Abstract

Description
本申请要求于2021年12月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111522722.X、发明名称为“转轴组件及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,以及于2022年02月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210172478.7、发明名称为“转轴组件及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及电子终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种转轴组件及电子设备。
折叠机一般包括两组外壳,两组外壳之间通过转轴组件实现折叠转动,转轴组件包括门板,门板可以实现对柔性屏的支撑。但是,现有的转轴组件结构复杂,零件较多,部分活动零件间存在间隙,这种间隙会造成门板产生上下浮动,影响门板的平面度,进而影响折叠机展平状态下柔性屏的平面度,导致光影效果变差。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种转轴组件及电子设备,以解决上述现有技术中转轴组件的零部件间存在间隙而造成门板上下浮动,影响柔性屏平面度及光影效果的问题。
本申请第一方面提供了一种转轴组件,其中,包括门板和转动支撑机构;
所述转动支撑机构包括摆臂、固定结构、限位件和支撑结构;
所述支撑结构上设置有安装平面,所述门板固定于所述安装平面;
所述摆臂的两端分别与所述固定结构和所述支撑结构转动相连,所述摆臂上背离所述门板的一端形成有第一限位部;
所述限位件连接于所述支撑结构,所述限位件上朝向所述门板的一端形成有第二限位部;
其中,所述转动支撑机构在展平状态下,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部抵接。
在支撑结构相对于摆臂转动的过程中,与支撑结构连接的限位件也会相对于摆臂发生相对移动。具体地,在屏幕处于展开状态时,限位件的第二限位部能够与摆臂的第一限位部抵接,从而实现摆臂与支撑结构之间的相互约束,有效避免了摆臂及支撑结构因上述间隙的存在而发生浮动,实现了支撑结构对门板的稳定支撑,保证了门板在展开状态下的平面度,保证了屏幕的光影效果。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第一限位部为所述摆臂上背离所述门板的一端的表面。摆臂通过其一侧的表面与限位件的第二限位部抵接,可以无需增加额外的零部件,减少对摆臂和限位件之间空间的占用,摆臂的表面还可以提供较大的接触面积,保证摆臂与限位件抵接的可靠性。在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第二限位部为所述限位件上朝向所述门板的一端的表面。限位件通过其一侧的表面与摆臂的第一限位部抵接,可以无需增加额外的零部件,减少对摆臂和限位件之间空间的占用,限位件的 表面还可以提供较大的接触面积,保证摆臂与限位件抵接的可靠性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述转动支撑机构在非展平状态下,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部分离。当折叠手机处于折叠状态时,转动支撑机构为非展平状态,此时的摆臂与限位件相互分离,使第一限位部和第二限位部之间无接触,从而可以避免折叠手机在折叠过程中发生阻力。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述支撑结构的一端设置有限位结构,所述转动支撑机构在展平状态下,所述限位结构搭接于所述固定结构朝向所述门板的一端,所述转动支撑机构在非展平状态下,所述限位结构与所述固定结构分离。
