into the guide groove (11) formed on the inner surface of the screw member. Accordingly, when the plate rises, the first protrusion (31) has no choice but to stop at the top of the guide hole, but the second protrusion (41) present in the ejector below it has not yet reached the top of the guide hole and can continue to rise along the guide groove, so it can rise further.

Referring to FIG. 3a, the plate (30) is cylindrical and has a first protrusion (31) formed on the outer surface, and a fixing hole (32) formed on the lower side for releasable coupling with the ejector. The ejector (40) has a closed upper surface and is composed of an ejector upper portion (40a) having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the plate, and an ejector lower portion (40b) having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the plate. A fixing protrusion (42) for releasable coupling with the plate is formed on the side near the upper end of the upper portion of the ejector upper portion, and a second protrusion (41) is formed on the outer surface of the lower portion of the ejector. In the left drawing of FIG. 3a, the releasable coupling of the plate and the ejector is achieved by inserting a fixing protrusion (42) formed to protrude on the outer surface of the ejector (40) into a fixing hole (32) formed on the inner surface of the plate (30). Preferably, the fixing jaw (42) of the ejector may be formed at a right angle on the lower surface to firmly fix it to the plate when lowering, but the upper surface may be formed to be slightly inclined to facilitate separation from the plate when rising. Referring to FIG. 3b, the plate (30) is cylindrical and has a first protrusion (31) formed on the outer surface, and a protruding catch (33a) formed on the lower side for releasable coupling with the ejector. The ejector (40) has a closed upper surface and is composed of an ejector upper portion (40a) having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the plate and an ejector lower portion (40b) having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the plate, and a protruding catch (43a) formed on the side near the upper end of the upper portion of the ejector for releasable coupling with the plate, and a second protruding ear (41) formed on the outer surface of the lower portion of the ejector. In the left drawing of Fig. 3b, the releasable coupling of the plate and the ejector is coupled by engaging the engaging protrusion (43a) formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the ejector (40) and the engaging protrusion (33a) formed protrudingly on the inner surface of the plate (30) against each other. Preferably, the engaging protrusion (43a) of the ejector may be formed to be slightly inclined to facilitate separation from the plate when the upper surface is raised. Although a hole is formed directly above the engaging protrusion (33a) of the plate, this is arbitrarily formed for the convenience of processing and is not essential for the coupling of the engaging protrusions. Referring to FIG. 3c, the plate (30) is cylindrical and has a first protrusion (31) formed on the outer surface, a long fixing hole (32) formed on the side, and the lower surface of the fixing hole (32) itself functions as a catch (33b). The ejector (40) has a closed upper surface and is composed of an ejector upper portion (40a) having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the plate and an ejector lower portion (40b) having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the plate, and a protruding catch (43b) for releasable coupling with the plate is formed on the side near the upper end of the upper portion of the ejector upper portion, and a second protrusion (41) is formed on the outer surface of the lower portion of the ejector. In the left drawing of Fig. 3c, the releasable connection of the plate and the ejector is established by engaging a catch (43b) formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the ejector (40) and a catch (33b) formed on the lower surface of a long fixing hole (32) formed on the inner surface of the plate (30) so as to engage with each other. Preferably, the catch (43a) of the ejector may be formed at a right angle to firmly secure the lower surface to the plate when lowered. Referring to FIG. 3e, the plate (30) is cylindrical and has a first protrusion (not shown because the direction is wrong) formed on the outer surface, a fixing hole (32) formed on the lower side for releasable coupling with an ejector, and a two-stage rising rail hole (35) formed on the side for allowing the second protrusion of the ejector to be inserted and slide when rising two stages. In addition, the ejector (40) has a closed upper surface, does not have a separate ejector lower portion (40b) having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the plate, and is composed only of an ejector (40) body having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the plate, and a fixing jaw (42) formed on the upper side of the ejector for releasable coupling with the plate, and a second protrusion (41) formed on the lower side of the ejector. In the left drawing of Fig. 3e, the releasable connection of the plate and the ejector is achieved by inserting a fixing projection (42) formed to protrude on the upper side of the ejector (40) into a fixing hole (32) formed on the inner surface of the plate (30). Preferably, the lower surface of the fixing hole (32) of the plate is formed to protrude perpendicularly to firmly fix it to the ejector when lowered, but the upper surface may be formed to protrude less than the lower surface to facilitate the detachment of the ejector when raised. Referring to FIG. 4a, the configuration and combination method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) are the same as the configuration and combination method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) of FIG. 3a, but additionally, convex vertical rails (34) are formed on the inner surface of the plate, and concave vertical grooves (44) are formed on the outer surface of the upper portion (40a) of the ejector, so that when the plate and the ejector are combined or the ejector is pushed into the plate, the vertical rails (34) and the vertical grooves (44) interlock with each other so that they do not rotate around each other but rotate together. In addition, the convex vertical rails (34) on the inner surface of the plate also serve to increase the adhesive strength between the plate and the stick-type cosmetic. In Fig. 4a, the coupling of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is achieved by inserting the fixing jaw (42) on the outer surface of the ejector into the fixing hole (32) on the side of the plate, which serves to fix the plate and the ejector when rising and falling. In addition, the decoupling of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is achieved by the physical force that pushes the ejector up into the plate, thereby causing the fixed jaw (42) of the inserted ejector to detach from the fixing hole (32) of the plate. Fig. 4b is a perspective view showing an example of a releasable combination of a plate and an ejector of a stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention before (left) and after (right) combination. Fig. 4b shows more specifically a combination of the combination methods of Figs. 3b and 3c. Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a stick-type cosmetic container including a plate and an ejector according to Fig. 4b.

