其中,所述支撑机构220包括第一支撑件221、第二支撑件222、第三支撑件223和第四支撑件224,当所述支撑机构220处于平坦状态时,所述柔性部130处于平坦状态,所述第一支撑件221、所述第二支撑件222、所述第三支撑件223和所述第四支撑件224共同支撑所述第一部110、所述第二部120和所述柔性部130。

在本实施例中,所述第三连接件233包括第三主体部2331及自所述第三主体部2331的一端延伸出的第五延伸部2332,所述第四连接件234包括第四主体部2341及自所述第四主体部2341的一端延伸出的第六延伸部2342;其中,所述第三主体部2331可滑动地连接于所述第一安装部2212的所述第三滑槽22121内,所述第五延伸部2332设有供所述第三轴235穿过的第一孔23321,所述第四主体部2341可滑动地安装于所述第二安装部2232的所述第四滑槽22321内,所述第六延伸部2342设有供所述第四轴236穿过的第二孔23421。
在本实施例中,所述第三轴235可转动地连接于所述固定支架210,所述第三连接件233的所述第五延伸部2332连接于所述第三轴235,所述第四轴236可转动地连接于所述固定支架210,所述第四连接件234的所述第六延伸部2342连接于所述第四轴236。具体地,所述第一轴的轴线与所述第三轴235的轴线共线,所述第二轴的轴线与所述第四轴236的轴线共线。
可以理解的是,在一实施例中,还包括所述第三轴235固定连接于所述固定支架210,所述第三连接件233的所述第五延伸部2332可转动地连接于所述第三轴235,所述第四轴236固定连接于所述固定支架210,所述第四连接件234的所述第六延伸部2342可转动地连接于所述第四轴236。

请结合图6~图9,在本实施例中,所述固定支架210包括主体支架211、第一支架212以及第二支架213,其中,所述第三轴235和所述第四轴236可转动地连接于所述主体支架211,所述第一支架212和所述第二支架213套设于所述第三轴235和所述第四轴236,所述第一支架212设有第一凹陷2121和第二凹陷2122,所述第一延伸部2312可转动地收容于所述第一凹陷2121内,所述第二延伸部2313可转动地收容于所述第二凹陷2122内。
需要说明的是,所述主体支架211、所述第一支架212和所述第二支架213的材料均包括但不限于钢材,本实施例对此不做具体限制。
在本实施例中,所述主体支架211包括弧形滑槽(图中未标记),所述第一连接件231的所述第一延伸部2312包括第三滑块23121,所述第二连接件232的所述第三延伸部2322包括第四滑块23221,其中,所述第三滑块23121和所述第四滑块23221在所述弧形滑槽内转动。

可以理解的是,如图1所示,在本实施例中,当所述显示面板处于展开状态时,所述第二支撑件222、所述第一连接件231、所述第一支撑件221、所述第三支撑件223、所述第二连接件232以及所述第四支撑件224之间形成约180度角的状态,使得柔性显示面板主体100的第一部110和第二部120的至少一部分可以与柔性部130处于同一平面,此时柔性部130处于平坦状态;在实际应用中,可以将柔性显示面板处于展平状态的模式作为显示面板的平板模式,以此使显示面板获得最大的显示面积。
当所述显示面板10由图1所示状态切换图2所示状态,其中,所述过渡折叠状态可以指柔性显示面板主体100处于完全折叠状态与展开状态之间的状态,本实施例以所述过渡折叠状态为所述柔性显示面板主体100处于90°弯折状态为例进行举例说明。
此时,所述第一连接件231沿第一轴转动于所述固定支架210的一侧,由于所述第一连接件231的所述第二延伸部2313可转动地安装于所述第一支撑件221的所述第一安装部2212的所述第一凹槽22122内,因此所述第一支撑件221与所述第一连接件231一起转动,由于所述第二支撑件222的所述第一滑块2221滑动连接于所述第一连接件231的所述第一滑槽23111内,因此所述第二支撑件222通过所述第一滑块2221与所述第一连接件231一起转动,其中,所述第一支撑件221的所述第一支撑部2211和所述第二支撑件222通过所述第一转动轴转动连接。

当所述显示面板10由图2所示状态切换图3所示状态,即当所述显示面板10处于完全折叠状态时,所述第一连接件231、第一支撑件221、所述第二支撑件222、所述第二连接件232、所述第三支撑件223和所述第四支撑件224倾斜形成一楔形,其中,所述第二支撑件222和所述第四支撑件224相对设置并分别支撑所述柔性部130的相对两端,所述第一支撑件221和所述第三支撑件223相对设置并分别支撑所述第一部110和所述第二部120,所述第一连接件231与所述第二支撑件222平行且共面,所述第二连接件232与所述第四支撑件224平行且共面,所述柔性部130的相对两端具有第一夹角,所述第一部110和所述第二部120具有第二夹角,所述第一夹角大于所述第二夹角,从而增大了容纳所述柔性显示面板主体100的空间,使得所述柔性显示面板主体100处于完全折叠状态时,可以采用更大的弧度进行折弯(如水滴状),改善了所述柔性显示面板主体100的折叠情况,避免出现折叠过小对所述柔性显示面板主体100造成损害的危险。