其中,在转轴组件展平状态下,由于转轴组件中各零部件间存在配合公差的因素,导致门板的中间部分区域易产生塌陷的现象,即门板向背离屏幕的方向发生轻微的弯曲,这也会造成屏幕的平面度不良,影响光影效果。为此,本申请中,在转轴组件展平状态下,通过限位结构与固定结构搭接配合,使固定结构能够对限位结构实现支撑,防止支撑结构整体向远离门板的方向下沉,从而可以避免门板塌陷的问题。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述限位结构为薄板状结构,所述固定结构朝向所述门板的一端形成有限位面,所述转动支撑机构在展平状态下,所述限位结构与所述限位面抵接。在转动支撑机构处于展平状态下,限位面可以实现对限位结构的支撑,防止支撑结构向远离门板的方向下沉,从而可以避免门板塌陷的问题。在一种可能的实现方式中,所述支撑结构包括安装件和转接件,所述摆臂远离所述固定结构的一端与所述转接件转动相连,所述安装件与所述转接件按设定的轨迹滑动相连。
其中,转接件与电子设备的第一壳体或第二壳体固定相连,使转接件可以带动第一壳体或第二壳体同步运动。在摆臂转动时,安装件与转接件之间也产生相对运动,以实现第一壳体和第二壳体的转动打开或闭合,避免第一壳体和第二壳体与周围其他部件间发生干涉卡滞。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述限位件设置有定位槽,所述安装件设置有定位柱,所述定位柱固定安装于所述定位槽。
其中,安装件的定位柱向背离门板的一侧凸出,安装限位件时,可以将限位件的定位槽套设于相应的定位柱,以实现限位件安装的预定位,然后可以通过螺钉将限位件和安装件锁紧固定,从而既方便了操作,又保证了限位件与安装件连接的可靠性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述定位槽中设置有安装孔,所述定位柱中设置有螺纹孔,所述定位柱与所述定位槽通过所述安装孔、所述螺纹孔和所述螺钉的配合固定相连。
当安装件的定位柱插入至限位件的定位槽中完成预安装后,可以使用螺钉穿过定位槽的安装孔拧紧在定位柱的螺纹孔中,实现限位件与安装件的锁紧固定。从而一方面方便了限位件与安装件的装配,另一方面也保证了限位件与安装件连接固定的可靠性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述安装件背离门板的一侧具有安装空间,所述安装空间形成于所述转接件、所述安装件和所述固定结构之间。其中,限位件可以设置于该安装空间中,而不会占用额外的Z向空间,从而既保证了门板的平面度,又可以实 现电子设备的轻薄化。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述安装件设置有至少两个,所述至少两个安装件分别设置于所述摆臂的两侧;所述至少两个安装件均连接于所述限位件,且所述至少两个安装件背离所述限位件的一面形成为所述安装平面,且所述至少两个安装件的所述安装平面均位于同一平面上。
该至少两个安装件共同实现对门板的支撑,提升了对门板的支撑可靠性,且各个安装件上用于支撑门板的安装平面均位于同一平面,使各个安装件的安装平面具有相同的平面度,从而保证了门板的平面度,进而保证了屏幕具有良好的光影效果。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述转接件设置有弧形的轨迹槽,所述安装件设置有弧形的导向翻边,所述导向翻边与所述轨迹槽滑动配合。
其中,轨迹槽设置于转接件在垂直于其转动方向上的两侧,该轨迹槽和导向翻边均为弧形,导向翻边可以在轨迹槽中发生相对滑动,通过导向翻边和轨迹槽的配合,可以保证转接件相对于摇臂转动的稳定性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述轨迹槽设置于所述转接件在垂直于其转动方向上的两侧,所述轨迹槽和所述导向翻边均为弧形。其中,导向翻边可以在轨迹槽中发生相对滑动,通过导向翻边和轨迹槽的配合,可以保证转接件相对于摇臂转动的稳定性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述转动支撑机构还包括销轴,所述摆臂上设置有第一转动孔,所述转接件上设置有用于与所述第一转动孔同轴配置的第二转动孔,所述摆臂和所述转接件通过所述第一转动孔、第二转动孔和所述销轴的配合转动相连。
该销轴可以保证第一转动孔、第二转动孔同轴转动的效果,避免摇臂与转接件之间发生晃动。此外,采用销轴连接的方式也方便了装配。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述摆臂的一端设置有弧形的转动部,所述固定结构形成有弧形的转动空间,所述转动部转动设置于所述转动空间。