Referring to FIG. 4b, the configuration and joining method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) are the same as the configuration and joining method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) of FIGS. 3b and 3c, and the configuration and role of the additional vertical rails (34) and vertical grooves (44) are the same as those of FIG. 4a. In Fig. 4b, the combination of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is divided into a combination for fixing when rising and a combination for fixing when descending. The former is formed by a catch (43a) formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the ejector (40) and a catch (33a) formed protrudingly on the inner surface of the plate (30) fitting into each other vertically, and the latter is formed by a catch (43b) formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the ejector (40) and a catch (33b) formed on the lower surface of a long fixing hole (32) formed on the inner surface of the plate (30) fitting into each other vertically. A long fixing hole (32) is formed just above the catch (33b) of the plate, so that the lower surface of the fixing hole itself can function as the catch (33b) of the plate. In this case, the catch (43b) of the ejector is inserted into the fixing hole so as to better hook onto the catch (33b) of the plate, thereby making the fixation more perfect when descending. In addition, when the plate and the ejector are released, the catch (43b) of the ejector can slide upward along the long fixing hole. In addition, the release of the connection between the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is achieved by the physical force that pushes the ejector into the interior of the plate, causing the catch (43a) of the ejector to exceed the protruding height of the catch (33a) of the plate. Referring to FIG. 4c, the configuration and joining method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) are the same as the configuration and joining method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) of FIG. 3d, and the configuration and role of the additional vertical rails (34) and the vertical grooves (44) are the same as those of FIG. 4a. In FIG. 4c, the plate (30) and the ejector (40) are joined by engaging each other with the engaging protrusions (43a) and (43b) formed protrudingly on the outer surface of the ejector (40) respectively engaging with each other above and below the engaging protrusions (33ab) formed protrudingly on the inner surface of the plate (30). Here, the engaging protrusions (33ab) of the plate also serve as engaging protrusions for upward fixation of the engaging protrusions (43a) of the ejector and downward fixation of the engaging protrusions (43b). In addition, the release of the engagement between the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is achieved by the physical force that pushes the ejector into the interior of the plate, causing the catch (43a) of the ejector to exceed the protrusion height of the catch (33ab) of the plate. Referring to FIG. 4d, the configuration and combination method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) are the same as the configuration and combination method of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) of FIG. 3e, but additionally, convex vertical rails (34) are formed on the inner surface of the plate, and concave vertical grooves (44) are formed on the outer surface of the upper portion (40a) of the ejector, so that when the plate and the ejector are combined or when the ejector is pushed into the plate, the vertical rails (34) and the vertical grooves (44) interlock with each other so that they do not rotate outside each other but rotate together. In addition, the plate (30) is additionally formed with a two-stage rising rail hole (35) into which the second protrusion can be inserted and slide when rising two stages. In Fig. 4d, the coupling of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is achieved by inserting the fixing jaw (42) on the upper side of the ejector into the fixing hole (32) on the side of the plate, which serves to fix the plate and the ejector when rising and falling. (On the side of the upper side of the ejector, several protrusions are naturally formed due to the concave vertical grooves (44), but it can be seen that the protrusions (42) facing the fixing hole (32) in particular protrude more significantly.) Referring to FIG. 4e, the plate (30) is additionally formed with a two-stage rising rail hole (35) into which the second protrusion (41) of the ejector (40) can be inserted and slid when rising two stages. In this case, the total length of the plate and the ejector combined is shortened, so that a greater amount of stick-type cosmetics can be accommodated in a cosmetic container of the same size. When the second protrusion (41) of the ejector (40) is inserted into the two-stage rising rail hole (35) of the plate and the two-stage rising is completed, the second protrusion (41) reaches the upper end of the two-stage rising rail hole (35), and the upper surface of the plate (40) reaches the upper end of the plate.

