A LOCKLESS TIER METHOD TO BE USED FOR ACCESSORIES SUCH AS BRACELETS, NECKLACES, EAR-RINGS

Technical Field

The Invention relates to a lockless tier to be used for accessories such as bracelet, necklace, ear-rings.

State of the Art

Although jewellery reminds woman mostly, during history both women and men are seen with their jewelleries. In addition to supplementing stylish appearance and reflecting tastes, jewelleries are also known to represent social status, personalities, beliefs and identities.

Mostly preferred jewelleries as accessories are bracelets, necklaces and ear-rings. Today particularly jewelleries such as necklaces or wrist accessories have apparatus to provide locking on both ends so as to be wearable on organ/body easily. For instance, this lock is a clamp or ring through which a clamp passes. The related art has studies preventing fall of jewelleries.

For instance, utility model numbered TR2009/06507 discloses a necklace cap capable to open and close. The cap produced for placing desired stone therein comprises a screw and compressed necklace lock pass containing joint of connected lower and upper parts. Lower part is opened and planned stone is placed, Lower part is closed and necklace cap is tightened and necklace is placed and locking of necklace cap is provided.

Although there are studies in this subject, the studies are inadequate because of causes such as difficulties experienced in fitting to organs of different sizes/lengths, locking/unlocking of the lock and easy breaking/failing of locks.

Aim of the Invention

The present invention relates to a lockless tier to be used in accessories meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages. Main aim of the invention is to develop a tier which is taking shape of organ , easy to wear and take off, and a method for it.

Another aim of the invention is to eliminate repair need as this product is capable to compatible with body.

A further aim of the invention is to minimize risk of falling and loss of accessory without need for lock system.

In order to achieve above purposes, the invention is a tier convenient for use with accessories and comprising of a plate containing at least two eyes thereon, at least a tube profile located between the plates and providing space between the plates, at least two springs keeping the plate and tube profiles together and passing through the eyes on the plate and a nut providing tightening of the spring ends.

The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions below, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description the subject of the invention has been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.

A sample view is given in Figure 1 and demounted form view is given in figure 6, opposite view is given in figure 2 and tier of the invention convenient for use in accessories in the most basic form comprises,

- A plate (1 ) having at least two eyes (6) thereon,

- At least a tube profile (3) located between the plates (1) and providing space between the plates (1),

- A nut (5) providing tightening of at least two springs (2) keeping the plate (1) and the tube profiles together and passing through the eyes (6) on the plate (1 ) and springs

(2) ends.

Said nut (5) can be located inside a cover (4). An alternative view of it is given in figure 7.

The invention also develops method of a tier convenient for use in accessories. This method basically comprises process steps of,

- Passing the plates (1) containing at least two eyes (6) and wherein the tube profiles

(3) are located between them through at least two springs (2),

- Tightening ends of the spring (2) by nut (5).

The tightening can be made by inserting nuts (5) onto preferably spring (2) ends as well as the nut (5) located inside the cover (4). Figure 5 shows a view of cover-fixing part and hole.

The invention basically comprises at least two springs (2) passing into plates (1) containing at least two eyes (6) that can be of different pattern and models on the spring (2). A view of the plate (1) is given in Figure 4. Tube profiles (3) are located between each plate (1) and tighten the plate (1) from both sides. Tube profiles (3) prevent collusion of the plates (1 ) to one another and thus damages likely to arise therefrom and also provides different models. Tube profiles (3) are inserted into the spring (2). With the developed system a tier in n number tube profiles (3) + plate (2) + tube profile (3) pattern is formed and a visual is obtained. The formed combination may reach up to end of the spring. It may reach up to inner point of the spring as well as end in a specified length and remain without covering entire spring. The cover (4) is located on the end part of the spring (2) and the spring (2) ends are inside the cover (4). Figure 3 shows a view of cover and fixing part. The ends are tightened by the nut (5) located inside the cover (4). Thus removal is eliminated. A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a fixing part (7) located in inner part of the cover (4) and inserted onto the spring (2). This part (7) eliminates weld need and provides easy mounting and hiding mounting. The fixing part (7) is the last panel placed onto the spring (2). Also as it is in other panels, it has an aesthetic appearance but differently from other panels, it has protrusion and it passes through the hole (8) located on end part of the cover (4) and functions as fixing/tightening member. Fixing part extending out from the hole (8) grounded on this extending part and cleaned, thus full locking is achieved.

If tube combination of profile (3) -plate (1 ) onto the spring (2) is intended to be made in limited number, (for a different model), the nuts (5) are placed on the very outside part. In other words, this combination is in the form of nut (5)+(Tube profile+plate+tube profile)^ nut (5) on the spring (2). Also if desired, cover (4) can be placed on the end part of the spring. Since the locking can be made next to the tube profile in this model, placing nut into cover (4) is optional.

As the developed product takes shape of the organ it is worn on, the size of the user is not important. Therefore, need for repair is also eliminated. The obtained accessories can be worn and taken off with one hand easily. In addition, as lock system is not needed, risk of falling and loss of accessory is minimized.

Claims

1. A tier convenient for use with accessories, characterized by comprising; a plate (1) containing at least two eyes (6) thereon, at least a tube profile (3) located between the plates (1) and providing space between the plates (1), at least two springs (2) keeping the plate (1) and tube profiles together and passing through the eyes (6) on the plate (1) and a nut (5) providing tightening of the spring (2) ends.

2. A product according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the nut (5) being located inside a cover (4).

3. A product according to claim 2, characterized by comprising; a fixing part (7) located in inner part of the cover (4) and inserted onto the spring (2).

4. A tier method convenient for use for accessories, characterized by comprising; process steps of passing the plates (1) containing at least two eyes (6) and wherein the tube profiles (3) are located between them through at least two springs (2), tightening ends of the spring (2) by nut (5).

5. A method according to claim 4, characterized by comprising; tightening process by inserting nuts (5) onto ends of spring.

6. A method according to claim 4, characterized by comprising; tightening process by the nut (5) located inside the cover (4).

7. A product according to claim 3, characterized by comprising; a hole (8) providing fixing/tightening of fixing part (7) and located on end part of the cover (4).