该弧形的转动部形成为朝向门板的一侧凹陷,背离门板的一侧拱起的结构,转动空间的形状与转动部的形状相匹配,转动空间的内壁可以为转动部提供运动导向,实现转动部的转动。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述固定结构包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件固定相连,且所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件之间形成所述转动空间。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件分别位于所述转动部的两侧,所述第一支撑件朝向所述转动部的一侧表面为第一弧形面,第二支撑件朝向转动部一侧的表面为第二弧形面,所述第一弧形面与所述第二弧形面之间形成所述转动空间。其中,第一弧形面和第二弧形面可以为转动部的转动提供导向。
在一种可能的实现方式中,还包括转轴外壳,所述固定结构固定安装于所述转轴外壳。该转轴外壳可以将固定结构罩设于其中,避免外界环境对固定结构及摆臂等零件造成损伤或污染。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述门板为碳纤维材料。碳纤维材料的门板质量较轻,易于实现电子设备的轻量化。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述门板铆接于所述安装件。从而以保证门板与安装件连接的稳定性。
本申请的第二方面还提供了一种电子设备,包括第一壳体、第二壳体和屏幕,所述屏幕覆盖于所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体,其中,所述电子设备还包括本申请第一方面提供的转轴组件,所述屏幕固定支撑于所述门板,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体通过所述转轴组件实现打开或闭合。
应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性的,并不能限制本申请。

本说明书的描述中,需要理解的是,本申请实施例所描述的“上”、“下”等方位词是以附图所示的角度来进行描述的,不应理解为对本申请实施例的限定。此外,在上下文中,还需要理解的是,当提到一个元件连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”时,其不仅能够直接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”,也可以通过中间元件间接连接在另一个元件“上”或者“下”。
折叠手机(Folding mobile phone)通常包括两个可以转动的外壳,两个外壳能够通过转轴结构实现折叠或展开。其中,转轴结构一般是由众多零部件组装合成,结构复杂。在转轴结构中,门板是用于支撑柔性屏幕的关键部件,门板的平面度是决定柔性屏幕在展开状态下是否平整的重要因素之一。对于现有的转轴组件而言,由于零部件众多,各零部件的公差累计会影响门板的平面度,且各个具有相对运动关系的零部件为了保证正常的动作,零部件间会存在轻微的间隙,但这种间隙也会造成门板的浮动,导致门板平面度不良,进而导致柔性屏不平整,光影效果变差。
为此,如图1至图3所示,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,其包括第一壳体1、第二壳体2和屏幕(图中未示出),屏幕覆盖于第一壳体1和第二壳体2,其中,该电子设备还包括本申请实施例提供的转轴组件3,屏幕固定支撑于转轴组件3中的门板32,第一壳体1和第二壳体2通过转轴组件3实现打开或闭合。该屏幕可以为柔性屏,在第一壳体1和第二壳体2转动时,柔性屏可以实现折叠或展平。在折叠状态下,电子设备可以实现闭合,在展平状态下,电子设备可以实现打开,以通过屏幕呈现影像。其中,转轴组件3的门板32可以与屏幕连接固定,门板32可以推动屏幕折叠或展平,在展平状态下,门板32可以实现对屏幕的稳定支撑,保证屏幕的平面度。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例提供的电子设备可以为折叠手机,也可以为其它具有折叠功能的且具有平面度要求的电子设备。