Referring to the left drawing of FIG. 5a, an elevator member (20) according to one embodiment of the present invention has a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the screw member so that it can be inserted into the inside of the screw member, and has a rotary handle (27) at the bottom having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the screw member. In addition, a longitudinally straight guide hole (21) is formed at the side of the elevator member so that the first protrusion of the plate and the second protrusion of the ejector can fit and slide. The guide hole (21) has a second locking hole (22b) formed at the bottom that is bent horizontally so that the second protrusion can rest when the stick-type cosmetic (or the combined plate and ejector) is completely lowered, and a first locking hole (22a) formed at the bottom that is bent horizontally so that the first protrusion can rest at a predetermined distance upward from the second locking hole. The above first and second locking grooves serve to lock the first and second protruding ears when the stick-type cosmetic is completely lowered, that is, when the stick-type cosmetic is not in use.

In addition, preferably, the guide hole (21) is provided with a recessed portion (23a) that indicates a point in time when the first protrusion reaches the upper end (25) of the guide hole at a position spaced a certain distance downward from the top and the second protrusion rises further along the guide groove when the rotary handle is further rotated, thereby releasing the engagement between the plate and the ejector. When the second protrusion rises further along the recessed portion (23a), the user can feel a vibration when rotating the rotary handle, thereby indicating that the engagement between the plate and the ejector is now released and the remaining amount is being used. In addition, a cushion hole (23b) exists on the left and right sides of the recessed portion (23a), which causes the recessed portion to be slightly pushed toward the cushion hole when the second protrusion passes through the recessed portion (23a), thereby allowing the second protrusion to pass through the recessed portion without being tight and with a cushioned feel. In addition, the upper end (25) of the guide hole is generally blocked to prevent the first protrusion from rising any further, and preferably, the gap between the holes can be narrowed to prevent the first protrusion from getting caught and moving properly. In addition, one of the plurality of guide holes (21) present in the elevator member may have a cutout (26) at the upper end, which allows the upper end of the elevator member to slightly open when assembling the cosmetic container, thereby facilitating the insertion of the plate and the ejector into the interior of the elevator member (20). However, since the cutout is merely a slit shape, the first protrusion cannot pass through the cutout and stops at the upper end of the guide hole.

In addition, there may be a plurality of guide holes (21) of the elevator member, and preferably, there may be another guide hole 180 degrees opposite to the guide hole (21). In this case, the guide hole, the first protruding ear, and the second protruding ear exist as a pair of two pairs, and each of the guide hole, the first protruding ear, and the second protruding ear is positioned at a corresponding position.

