Description
本发明属于电声转换技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能发声装置。
随着消费电子产业特别是智能手机的迅猛发展,终端消费者对于设备使用体验的需求越来越高。除视觉外,对于听觉、触觉的体验需求更是逐步提升。
现有技术中,扬声器模组和马达的性能提升一般是通过增大产品尺寸来实现的,但是伴随着电子设备内部空间越来越紧凑,电池、主板、摄像头占用空间越来越大,这又要求扬声器模组及振动马达尺寸不能增加甚至还要减小,因此又与性能提升的需求之间产生冲突。因此,手机厂商对扬声器和马达产品的空间不断提出尺寸更小的要求,对马达的振动功能也提出的更高的要求。
因此,有必要提供一种扬声器和马达占用空间更小,且振动功能更强的技术方案。
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能发声装置,能够解决扬声器和马达占用空间更小,且振动功能更强的的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种多功能发声装置,包括具有收容腔的壳体和收容于所述收容腔内并与所述壳体固定连接的发声单体,所述发声单体包括盆架、设置于所述盆架内的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统沿第一方向往复振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路系统,其特征在于,所述多功能发声装置还包括悬置于所述收容腔内且位于所述磁路系统的远离所述振动系统一侧的振子、以及装配于所述振子的线圈,所述磁路系统与所述线圈相互作用以带动所述振子沿第二方向和第三方向振动,所述第二方向和所述第三方向相互垂直且均垂直于所述第一方向。
优选地,所述多功能发声装置还包括分别连接于所述振子和所述壳体的弹性件,所述弹性件包括承载所述振子的承载部和与所述承载部固定连接的弹性部,所述弹性部有两个且分布于所述振子的相对两端,所述振子振动时所述弹性部发生弹性形变。
优选地,所述弹性部包括与所述壳体固定连接的第一连接臂、与所述振子固定连接的第二连接臂和两端分别与所述第一连接臂、所述第二连接臂固定连接的第三连接臂,所述第一连接臂、所述第二连接臂和所述第三连接臂围绕于所述振子周边。
优选地,所述弹性部设有避位孔,所述振子设有与所述避位孔适配的撞击部,所述撞击部在所述振子振动时能够通过所述避位孔。

请参阅图2和图3,在一个实施例中,所述主磁钢231包括相同磁极相对的上磁钢2311和下磁钢2312,所述磁路系统23还包括两侧分别固定连接于所述上磁钢2311与下磁钢2312之间的主极芯235、以及分别固定连接于所述盆架21和所述副磁钢232的副极芯236,所述副磁钢232的磁极与所述下磁钢2312磁的磁极方向相反;所述副磁钢232与所述上磁钢2311磁极方向相同。具体的,上磁钢2311的上端为N极、下端为S极,下磁钢2312的上端为S极、下端为N极,副磁钢232的上端为S极、下端为N极,上磁钢2311与下磁钢2312通过主极芯235固定连接,下磁钢2312与固定件233固定连接,副磁钢232与副极芯236固定连接,副极芯236与盆架21固定连接。优选地,副磁钢232与下磁钢2312的高度一致。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,在一个实施例中,所述振动系统22包括连接于所述盆架21的振膜221、与所述振膜221连接的球顶骨架222、以及插设于所述磁间隙234且与所述球顶骨架222连接的音圈223。其中,振膜221包括球顶、连接于球顶的内侧且朝远离磁路系统23弯折的第一折环、和连接于球顶的外侧且朝靠近磁路系统23弯折的第二折环,第一折环和第二折环均为环形,第一折环的内边缘固定于主磁钢231,第二折环的外边缘固定于盆架21。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,进一步地,发声单体2还包括设置于盆架21远离磁路系统23一侧的上盖24、以及两端分别固定连接于盆架21和球顶骨架222的柔性电路板224,上盖24与盆架21相适配,第二折环设于盆架21和上盖24之间,及振膜221通过盆架21和上盖24夹持固定;柔性电路板224设于盆架21远离上盖24的一侧,柔性电路板224设有两个且分布在磁路系统23的两侧,有利于振动系统22对称设置,从而提升振动系统22的振动效果。应当理解,音圈223与线圈4所在电路相互独立设置,使音圈223与线圈4可以分开工作也可以同时工作,便于满足不同的应用场景对线圈4和音圈223工作与否的需求。
以上的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种多功能发声装置,包括具有收容腔的壳体和收容于所述收容腔内并与所述壳体固定连接的发声单体,所述发声单体包括盆架、设置于所述盆架内的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统沿第一方向往复振动发声且具有磁间隙的磁路系统,其特征在于,所述多功能发声装置还包括悬置于所述收容腔内且位于所述磁路系统的远离所述振动系统一侧的振子、以及装配于所述振子的线圈,所述磁路系统与所述线圈相互作用以带动所述振子沿第二方向和第三方向振动,所述第二方向和所述第三方向相互垂直且均垂直于所述第一方向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述多功能发声装置还包括分别连接于所述振子和所述壳体的弹性件,所述弹性件包括承载所述振子的承载部和与所述承载部固定连接的弹性部;所述弹性部设有两个且分布于所述振子的相对两端,所述振子振动时所述弹性部发生弹性形变。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述弹性部包括与所述壳体固定连接的第一连接臂、与所述振子固定连接的第二连接臂和两端分别与所述第一连接臂、所述第二连接臂固定连接的第三连接臂,所述第一连接臂、所述第二连接臂和所述第三连接臂围绕于所述振子周边。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述弹性部设有避位孔,所述振子设有与所述避位孔适配的撞击部,所述撞击部在所述振子振动时能够通过所述避位孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述承载部开设第一让位孔,所述振子开设与所述第一让位孔正对设置的第二让位孔,所述壳体朝所述振子的方向凸起形成支撑部,所述支撑部依次穿过所述第一让位孔和所述第二让位孔并固定于所述磁路系统。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述多功能发声装置还具有收容于所述第二让位孔的固定件,所述支撑部经由所述固定件固定于所述磁路系统。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述线圈设有两个,所述振子包括装配于所述承载部的主体部、固定于所述主体部的相对两端的两侧壁部、以及固定连接于所述主体部的两质量块,两所述质量块间隔位于两所述侧壁部之间,所述主体部开设有间隔设置于所述第二让位孔相对两侧的两安装槽,所述线圈与所述安装槽一一对应安装于所述安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述线圈为跑道形线圈,所述线圈的长边的延伸方向与所述第二方向和所述第三方向之间存在夹角。
- 根据权利要求8所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,沿所述第一方向,所述线圈与所述磁间隙正对间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的多功能发声装置,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括主磁钢以及与所述主磁钢间隔形成所述磁间隙的副磁钢,所述主磁钢包括相同磁极相对的上磁钢和下磁钢,所述磁路系统还包括两侧分别固定连接于所述上磁钢与下磁钢之间的主极芯、以及分别固定连接于所述盆架和所述副磁钢的副极芯,所述副磁钢的磁极与所述下磁钢的磁极方向相反;所述副磁钢与所述上磁钢磁极方向相同。