具体地,如图4和图5所示,本申请实施例提供的转轴组件3包括门板32和转动支撑机构31,该转动支撑机构31可以连接门板32以及电子设备的第一壳体1和第二壳体2,转动支撑机构31的转动可以带动第一壳体1及第二壳体2转动,以及通过门 板32实现屏幕的折叠或展开。
其中,如图6所示,转动支撑机构31包括摆臂311、固定结构312、限位件313和支撑结构314。支撑结构314上设置有安装平面3141a,门板32固定于安装平面3141a。摆臂311的两端分别与固定结构312和支撑结构314转动相连,该固定结构312可以固定于第一壳体1和第二壳体2之间,摆臂311上背离门板32的一端形成有第一限位部3112,如图11所示。限位件313连接于支撑结构314,限位件313上朝向门板32的一端形成有第二限位部3132,如图9所示,该第二限位部3132与第一限位部3112位置相对。
其中,如图12所示,当转动支撑机构31在展平状态下,第一限位部3112与第二限位部3132抵接。如图13至图18所示,当转动支撑机构31在非展平状态下,第一限位部3112与第二限位部3132分离。其中,图13为转轴组件在折叠过程中的示意图,图14为图13中在A-A处的截面图,图15为图14中在B处的放大图,如图13至图15所示,转轴组件在转动的过程中,用户通常不会有对屏幕平面度方面的要求,只有在屏幕完全展平的状态下,才具有对屏幕平面度方面的要求,以在使用过程中获得较好的光影效果,因此,在转轴组件在转动的过程中,第一限位部3112与第二限位部3132可以保持分离的状态。图16为转轴组件在折叠完成后的示意图,图17为图16中在C-C处的截面图,图18为图17中在D处的放大图,如图16至图18所示,转轴组件在折叠完成后,电子设备的第一壳体和第二壳体对合,此状态下用户对电子设备无使用需求,因此,在此状态下,第一限位部3112与第二限位部3132也可以保持分离的状态。
需要说明的是,摆臂311需要相对于固定结构312转动以实现屏幕的展开或折叠,为了保证摆臂311的正常转动,摆臂311与固定结构312之间具有轻微的间隙,这个间隙会导致摆臂311存在轻微的晃动量,进而造成门板32的浮动,导致门板32在与支撑结构314连接位置处产生拱起或塌陷现象,造成门板32平面度不良,影响屏幕的光影效果。
为此,本实施例中,采用一种限位件313连接于支撑结构314,该限位件313可以与支撑结构314同步运动,该支撑结构314可以连接于电子设备的第一壳体1或第二壳体2,当摆臂311的一端相对于固定结构312转动时,摆臂311可以带动支撑结构314发生转动,摆臂311的另一端与支撑结构314转动连接,在摆臂311的带动下,支撑结构314随摆臂311转动的同时,支撑结构314也相对于摆臂311发生轻微的转动,以保证与支撑结构314连接的第一壳体1或第二壳体2能够顺利打开或展平,避免卡滞。
其中,由于限位件313固定于支撑结构314,在支撑结构314相对于摆臂311转动的过程中,与支撑结构314连接的限位件313也会相对于摆臂311发生相对移动。具体地,如图14和图15所示,在屏幕处于折叠状态时,限位件313与摆臂311分离。如图12所示,在屏幕处于展开状态时,限位件313的第二限位部3132能够与摆臂311的第一限位部3112抵接,从而实现摆臂311、支撑结构314及限位件313在垂直于门板32表面方向上的相互约束,有效避免了摆臂311及支撑结构314因上述间隙的存在 而发生浮动,实现了支撑结构314对门板32的稳定支撑,保证了门板32在展开状态下的平面度,保证了屏幕的光影效果。
当折叠手机处于折叠状态时,转动支撑机构为非展平状态,此时的摆臂311与限位件313相互分离,使第一限位部3112和第二限位部3132之间无接触,从而可以避免折叠手机在折叠过程中发生阻力。
此外,需要说明的是,对于电子设备为折叠手机而言,在门板32和折叠手机的外壳之间通常布置有与主板相连的柔性电路板4(Flexible Printed Circuit简称FPC),该柔性电路板4具有质量轻、厚度薄、可自由弯曲折叠等优良特性。该柔性电路板4具体布置于转动支撑机构31在门板32长度方向上的至少一侧。由于门板32和折叠手机的外壳之间具有一定的空间,柔性电路板4可以在折叠手机进行折叠或展开的过程中在上述空间内发生柔性变形。