Referring to the right drawing of FIG. 5a, a screw member (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention has a spiral guide groove (11) dug in the longitudinal direction on its inner surface, and a second protrusion (41) of the ejector slides along the guide groove (11). In the case where the guide hole, the first protrusion, and the second protrusion exist as two pairs at positions (180 degrees) facing each other as in the left drawing of FIG. 5, the guide groove (11) in the right drawing of FIG. 5 is formed by two guide grooves that start from both sides (180 degrees) of the lower end of the screw member (10) and are twisted symmetrically with each other.

Referring to FIG. 5b, an elevator member (20) according to one embodiment of the present invention has a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the screw member so that it can be inserted into the inside of the screw member, and has a rotary handle (27) attached to the lower end having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the screw member. In addition, a first guide hole (21a) having a longitudinally straight shape so that the first protrusion of the plate can be fitted and slid, and a second guide hole (21b) having a longitudinally straight shape so that the second protrusion of the ejector can be fitted and slid, are separately drilled into the side surface of the elevator member. The lower end of the first guide hole (21a) is positioned at a higher position and spaced apart from the lower end of the second guide hole (21b). At the bottoms of the first guide hole (21a) and the second guide hole (21b), a first locking hole (22a) and a second locking hole (22b) are formed, which are horizontally bent, so that the first protruding ear and the second protruding ear can rest when the stick-type cosmetic (or the combined plate and ejector) is completely lowered. The first and second locking grooves serve to lock the first protruding ear and the second protruding ear when the stick-type cosmetic is completely lowered, i.e., when the stick-type cosmetic is not in use.

In addition, preferably, the second guide hole (21b) is provided with a horizontally bent second-stage rising start hole (24b) that indicates the point in time when the first protrusion reaches the top of the first guide hole (i.e., the first-stage rising is completed) and the rotation handle is further rotated so that the combination between the plate and the ejector is released and the second protrusion (41) further rises along the second guide groove (21b) (i.e., the second-stage rising is initiated), and the first guide hole (21a) may be provided with a horizontally bent first-stage rising end hole (24a) at the top so as to indicate the point in time when the first protrusion reaches the top of the first guide hole and the first-stage rising of the stick-type cosmetic is completed. The interval between the first-stage rising end hole and the second-stage rising start hole corresponds to the interval between the first protrusion and the second protrusion when the plate and the ejector are coupled. Since the above two-stage rising start hole (24b) is bent horizontally to create an upper support jaw for the second protrusion, when the user turns the rotary handle, the rise of the plate and the ejector stops for a moment, so that it can be known that the combination of the plate and the ejector is now released and the remaining amount is used. More preferably, the above two-stage rising start hole may have a protrusion undercut (24c) formed at the edge of the upper support jaw. In this case, it can be better known that the combination of the plate and the ejector is now released and the remaining amount is used by feeling the vibration of the second protrusion passing the protrusion undercut. In addition, the above-mentioned first-stage rising end hole (24a) is bent horizontally to create an upper support ledge for the first protrusion, so it not only plays a role in stopping the further rise of the plate, but also, when rotating, the first-stage rising end hole (24a) and the second-stage rising start hole (24b) create a lower support ledge for the first protrusion and a lower support ledge for the second protrusion, so it also plays a role in preventing the plate from being pushed back when filling a stick-type cosmetic.

In addition, the first guide hole (21a) and the second guide hole (21b) of the elevator member may exist in multiple pairs, and preferably, another pair of guide holes may exist 180 degrees opposite to the pair of the first guide hole (21a) and the second guide hole (21b). In this case, the guide hole, the first protrusion, and the second protrusion exist in two pairs, and each of the guide hole, the first protrusion, and the second protrusion is positioned at a corresponding position.

Referring to Fig. 6, A is the initial preparation state (state before use) of the stick-type cosmetic container, in which the stick-type cosmetic has not yet been used, the combined plate (30) and ejector (40) are in the most lowered position, and the first protruding ear (31) and the second protruding ear (41) are in the horizontal positions of the first locking hole (22a) and the second locking hole (22b) of the guide hole, respectively. In this state, when the rotary handle (27) is turned, the stick-type cosmetic, i.e., the combined plate (30) and ejector (40) begin to rise and move to state B.