在本实施例中,所述铰链200还包括定位机构240,所述定位机构240包括定位件241,其中,所述定位件241套设于所述第三轴235和所述第四轴236,所述定位件241包括朝向所述第三连接件233的所述第五延伸部2332的第一凸起2411和朝向所述第四连接件234的所述第六延伸部2342的第二凸起2412,所述第三连接件233的所述第五延伸部2332设有第三凹槽23322,所述第四连接件234的所述第六延伸部2342设有第四凹槽23422,当所述支撑机构220处于所述平坦状态或所述完全折叠状态时,所述第一凸起2411收容于所述第三凹槽23322,所述第二凸起2412收容于所述第四凹槽23422。
所述定位机构240还包括第一弹性件242和第二弹性件243,其中,所述第一弹性件242套设于所述第三轴235,所述第一弹性件242的一端连接于所述定位件241,所述第一弹性件242的另一端连接于所述第二支架213,所述第二弹性件243套设于所述第四轴236,所述第二弹性件243的一端连接于所述定位件241,所述第二弹性件243的另一端连接于所述第二支架213,当所述支撑机构220处于所述完全折叠状态或所述平坦状态时,所述第一弹性件242和所述第二弹性件243均处于弹性变形状态。
在本实施例中,当所述第三连接件233转动时,所述第三凹槽23322随之转动,所述第一凸起2411收容于所述第三凹槽23322内,当所述第四连接件234转动时,所述第四凹槽23422随时转动,所述第二凸起2412收容于所述第四凹槽23422内,所述第三连接件233、所述第四连接件234以及所述定位件241之间切换至预设配合状态。

需要说明的是,在本实施例中,当所述第三连接件233和所述第四连接件234转动时,所述第一凸起2411和所述第三凹槽23322进行咬合,所述第二凸起2412和所述第四凹槽23422进行咬合,进而推动所述定位件241向着远离所述转动机构230的方向移动,使得所述第一弹性件242和所述第二弹性件243均被压缩,而处于压缩状态的所述第一弹性件242和所述第二弹性件243恢复形变时可以提供作用力使得所述定位件241向着靠近所述转动机构230的方向运动,加快所述第一凸起2411和所述第三凹槽23322进行咬合,所述第二凸起2412和所述第四凹槽23422进行咬合,即,本实施例可以通过设置所述第一弹性件242和所述第二弹性件243的参数控制所需作用力,使所述铰链200实现不同角度下的驻停功能。
可以理解的是,所述定位件241可以包括一个所述第一凸起2411和一个所述第二凸起2412,所述第三连接件233包括多个所述第三凹槽23322,所述第四连接件234可以包括多个所述第四凹槽23422仅用作举例说明,本实施例对此不做限制。
需要说明的是,所述定位件241的材料包括但不限于钢材,所述第一弹性件242和所述第二弹性件243包括但不限于弹簧,本实施例对此均不做具体限制。
请参阅图11,本申请实施例所提供的一种显示面板的铰链的同步机构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述显示面板10还包括同步机构250,所述同步机构250包括第一同步件251、第二同步件252和第三同步件253,所述第一同步件251连接于所述第三轴235,所述第二同步件252连接于所述第四轴236,所述第一同步件251通过所述第三同步件253同步连接于所述第二同步件252以使所述第三轴235和所述第四轴236同步转动。
在本实施例中,所述同步机构250、所述转动机构230以及所述定位机构240相配合,通过所述同步机构250和所述转动机构230可以驱动所述第一支撑件221和所述第二支撑件222与所述第三支撑件223和所述第四支撑件224分别沿着所述固定支架210进行同步转动,提高了所述支撑结构运动的一致性和运动的稳定性。
进一步的,通过所述同步机构250和所述转动机构230可以驱动所述第三滑块23121和所述第四滑块23221分别相对于所述主体支架211内的所述第一圆弧滑槽2111和所述第二圆弧滑槽2112进行转动,从而实现所述铰链200的状态变化。
具体地,所述第一同步件包括第一齿轮,所述第二同步件包括第二齿轮,所述第三同步件包括相互啮合的两第三齿轮,其中,两所述第三齿轮可转动地连接于所述主体支架211和所述第一支架212,所述第一齿轮套设于所述第二轴,所述第二齿轮套设于所述第四轴236,所述第一齿轮啮合与两所述第三齿轮中的一个,所述第二齿轮啮合于两所述第三齿轮中的另一个。
需要说明的是,所述第一同步件包括第一齿轮,所述第二同步件包括第二齿轮,所述第三同步件包括相互啮合的两第三齿轮仅用作举例说明,本实施例对所述同步机构250的种类不做具体限制。
本实施例还提供了一种电子装置,所述电子装置包括上述实施例中任一显示面板10。

本申请公开了一种铰链、显示面板及电子装置,柔性显示面板主体100包括柔性部和连接于柔性部的相对两侧的第一部和第二部;铰链包括固定支架、支撑机构及转动机构,支撑机构包括第一支撑件、第二支撑件、第三支撑件和第四支撑件,转动机构包括第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件和第四连接件;其中,当支撑机构处于完全折叠状态时,第二支撑件和第四支撑件相对设置并分别支撑柔性部的相对两端,第一支撑件和第三支撑件相对设置并分别支撑第一部和第二部,第一连接件和第二连接件相对设置并分别与第二支撑件和第四支撑件平行且共面,柔性部的相对两端具有第一夹角,第一部和第二部具有第二夹角,第一夹角大于第二夹角。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本申请的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本申请所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示面板,其中,包括:
    柔性显示面板主体,包括柔性部和连接于所述柔性部的相对两侧的第一部和第二部;以及
    铰链,包括固定支架、支撑机构及转动机构,所述支撑机构包括第一支撑件、第二支撑件、第三支撑件和第四支撑件,所述转动机构包括第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件和第四连接件,所述第一连接件沿第一轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架的一侧,所述第二连接件沿第二轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架远离所述第一连接件的一侧,所述第一支撑件可转动地连接于所述第一连接件,所述第二支撑件设置于所述第一连接件与所述第一支撑件之间,所述第二支撑件的一端可转动地连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第二支撑件另一端与所述第一连接件滑动连接,所述第三连接件的一端沿第三轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第三连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第三支撑件可转动地连接于所述第二连接件,所述第四支撑件设置于所述第二连接件与所述第三支撑件之间,所述第四支撑件的一端可转动地连接于所述第三支撑件,所述第四支撑件另一端与所述第二连接件滑动连接,所述第四连接件的一端沿第四轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第四连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第三支撑件;
    其中,当所述支撑机构处于完全折叠状态时,所述柔性部处于弯曲状态,所述第二支撑件和所述第四支撑件相对设置并分别支撑所述柔性部的相对两端,所述第一支撑件和所述第三支撑件相对设置并分别支撑所述第一部和所述第二部,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件相对设置并分别与所述第二支撑件和所述第四支撑件平行且共面,所述柔性部的相对两端具有第一夹角,所述第一部和所述第二部之间具有第二夹角,所述第一夹角大于所述第二夹角。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,当所述支撑机构处于平坦状态时,所述柔性部处于平坦状态,所述第一支撑件、所述第二支撑件、所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件共同支撑所述第一部、所述第二部和所述柔性部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,当所述支撑机构处于所述完全折叠状态时,在沿所述第一支撑件和所述第三支撑件指向所述固定支架的方向上,所述柔性部的相对两端之间的距离逐渐增大,所述第二夹角小于所述第一夹角。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一连接件包括第一主体部、自所述第一主体部的一端延伸出的第一延伸部以及自所述第一主体部的另一端延伸出的第二延伸部,所述第一主体部与所述第二支撑件滑动连接,所述第一延伸部绕第一轴可转动连接于所述固定支架,所述第二延伸部转动连接于所述第一支撑件,其中,所述第一主体部包括第一滑槽,所述第二支撑件包括滑动连接于所述第一滑槽内的第一滑块;
    所述第二连接件包括第二主体部、自所述第二主体部的一端延伸出的第三延伸部以及自所述第二主体部的另一端延伸出的第四延伸部,所述第二主体部与所述第四支撑件滑动连接,所述第三延伸部绕第二轴可转动连接于所述固定支架,所述第四延伸部转动连接于所述第三支撑件,其中,所述第二主体部包括第二滑槽,所述第四支撑件包括滑动连接于所述第二滑槽内的第二滑块。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一支撑件包括第一支撑部和与所述第一支撑部固定连接的第一安装部,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑件转动连接,所述第一安装部与所述第一连接件转动连接,所述第一安装部与所述第三连接件滑动连接;
    所述第三支撑件包括第二支撑部和与所述第二支撑部固定连接的第二安装部,所述第二支撑部与所述第四支撑件转动连接,所述第二安装部与所述第二连接件转动连接,所述第二安装部与所述第四连接件滑动连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一安装部设有第三滑槽和第一凹槽,所述第二安装部设有第四滑槽和第二凹槽;