具体地,图19为转轴组件3与柔性电路板4配合的结构示意图(一),图20为转轴组件3与柔性电路板4配合的结构示意图(二),图21为转轴组件3在折叠状态下柔性电路板4的状态图,图22为转轴组件3在展平状态下柔性电路板4的状态图,其中,如图21所示,在转轴组件3处于非展平的折叠状态下,柔性电路板4处于相对较舒展的状态。如图22所示,由于支撑结构314与摆臂之间具有相对运动,在转轴组件3由折叠状态切换至展平状态时,门板32与折叠手机壳体之间的空间发生一定程度的压缩,使柔性电路板4发生一定程度的柔性变形,柔性电路板4利用自身柔软可自由弯曲折叠的特性,能够在局部产生褶皱以减小体积,保证折叠与展平状态的自由切换。
但是,如图22所示,转轴组件3在展平状态下,柔性电路板4因自身变形所产生的褶皱,会导致柔性电路板4在垂直于门板32表面方向上的尺寸变大,导致柔性电路板4会对门板32产生挤压力,门板32受到该挤压力会发生局部拱起的现象,造成屏幕不平整,使屏幕出现折痕,影响光影效果。
为此,本实施例中,通过设置限位件313,在转轴组件3展平状态下,限位件313的第二限位部3132与摆臂311的第一限位部3112抵接,当柔性电路板4对门板32产生挤压力时,限位件313与摆臂311之间的约束作用可以防止门板32被柔性电路板4拱起,从而使门板32在受到柔性电路板4的挤压状态下仍然具有良好的平面度,保证屏幕具有良好的光影效果。
其中,如图11所示,第一限位部3112为摆臂311上背离门板32的一端的表面。摆臂311通过其一侧的表面与限位件313的第二限位部3132抵接,可以无需增加额外的零部件,减少对摆臂311和限位件313之间空间的占用,摆臂311的表面还可以提供较大的接触面积,保证摆臂311与限位件313抵接的可靠性。
同样地,如图9所示,第二限位部3132为限位件313上朝向门板32的一端的表面。限位件313通过其一侧的表面与摆臂311的第一限位部3112抵接,可以无需增加额外的零部件,减少对摆臂311和限位件313之间空间的占用,限位件313的表面还可以提供较大的接触面积,保证摆臂311与限位件313抵接的可靠性。
此外,如图19和图20所示,门板32一般为细长薄板状结构,在转轴组件3展平 状态下,由于转轴组件3中各零部件间存在配合公差的因素,导致门板32的中间部分区域易产生塌陷的现象,即门板32向背离屏幕的方向发生轻微的弯曲,这也会造成屏幕的平面度不良,影响光影效果。
为此,本实施例中,如图6至图8、图23所示,支撑结构314的一端设置有限位结构3141e,转动支撑机构31在展平状态下,限位结构3141e搭接于固定结构312朝向门板32的一端,转动支撑机构31在非展平状态下,限位结构3141e与固定结构312分离。
具体地,如图6至图8所示,限位结构3141e为薄板状结构,固定结构312朝向门板32的一端形成有限位面3124,在展平状态下,限位结构3141e搭接于固定结构312的限位面3124,限位面3124可以实现对限位结构3141e的支撑,防止支撑结构314向远离门板32的方向下沉,从而可以避免门板32塌陷的问题。由此,本实施例中,通过限位结构3141e与固定结构312的配合,可以避免支撑结构314和门板32下沉,通过限位件313和摆臂311的配合,可以避免门板被柔性电路板4拱起。由此,本实施例提供的转轴组件,可以有效避免门板的上浮或下沉,保证了在展平状态下门板具有良好的平面度,进而保证屏幕具有良好的光影效果,提升了用户体验。
此外,如图23所示,在非展平状态下,电子设备通常处于非使用状态,在此状态下用户没有对屏幕平面度的要求,限位结构3141e与固定结构312的限位面3124分离,无约束关系,从而可以保证转轴组件3的正常折叠动作。
可以理解的是,如图4和图5所示,门板32一般为细长薄板状结构,为了进一步提升对门板32的稳定支撑,该转动支撑机构31可以在门板32延伸方向上设置至少两个。当然,本申请中,仅在门板32的中间区域设置一个,即可实现对门板32的可靠支撑,保证门板32的平面度。
本实施例中,该门板32的材料可以为碳纤维材料,相对于现有技术中金属材料的门板32,碳纤维材料的门板32质量较轻,易于实现电子设备的轻量化。
其中,如图3和图5所示,该转轴组件3还包括转轴外壳33,固定结构312固定安装于该转轴外壳33,该转轴外壳33可以将固定结构312罩设于其中,避免外界环境对固定结构312及摆臂311等零件造成损伤或污染。此外,第一壳体1和第二壳体2对称分布于转轴外壳33的两侧。门板32也可以具有两个,且对称分布于转轴外壳33的两侧,每个门板32在门板32的长度方向上均通过至少一个转动支撑机构31实现转动支撑,用于支撑两个门板32的转动支撑机构31也对称分布于转轴外壳33的两侧,从而可以保证对两个门板32支撑效果的一致性。其中,对称分布的两个转动支撑机构31可以共同连接于一个固定结构312。
