本发明涉及一种捆式折叠椅架以及具有其的折叠椅。
普通捆式折叠椅收拢时多为座管后部翻转,收拢后包装体积较大。
本发明属于一种捆式折叠椅架,该折叠椅架包括成对的靠背杆、成对的座杆、成对的扶手杆、成对的前脚杆、成对的后脚杆、成对的前支撑杆,向上抬起扶手杆,折叠椅架收折后呈捆式,每个前脚杆从前到后向上倾斜延伸,每个后脚杆从前到后向下倾斜延伸,每个后脚杆设有枢座,所述枢座与前脚杆铰接且其铰接点A偏离后脚杆,以使得前脚杆和后脚杆能够以平行并拢的方式收折。
作为优选,每个前支撑杆第一端与对应的扶手杆铰接,第二端与对应的前脚杆上设置的第一滑座铰接,所述的前支撑杆上设置第二滑座,对应该前支撑杆的座杆设置有连接座,所述第二滑座与连接座铰接连接。

本发明通过枢座的设计使得收折后的前脚杆和后脚杆呈平行状态,解决了现有的前脚杆和后脚杆收折后存在角度引起的收折体积较大的技术问题。
本发明通过第二滑座与连接座偏心铰接,使得前支撑杆与扶手杆之间收折后呈彼此平行布置,解决了现有的前支撑杆与扶手杆收折后存在角度以致于无法完全平行并拢的技术问题。同时,在二者之间形成收容槽供前脚杆收容其中,使得与后脚杆平行收折后的前脚杆能够藏设在前支撑杆与扶手杆之间,极大的减小了收折后的径向尺寸,使得本发明提供的椅架包装体积显著降低。
本发明在保证使用体验的前提下,通过结构上的设计和优化,最大程度的减小收拢包装体积,降低运费成本 。

请参阅图1与图2,本实施方式涉及一种捆式折叠椅架,该折叠椅架至少包括成对的靠背杆1、成对的座杆2、成对的扶手杆3、成对的前脚杆5与成对的后脚杆6,向上抬起扶手杆3,折叠椅架收折后呈捆式折叠椅。
基于前述的折叠椅,本实施例对前脚杆5和后脚杆6的连接结构进行改进,每个前脚杆5从前到后向上倾斜延伸,每个后脚杆6从前到后向下倾斜延伸,每个后脚杆设有枢座10,所述枢座10与前脚杆5铰接且其铰接点A 11偏离后脚杆6,以使得前脚杆5和后脚杆6能够以平行并拢的方式收折。如此,借由枢座的设计,后脚杆6能够支撑前脚杆5,当前脚杆5和后脚杆6收拢折叠后,二者能够平行并拢,解决了现有的前脚杆5与后脚杆6收拢后存在角度的技术问题,使得折叠椅收折后的体积显著降低。
在一些实施例中,所述后脚杆6顶部连接枢座10,所述枢座10具有自后脚杆6顶端倾斜向下延伸的铰接部102,所述前脚杆5与铰接部102铰接。具体地,所述铰接部102形成倾斜向下延伸且向上开口的支撑槽,所述前脚杆5具有抵压在支撑槽内的撑开状态以及脱离支撑槽支撑的收合状态。
可选地,所述的枢座10整体呈倒V型设计,一斜侧101与后脚杆固定连接,另一斜侧构成铰接部102,铰接部102形成开口支撑槽供前脚杆支撑其中且其间设有铰接点A11供前脚杆5转动连接其中以实现转动收折。
为了进一步降低包装体积,本实施方式提供的每个前支撑杆7第一端与对应的扶手杆3铰接,第二端与对应的前脚杆上设置的第一滑座51铰接,所述的前支撑杆7上设置第二滑座12,对应该前支撑杆的座杆设置有连接座13,所述第二滑座12与连接座13铰接连接,所述前脚杆5设有第一限位部27,所述的前支撑杆7设有第二限位部26,所述的第一限位部27和第二限位部26分别设置在第一滑座51与第二滑座12的下侧以限制滑座的滑动行程,如此,所述的第一限位部27和第二限位部26能够限制第一滑座51与第二滑座12在折叠椅展开过程程度,以使其保持在作为椅子的状态;另一方面,向上抬起扶手杆3后,第二滑座12与连接座13滑动带动前支撑杆和座杆收折,借由第二滑座与连接座,前支撑杆和座杆能够平行并拢,解决了现有的前支撑杆和座杆之间收折后存在角度的技术问题。
在一些优选实施方式中,所述第二滑座与连接座的铰接点B 15相对于前支撑杆和座杆的轴线偏心设置,在折叠椅架的展开状态下,第二滑座 12与连接座 13的铰接点B 15位于座杆下侧,同时该铰接点B 15还位于支撑杆前,如此,前脚杆5和后脚杆6能够尽可能地与椅架的前支撑杆7和座杆2并拢,降低包装椅的径向尺寸。
在进一步的优选实施例中,所述的第二滑座 12与连接座 13之间形成朝向前脚杆开口的收容槽123供前脚杆收容其中,如此,与后脚杆6平行并拢的前脚杆5能够藏设在该收容槽123内,请参阅图4,收折后,侧面的收折宽度仅受到靠背杆、后脚杆以及前支撑杆的限制,而不受到前脚杆、座杆的限制,径向包装尺寸显著降低。
具体地,请参阅图3与图4,每个靠背杆1上设有第三滑座16,每个后脚杆6设有第四滑座17,第三滑座16与对应前脚杆5铰接连接,第四滑座17与对应的靠背杆1铰接,每个扶手杆3的后端与对应的靠背杆1铰接,而其前端通过塑料座20与对应的前支撑杆7铰接。
在本实施例中,每个座杆2中间侧通过连接座a 18与前脚杆铰接,且前脚杆5与连接座a 18的铰接点C相较于座杆偏心设置,如此,座杆与前脚杆、后脚杆收折后能够达到平行并拢。
可选地,所述折叠椅架还包括前交叉连杆9与后交叉连杆8,所述前交叉连杆9连接在前脚杆5与座杆2之间,后交叉连杆8连接在后脚杆6与靠背杆1之间,所述的前交叉连杆与后交叉连杆包括交叉连接的第一连杆与第二连杆,如此,提高整个椅架的支撑强度。
所述的第二滑座12与连接座13、第一滑座与连接座a、第三滑座与第四滑座均为塑料件。
收拢时,靠背杆第三滑座16往上滑动,后脚杆第四滑座17往下滑动,前支撑杆的滑座12和前脚杆的第一滑座51往上滑动;在保证使用体验的前提下,通过结构上的设计和优化,最大程度的减小收拢包装体积,降低运费成本 。
请参阅图5,本实施例与实施例1的结构基本相同,区别在于每个靠背杆1与对应的后脚杆6通过翻转件40铰接,该翻转件40一端与靠背杆1的底端铰接,另一端与后脚杆6的中间铰接,如此,请参阅图6与图7,收拢时,靠背杆1上的第三滑座16往上滑动,翻转件40翻转驱使靠背杆1朝向后脚杆6靠拢,前支撑杆7的滑座12和前脚杆5的第一滑座51往上滑动,最终实现捆式收拢。