    其中,所述第一连接件的所述第二延伸部可转动地安装于所述第一凹槽内,
    所述第三连接件的所述另一端可滑动地安装于所述第一安装部的所述第三滑槽内,所述第二连接件的所述第四延伸部可转动地安装于所述第二凹槽内,所述第四连接件的所述另一端可滑动地安装于所述第二安装部的所述第四滑槽内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述第三连接件包括第三主体部及自所述第三主体部的一端延伸出的第五延伸部,所述第四连接件包括第四主体部及自所述第四主体部的一端延伸出的第六延伸部;其中,所述第三主体部可滑动地连接于所述第一安装部的所述第三滑槽内,所述第五延伸部设有供所述第三轴穿过的第一孔,所述第四主体部可滑动地安装于所述第二安装部的所述第四滑槽内,所述第六延伸部设有供所述第四轴穿过的第二孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述第三轴固定连接于所述固定支架,所述第三连接件的所述第五延伸部可转动地连接于所述第三轴,所述第四轴固定连接于所述固定支架,所述第四连接件的所述第六延伸部可转动地连接于所述第四轴。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中,所述第三轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第三连接件的所述第五延伸部连接于所述第三轴,所述第四轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第四连接件的所述第六延伸部连接于所述第四轴。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的显示面板,其中,所述固定支架包括主体支架、第一支架以及第二支架,其中,所述第三轴和所述第四轴可转动地连接于所述主体支架,所述第一支架和所述第二支架套设于所述第三轴和所述第四轴,其中,所述第一支架位于所述第二支架和所述主体支架之间,所述第一支架设有第一凹陷和第二凹陷,所述第五延伸部可转动地收容于所述第一凹陷内,所述第六延伸部可转动地收容于所述第二凹陷内。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的显示面板,其中,所述铰链还包括定位机构,所述定位机构包括定位件,其中,所述定位件套设于所述第三轴和所述第四轴,所述定位件包括朝向所述第三连接件的所述第五延伸部的第一凸起和朝向所述第四连接件的所述第六延伸部的第二凸起,所述第三连接件的所述第五延伸部设有第三凹槽,所述第四连接件的所述第六延伸部设有第四凹槽,当所述支撑机构处于所述平坦状态或所述完全折叠状态时,所述第一凸起收容于所述第三凹槽,所述第二凸起收容于所述第四凹槽。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的显示面板,其中,所述定位机构还包括第一弹性件和第二弹性件,其中,所述第一弹性件套设于所述第三轴,所述第一弹性件的一端连接于所述定位件,所述第一弹性件的另一端连接于所述第二支架,所述第二弹性件套设于所述第四轴,所述第二弹性件的一端连接于所述定位件,所述第二弹性件的另一端连接于所述第二支架,当所述支撑机构处于所述完全折叠状态或所述平坦状态时,所述第一弹性件和所述第二弹性件均处于弹性变形状态。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板还包括同步机构,所述同步机构包括第一同步件、第二同步件和第三同步件,所述第一同步件连接于所述第三轴,所述第二同步件连接于所述第四轴,所述第一同步件通过所述第三同步件同步连接于所述第二同步件以使所述第三轴和所述第四轴同步转动。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一同步件包括第一齿轮,所述第二同步件包括第二齿轮,所述第三同步件包括相互啮合的两第三齿轮,其中,两所述第三齿轮可转动地连接于所述主体支架和所述第一支架,所述第一齿轮套设于所述第三轴,所述第二齿轮套设于所述第四轴,所述第一齿轮啮合于两所述第三齿轮中的一个,所述第二齿轮啮合于两所述第三齿轮中的另一个。
  15. 一种电子装置,其中,包括显示面板,所述显示面板包括:
    柔性显示面板主体,包括柔性部和连接于所述柔性部的相对两侧的第一部和第二部;以及