作为一种具体的实现方式,如图24所示,支撑结构314包括安装件3141和转接件3142,摆臂311远离固定结构312的一端与转接件3142转动相连,安装件3141与转接件3142按设定的轨迹滑动相连。
其中,转接件3142与电子设备的第一壳体1或第二壳体2固定相连,使转接件3142可以带动第一壳体1或第二壳体2同步运动。在摆臂311转动时,安装件3141与转接件3142之间也产生相对运动,以实现第一壳体1和第二壳体2的转动打开或闭合,避 免第一壳体1和第二壳体2与周围其他部件间发生干涉卡滞。
其中,限位结构3141e可以与安装件3141一体成型,即限位结构3141e可以形成于安装件3141靠近固定结构312的一端。
具体地,该转接件3142可以与电子设备的第一壳体1或第二壳体2通过螺钉固定连接,当然也可以通过铆接、焊接等方式连接,对此本实施例不做限定。
此外,为了保证门板32与安装件3141连接的稳定性,门板32可以铆接于安装件3141。
作为一种具体的实现方式,如图7-9、图25-26所示,限位件313设置有定位槽3131,安装件3141设置有定位柱3141c,定位柱3141c固定安装于定位槽3131。安装件3141的定位柱3141c向背离门板32的一侧凸出,安装限位件313时,可以将限位件313的定位槽3131套设于相应的定位柱3141c,以实现限位件313安装的预定位,然后可以通过螺钉316将限位件313和安装件3141锁紧固定,从而既方便了操作,又保证了限位件313与安装件3141连接的可靠性。
需要说明的是,如图12所示,在安装件3141背离门板32的一侧具有一定的安装空间317,该安装空间317形成于转接件3142、安装件3141和固定结构312之间,限位件313可以设置于该安装空间317中,而不会占用额外的Z向空间,从而既保证了门板32的平面度,又可以实现电子设备的轻薄化。
具体地,如图9、图25和图26所示,定位槽3131中设置有安装孔3131a,定位柱3141c中设置有螺纹孔3141d,定位柱3141c与定位槽3131通过安装孔3131a、螺纹孔3141d和螺钉316的配合固定相连。当安装件3141的定位柱3141c插入至限位件313的定位槽3131中完成预安装后,可以使用螺钉316穿过定位槽3131的安装孔3131a拧紧在定位柱3141c的螺纹孔3141d中,实现限位件313与安装件3141的锁紧固定。从而一方面方便了限位件313与安装件3141的装配,另一方面也保证了限位件313与安装件3141连接固定的可靠性。
作为一种具体的实现方式,如图24所示,安装件3141设置有至少两个,至少两个安装件3141分别设置于摆臂311的两侧。至少两个安装件3141均连接于限位件313,且至少两个安装件3141背离限位件313的一面形成为安装平面3141a,且至少两个安装件3141的安装平面3141a均位于同一平面上。该至少两个安装件3141共同实现对门板32的支撑,提升了对门板32的支撑可靠性,且各个安装件3141上用于支撑门板32的安装平面3141a均位于同一平面,使各个安装件3141的安装平面3141a具有相同的平面度,从而保证了门板32的平面度,进而保证了屏幕具有良好的光影效果。
本实施例中,安装件3141的数量可以具体设置为两个,两个安装件3141可以对称设置于摆臂311的两侧,由此可以通过两个安装件3141对门板32提供均衡的支撑力。此外,限位件313的两端可以分别连接于两个安装件3141,通过限位件313的限制,可以保证两个安装件3141位置的一致性,使两个安装件3141的安装平面3141a位于同一平面上,从而可以保证门板32的平面度。
作为一种具体的实现方式,如图25至图27所示,转接件3142设置有弧形的轨迹槽3142a,安装件3141设置有弧形的导向翻边3141b,导向翻边3141b与轨迹槽3142a 滑动配合。
其中,轨迹槽3142a设置于转接件3142在垂直于其转动方向上的两侧,该轨迹槽3142a和导向翻边3141b均为弧形,导向翻边3141b可以在轨迹槽3142a中发生相对滑动,通过导向翻边3141b和轨迹槽3142a的配合,可以保证转接件3142相对于摇臂转动的稳定性。
需要说明的是,为了实现导向翻边3141b和轨迹槽3142a的相对滑动,导向翻边3141b与轨迹槽3142a之间存在轻微的间隙,在安装件3141没有附加约束的情况下,该间隙会导致安装件3141产生晃动,无法保证两个安装件3141的位置一致性,导致两个安装件3141的安装平面3141a不在同一平面上,进而导致门板32受该转动支撑机构31支撑位置处的平面度与其它位置处的平面度不一致,由此造成了屏幕在展开状态下出现凹凸不平的现象,影响光影效果。