Claims (13)
- 一种捆式折叠椅架,该折叠椅架包括成对的靠背杆(1)、成对的座杆(2)、成对的扶手杆(3)、成对的前脚杆(5)、成对的后脚杆(6)与成对的前支撑杆(7),向上抬起扶手杆,折叠椅架收折后呈捆式,其特征在于,每个前脚杆(5)从前到后向上倾斜延伸,每个后脚杆(6)从前到后向下倾斜延伸,每个后脚杆(6)设有枢座(10),所述枢座(10)与前脚杆(5)铰接且其铰接点A(11)偏离后脚杆(6),以使得前脚杆(5)和后脚杆(6)能够以平行并拢的方式收折。
- 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,每个前支撑杆(7)第一端与对应的扶手杆(3)铰接,第二端与对应的前脚杆(5)上设置的第一滑座(51)铰接,所述的前支撑杆(7)上设置第二滑座(12),对应该前支撑杆(7)的座杆(2)设置有连接座(13),所述第二滑座(12)与连接座(13)铰接连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,所述前脚杆(5)设有第一限位部(27),所述的前支撑杆(7)设有第二限位部(26),所述的第一限位部(27)和第二限位部(26)分别设置在第一滑座(51)与第二滑座(12)的下侧以限制第一滑座(51)与第二滑座(12)的滑动行程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,所述后脚杆(6)顶部连接枢座(10),所述枢座具有自后脚杆顶端倾斜向下延伸的铰接部(102),所述前脚杆(5)与铰接部(102)铰接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,所述铰接部(102)形成倾斜向下延伸且向上开口的支撑槽,所述前脚杆具有抵压在支撑槽内的撑开状态以及脱离支撑槽支撑的收合状态。
- 根据权利要求2所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,所述第二滑座(12)与连接座(13)的铰接点B(15)相对于前支撑杆和座杆的轴线偏心设置,所述的铰接点B(15)在折叠椅架的展开状态下位于座杆下侧且位于支撑杆前侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,所述的第二滑座与连接座之间形成朝向前脚杆开口的收容槽(123)供前脚杆收容其中。
- 根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,每个靠背杆(1)设有第三滑座(16),第三滑座(16)与对应的前脚杆(5)铰接连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,每个靠背杆(1)与对应的后脚杆(6)通过翻转件铰接;或每个靠背杆(1)与对应的后脚杆(6)上设置的第四滑座(17)铰接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,所述的翻转件包括第一连接片与第二连接片,每个靠背杆分别通过第一连接片与第二连接片与对应的后脚杆铰接,该靠背杆的底部的至少部分位于第一连接片与第二连接片之间,在折叠椅架的展开状态下,靠背杆的底部能够与后脚杆抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,每个座杆(2)通过连接座a(18)与前脚杆铰接,且连接座a(18)与前脚杆的铰接点C相较于座杆(2)偏心设置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的折叠椅架,其特征在于,所述折叠椅架还包括前交叉连杆(9)与后交叉连杆(8),所述前交叉连杆(9)连接在前脚杆与座杆之间,后交叉连杆(8)连接在后脚杆(6)与靠背杆(1)之间;每个座杆(2)的后端与对应的靠背杆(1)铰接,而连接座a(18)连接在座杆(2)的中间侧;每个扶手杆(3)的后端与对应的靠背杆(1)铰接,而其前端通过塑料座与对应的前支撑杆铰接。
- 一种折叠椅,其特征在于,该折叠椅包括权利要求1~12任意一项所述的折叠椅架。