    铰链,包括固定支架、支撑机构及转动机构,所述支撑机构包括第一支撑件、第二支撑件、第三支撑件和第四支撑件,所述转动机构包括第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件和第四连接件,所述第一连接件沿第一轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架的一侧,所述第二连接件沿第二轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架远离所述第一连接件的一侧,所述第一支撑件可转动地连接于所述第一连接件,所述第二支撑件设置于所述第一连接件与所述第一支撑件之间,所述第二支撑件的一端可转动地连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第二支撑件另一端与所述第一连接件滑动连接,所述第三连接件的一端沿第三轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第三连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第三支撑件可转动地连接于所述第二连接件,所述第四支撑件设置于所述第二连接件与所述第三支撑件之间,所述第四支撑件的一端可转动地连接于所述第三支撑件,所述第四支撑件另一端与所述第二连接件滑动连接,所述第四连接件的一端沿第四轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第四连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第三支撑件;
    其中,当所述支撑机构处于完全折叠状态时,所述柔性部处于弯曲状态,所述第二支撑件和所述第四支撑件相对设置并分别支撑所述柔性部的相对两端,所述第一支撑件和所述第三支撑件相对设置并分别支撑所述第一部和所述第二部,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件相对设置并分别与所述第二支撑件和所述第四支撑件平行且共面,所述柔性部的相对两端具有第一夹角,所述第一部和所述第二部之间具有第二夹角,所述第一夹角大于所述第二夹角。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的电子装置,其中,当所述支撑机构处于平坦状态时,所述柔性部处于平坦状态,所述第一支撑件、所述第二支撑件、所述第三支撑件和所述第四支撑件共同支撑所述第一部、所述第二部和所述柔性部。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的电子装置,其中,当所述支撑机构处于所述完全折叠状态时,在沿所述第一支撑件和所述第三支撑件指向所述固定支架的方向上,所述柔性部的相对两端之间的距离逐渐增大,所述第二夹角小于所述第一夹角。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子装置,其中,所述第一连接件包括第一主体部、自所述第一主体部的一端延伸出的第一延伸部以及自所述第一主体部的另一端延伸出的第二延伸部,所述第一主体部与所述第二支撑件滑动连接,所述第一延伸部绕第一轴可转动连接于所述固定支架,所述第二延伸部转动连接于所述第一支撑件,其中,所述第一主体部包括第一滑槽,所述第二支撑件包括滑动连接于所述第一滑槽内的第一滑块;
    所述第二连接件包括第二主体部、自所述第二主体部的一端延伸出的第三延伸部以及自所述第二主体部的另一端延伸出的第四延伸部,所述第二主体部与所述第四支撑件滑动连接,所述第三延伸部绕第二轴可转动连接于所述固定支架,所述第四延伸部转动连接于所述第三支撑件,其中,所述第二主体部包括第二滑槽,所述第四支撑件包括滑动连接于所述第二滑槽内的第二滑块。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电子装置,其中,所述第一支撑件包括第一支撑部和与所述第一支撑部固定连接的第一安装部,所述第一支撑部与所述第二支撑件转动连接,所述第一安装部与所述第一连接件转动连接,所述第一安装部与所述第三连接件滑动连接;
    所述第三支撑件包括第二支撑部和与所述第二支撑部固定连接的第二安装部,所述第二支撑部与所述第四支撑件转动连接,所述第二安装部与所述第二连接件转动连接,所述第二安装部与所述第四连接件滑动连接。
  20. 一种铰链,其中,包括:
    固定支架、支撑机构及转动机构,所述支撑机构包括第一支撑件、第二支撑件、第三支撑件和第四支撑件,所述转动机构包括第一连接件、第二连接件、第三连接件和第四连接件,所述第一连接件沿第一轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架的一侧,所述第二连接件沿第二轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架远离所述第一连接件的一侧,所述第一支撑件可转动地连接于所述第一连接件,所述第二支撑件设置于所述第一连接件与所述第一支撑件之间,所述第二支撑件的一端可转动地连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第二支撑件另一端与所述第一连接件滑动连接,所述第三连接件的一端沿第三轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第三连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第一支撑件,所述第三支撑件可转动地连接于所述第二连接件,所述第四支撑件设置于所述第二连接件与所述第三支撑件之间,所述第四支撑件的一端可转动地连接于所述第三支撑件,所述第四支撑件另一端与所述第二连接件滑动连接,所述第四连接件的一端沿第四轴可转动地连接于所述固定支架,所述第四连接件的另一端可滑动地连接于所述第三支撑件;