为此,本实施例中,通过使限位件313同时连接于两个安装件3141,实现了对两个安装件3141的约束,可以保证两个安装件3141位置的一致性,且在屏幕展平状态下,限位件313能够与摇臂抵接实现限位,避免了安装件3141在屏幕展平状态下出现上下浮动现象,从而保证了门板32平面度,保证了屏幕在展开状态下的光影效果。
作为一种具体的实现方式,如图7所示,转动支撑机构31还包括销轴315,摆臂311上设置有第一转动孔3111,转接件3142上设置有用于与第一转动孔3111同轴配置的第二转动孔3142b,摆臂311和转接件3142通过第一转动孔3111、第二转动孔3142b和销轴315的配合转动相连。该销轴315可以保证第一转动孔3111、第二转动孔3142b同轴转动的效果,避免摇臂与转接件3142之间发生晃动。此外,采用销轴315连接的方式也方便了装配。其中,销轴315可以固定安装于转接件3142或者摆臂311。
作为一种具体的实现方式,如图10、图11和图29所示,摆臂311的一端设置有弧形的转动部3113,固定结构312形成有弧形的转动空间3123,转动部3113转动设置于转动空间3123。该弧形的转动部3113形成为朝向门板32的一侧凹陷,背离门板32的一侧拱起的结构,转动空间3123的形状与转动部3113的形状相匹配,转动空间3123的内壁可以为转动部3113提供运动导向,实现转动部3113的转动。其中,为了实现电子设备第一壳体1和第二壳体2的转动开合,转动部3113的转动中心可以在电子设备的外部空间的某一位置。
具体地,如图28和图29所示,固定结构312包括第一支撑件3121和第二支撑件3122,第一支撑件3121与第二支撑件3122固定相连,且第一支撑件3121和第二支撑件3122之间形成转动空间3123。
其中,第一支撑件3121和第二支撑件3122分别位于转动部3113的两侧,第一支撑件3121朝向转动部3113的一侧表面为第一弧形面3121a,第二支撑件3122朝向转动部3113一侧的表面为第二弧形面3122a,第一弧形面3121a与第二弧形面3122a之间形成上述转动空间3123,第一弧形面3121a和第二弧形面3122a可以为转动部3113的转动提供导向。此外,第一支撑件3121的边缘区域可以焊接于第二支撑件3122的边缘区域,而转动空间3123可以形成于第一支撑件3121和第二支撑件3122的中间区域。当然,第一支撑件3121和第二支撑件3122也可以采用铆接方式或其它方式固定,对 此本实施例不做限定。

Claims (21)
- 一种转轴组件,其特征在于,包括门板和转动支撑机构;所述转动支撑机构包括摆臂、固定结构、限位件和支撑结构;所述支撑结构上设置有安装平面,所述门板固定于所述安装平面;所述摆臂的两端分别与所述固定结构和所述支撑结构转动相连,所述摆臂上背离所述门板的一端形成有第一限位部;所述限位件连接于所述支撑结构,所述限位件上朝向所述门板的一端形成有第二限位部;其中,所述转动支撑机构在展平状态下,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述第一限位部为所述摆臂上背离所述门板的一端的表面。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述第二限位部为所述限位件上朝向所述门板的一端的表面。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述转动支撑机构在非展平状态下,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部分离。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支撑结构的一端设置有限位结构,所述转动支撑机构在展平状态下,所述限位结构搭接于所述固定结构朝向所述门板的一端,所述转动支撑机构在非展平状态下,所述限位结构与所述固定结构分离。