B is the normal use state (1-stage rising state) of the stick-type cosmetic container. When the normal use of the stick-type cosmetic is finished, the combined plate (30) and ejector (40) are in the highest raised position, the first protrusion (31) reaches the top (25) of the guide hole, and the second protrusion (41) reaches the starting position of the uneven portion (23a) of the guide hole. Until this time, the gap between the first protrusion (31) and the second protrusion (41) does not change from the A state. In this state, when the rotation handle (27) is turned with additional force while feeling the unevenness, the combination of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is released and it moves to the C state.

C is a state in which the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic container is used (state in which the second stage is raised). In order to use the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic left in the plate, when the rotary handle is turned additionally, the combination of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is released, and the ejector (40) is pushed into the plate (30). As a result, the first protrusion (31) remains at the top (25) of the guide hole, but the second protrusion (41) rises further. At this time, the gap between the first protrusion (31) and the second protrusion (41) becomes narrower than in state B. When the rotary handle is turned as far as possible, the upper surface of the ejector eventually reaches the top of the plate, allowing the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic to be used.

Figure 7 is a perspective view sequentially showing the initial preparation state (state before use) (A), the normal use state (state with one step raised) (B), and the remaining amount used state (state with two steps raised) (C) of the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention.

The states of A, B, and C in Fig. 7 are the same as the states of A, B, and C in Fig. 6, respectively, and are expressed in a perspective view only to gather the joint relationship and the operating appearance of the plate and the ejector. The relative positions of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) in Fig. 7 and the relative positions of the first protrusion (31) and the second protrusion (41) are also the same as in Fig. 6.

Fig. 8a shows the initial preparation state (state before use) of the stick-type cosmetic container, in which the stick-type cosmetic has not yet been used, the combined plate (30) and ejector (40) are in the most lowered position, and the first protruding ear (31) and the second protruding ear (41) are in the horizontal position of the first locking hole (22a) and the second locking hole (22b) of the first guide hole (21a) and the second guide hole (21b), respectively. In this state, when the rotation handle (27) is turned, the stick-type cosmetic, i.e., the combined plate (30) and ejector (40) start to rotate and rise, and move to the state of Fig. 8b.

Fig. 8b shows a normal use state (1-stage rising state) of a stick-type cosmetic container. When normal use of the stick-type cosmetic is finished, the combined plate (30) and ejector (40) are in the highest raised position, the first protruding ear (31) reaches the 1-stage rising end hole formed at the top of the first guide hole (21a), and the second protruding ear (41) reaches the 2-stage rising start hole formed at a certain distance below the top of the second guide hole (21b). Until this time, the distance between the first protruding ear (31) and the second protruding ear (41) does not change from the state before use of Fig. 8a. In this state, when additional force is applied to the rotary handle (27) and the protruding undercut formed at the 2-stage rising start hole is felt, the combination of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is released and the container moves to the state of Fig. 8c.

Fig. 8c shows a state in which the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic container is used (a two-stage rising state). In order to use the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic left in the plate, when the rotary handle is further turned, the combination of the plate (30) and the ejector (40) is released, and the ejector (40) is pushed into the plate (30), so that the first protrusion (31) remains at the top of the first guide hole (21a), but the second protrusion (41) rises further along the second guide hole (21b). At this time, the gap between the first protrusion (31) and the second protrusion (41) becomes narrower than in the normal use state of Fig. 8b. When the rotary handle is turned as far as possible, the upper surface of the ejector eventually reaches the top of the plate, so that the remaining amount of the stick-type cosmetic can be used.