- 根据权利要求5所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述限位结构为薄板状结构,所述固定结构朝向所述门板的一端形成有限位面,所述转动支撑机构在展平状态下,所述限位结构与所述限位面抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括安装件和转接件,所述摆臂远离所述固定结构的一端与所述转接件转动相连,所述安装件与所述转接件按设定的轨迹滑动相连。
- 根据权利要求7所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述限位件设置有定位槽,所述安装件设置有定位柱,所述定位柱固定安装于所述定位槽。
- 根据权利要求8所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述定位槽中设置有安装孔,所述定位柱中设置有螺纹孔,所述定位柱与所述定位槽通过所述安装孔、所述螺纹孔和所述螺钉的配合固定相连。
- 根据权利要求8所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述安装件背离门板的一侧具有安装空间,所述安装空间形成于所述转接件、所述安装件和所述固定结构之间。
- 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述安装件设置有至少两个,所述至少两个安装件分别设置于所述摆臂的两侧;所述至少两个安装件均连接于所述限位件,且所述至少两个安装件背离所述限位件的一面形成为所述安装平面,且所述至少两个安装件的所述安装平面均位于同一平面上。
- 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述转接件设置有弧形的轨迹槽,所述安装件设置有弧形的导向翻边,所述导向翻边与所述轨迹槽滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求12所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述轨迹槽设置于所述转接件在垂直于其转动方向上的两侧,所述轨迹槽和所述导向翻边均为弧形。
- 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述转动支撑机构还包括销轴,所述摆臂上设置有第一转动孔,所述转接件上设置有用于与所述第一转动孔同轴配置的第二转动孔,所述摆臂和所述转接件通过所述第一转动孔、第二转动孔和所述销轴的配合转动相连。
- 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述摆臂的一端设置有弧形的转动部,所述固定结构形成有弧形的转动空间,所述转动部转动设置于所述转动空间。
- 根据权利要求15所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述固定结构包括第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件固定相连,且所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件之间形成所述转动空间。
- 根据权利要求16所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件分别位于所述转动部的两侧,所述第一支撑件朝向所述转动部的一侧表面为第一弧形面,第二支撑件朝向转动部一侧的表面为第二弧形面,所述第一弧形面与所述第二弧形面之间形成所述转动空间。
- 根据权利要求1-17任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,还包括转轴外壳,所述固定结构固定安装于所述转轴外壳。
- 根据权利要求1-17任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述门板为碳纤维材料。
- 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述门板铆接于所述安装件。
- 一种电子设备,包括第一壳体、第二壳体和屏幕,所述屏幕覆盖于所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括权利要求1-20任一项所述的转轴组件,所述屏幕固定支撑于所述门板,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体通过所述转轴组件实现打开或闭合。