In FIG. 9, the stick-type cosmetic container of the present invention can realize the reception and elevation of the stick-type cosmetic and the withdrawal of the remaining amount only with the essential components shown in FIG. 1a, which are the screw member (10), the elevator member (20), the plate (30), and the ejector (40). However, preferably, as shown in FIG. 9, in addition to the components of FIG. 1, at least one of a cylindrical protective tube (50) surrounding the screw member, a lower case (60) surrounding the lower part of the container, and an upper case (70) surrounding the upper part of the container may be further included. The protective tube (50) serves to protect the screw member (10) or hide its appearance, and the lower case (60) is fitted to the rotation handle (27) side of the elevator member (20) to enable the rotation of the elevator member (20) only by the rotation of the lower case, and the upper case (70) serves as a lid of the cosmetic container that blocks the upper opening of the screw member (10) so as to protect the stick-type cosmetic. In addition, the upper case (70) and lower case (60) together play a role in decorating the overall appearance of the cosmetic container by wrapping the entire cosmetic container.

As shown in the front view (left) of Fig. 10, only the upper case (70) and the lower case (60) are visible from the outside of the finally assembled complete stick-type cosmetic container (100).

Referring to the cross-sectional view (right) of Fig. 10, the configuration and positions of the screw member (10), the elevator member (20), the plate (30), and the ejector (40), which are essential components of the invention, are the same as those of the cross-sectional view (right) of Fig. 2, and only additionally includes a protective tube (50) surrounding the screw member (10), a lower case (60) surrounding the lower portion of the screw member and the rotary handle of the elevator member, and an upper case (70) surrounding the upper portion of the protective tube. The upper case and the lower case are cylindrical in Fig. 10, but may be made into a square shape for aesthetic reasons.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above-described embodiments, these are merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments are possible from these. Therefore, the true technical protection scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical details of the appended patent claims.

Claims

A cylindrical screw member having a longitudinal spiral guide groove formed on its inner surface;

A cylindrical elevator member inserted into the inside of the screw member and having a guide hole formed longitudinally on the side and a rotating handle located at the bottom;

A cylindrical plate, which is inserted into the interior of the elevator member and has a first protrusion formed on the outer surface so as to be inserted into the guide hole, and is configured to wrap around the lower outer surface of the stick-type cosmetic; and

An ejector is inserted into the bottom of the plate and releasably coupled, and includes a second protrusion formed on the outer surface so as to be inserted into the guide hole and guide groove, and the upper surface is configured to support the lower surface of the stick-type cosmetic;

In the state where the above plate and the ejector are combined, the first protrusion of the plate is positioned at a higher position and spaced apart from the second protrusion of the ejector.

The first protrusion of the above plate is configured to have a protrusion length that can be inserted into the guide hole and to slide up and down along the guide hole by the rotation of the rotary handle.

A stick-type cosmetic container characterized in that the second protrusion of the ejector is configured to have a protrusion length that can be inserted into the guide hole and the guide groove and to slide up and down along the guide hole and the guide groove according to the rotation of the rotary handle.
In the first paragraph, by rotating the rotary handle, the first protrusion of the plate and the second protrusion of the ejector rise along the guide hole and the guide groove until the first protrusion of the plate reaches the upper end of the guide hole, so that the plate and the ejector rise simultaneously in a combined state (i.e., rise by one stage), so that the stick-type cosmetic placed thereon can be used normally.

In the first paragraph, a stick-type cosmetic container characterized in that the releasable connection between the plate and the ejector is achieved by insertion between a fixing hole formed on the inner surface of the plate and a fixing protrusion formed on the outer surface of the ejector, and/or by engagement between a catch protrusion formed on the inner surface of the plate and a catch protrusion formed on the outer surface of the ejector.

A stick-shaped cosmetic container, characterized in that in the first paragraph, each of the guide groove, the guide hole, the first protruding ear, and the second protruding ear exists in two or more numbers, and each of the guide groove, the guide hole, the first protruding ear, and the second protruding ear is positioned at a corresponding position.
A stick-shaped cosmetic container characterized in that, in claim 1, it further includes at least one of a cylindrical protective tube surrounding the screw member, a lower case surrounding the lower part of the container, and an upper case surrounding the upper part of the container.
A stick-type cosmetic container, characterized in that in claim 1, the stick-type cosmetic is any one of a lipstick, a sun stick, a stick foundation, a stick deodorant, and a multi-balm.
