本发明还公开了一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:夹持器使用时,使无销锯条置于放置槽内,通过夹持器主体两侧的第一螺栓,对无销锯条的两端进行夹持固定,再通过第二螺栓对夹持板和夹持器主体进行固定,使砂带被夹持板和夹持器主体夹持,砂带的磨砂面与无销锯条的锯齿面背面放置,使夹持器主体在夹持无销锯条的基础上增加夹持砂带的功能,使得曲线锯既可以使用锯条来切割,还可以更为简单的使用砂带来打磨切割后的工件,无需更换加工工具,进而缩短工件加工时间;
S2:在使用无销锯条对工件进行加工时,使齿条底部的底板与工件外壁相抵,无销锯条在工件外侧上下往复移动拉锯锯割的过程中,夹持器主体带动其外侧连接的工作壳体上下移动,使工作壳体内的动齿轮随着移动,在移动的过程中使动齿轮与齿条啮合,动齿轮通过转轴转动在工作壳体内,转动杆在同步轮和皮带的作用下随转轴转动,转动杆外侧的主动锥齿轮与转动轴外侧的从动锥齿轮相互啮合,使转动轴带动抽风组件在收集壳体内转动,使锯末收集在收集壳体内部,避免锯末四散,便于清理,便于提供一个良好的加工环境,降低了工作人员的劳动强度;
S3:抽风组件对锯末进行抽取时,锯末随着导流板落在弧形滤网上,又顺着弧形滤网的弧面由中部向两侧移动,当动齿轮与齿条反转啮合时,附着在弧形滤网两侧边的锯末不再受到吸力落在收集壳体的两侧容腔内,且挡板避免锯末再次飞出;
S4:弹性伸缩杆随着工作壳体的上下移动而间歇性收缩,在收缩的过程中,内管向下滑动在外管中,活塞挤压内管中的空气,使内管中的空气通过分气管、主气管进入气筒中,使空气从出气孔排出,对附着在弧形滤网上的锯末进行吹动,作进一步处理,使锯末进一步向弧形滤网两侧移动从而进入收集壳体的两侧容腔内。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器及其使用方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该曲线锯多用途夹持器及其使用方法,通过使夹持器在夹持无销锯条的基础上增加夹持砂带的功能,使得曲线锯既可以使用锯条来切割,还可以更为简单的使用砂带来打磨切割后的工件,缩短工件加工时间,且在对工件打磨切割的过程中,通过收集壳体对锯末粉尘进行抽取,避免锯末四散,便于清理,便于提供一个良好的加工环境,降低了工作人员的劳动强度。
2、该曲线锯多用途夹持器及其使用方法,通过工作壳体随无销锯条上下移动,使工作壳体内的动齿轮随着移动,在移动的过程中使动齿轮与齿条啮合,动齿轮通过转轴转动在工作壳体内,转 动杆在同步轮和皮带的作用下随转轴转动,转动杆外侧的主动锥齿轮与转动轴外侧的从动锥齿轮相互啮合,使转动轴带动抽风组件在收集壳体内转动,使锯末收集在收集壳体内部,避免锯末四散,便于清理,便于提供一个良好的加工环境,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,且抽风组件仅依靠无销锯条上下锯割的过程中提供动力,简单方便,无需额外设置动力源如电机,降低了加工成本,实用性提高。
3、该曲线锯多用途夹持器及其使用方法,通过弹性伸缩杆随着工作壳体的上下移动而间歇性收缩,在收缩的过程中,内管向下滑动在外管中,活塞挤压内管中的空气,使内管中的空气通过分气管、主气管进入气筒中,使空气从出气孔排出,对附着在弧形滤网上的锯末进行吹动,作进一步处理,使锯末进一步向弧形滤网两侧移动从而进入收集壳体的两侧容腔内。
4、该曲线锯多用途夹持器及其使用方法,通过将抽风组件设置为非完全反对称形状的扇叶,使动齿轮正转的时候扇叶只有下方吸风,上方的吹风量非常小,这样的叶片反向转动后则使扇叶下方不吹风,避免动齿轮往复转动时,扇叶反转后,将锯末吹出收集壳体,保证锯末的收集效果。
5、该曲线锯多用途夹持器及其使用方法,通过将收集壳体的底部设置为上窄下宽的敞口,扩大收集壳体的收集范围,提高对锯末的收集能力。

实施例1:
参照图1-8,一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,包括无销锯条1,无销锯条1两端均连接有夹持器主体2,夹持器主体2外壁开凿有与无销锯条1相配合的放置槽201,夹持器主体2外壁两侧均活动连接有第一螺栓202,无销锯条1置于两个第一螺栓202之间,夹持器主体2顶部可拆卸连接有夹持板3,夹持板3与夹持器主体2之间连接有砂带4,夹持板3与夹持器主体2之间活动连接有第二螺栓301,夹持器主体2外壁连接有工作壳体5,工作壳体5内设置有驱动机构,工作壳体5外壁设置有传动机构,工作壳体5的底部连接有收集壳体6,收集壳体6内设置有抽风组件8,驱动机构通过传动机构驱动抽风组件8工作。
驱动机构包括齿条501和动齿轮502,齿条501与动齿轮502相互啮合,齿条501滑动连接在工作壳体5内,动齿轮502通过转轴转动连接在工作壳体5内,齿条501的底壁连接有底板5011,底板5011顶壁与工作壳体5的底壁之间连接有弹性伸缩杆9,工作壳体5内壁转动连接有转动杆503,转动杆503与转轴外壁连接有相配合的同步轮5031,两个同步轮5031之间连接有皮带。
传动机构包括耳板7,耳板7连接在工作壳体5的外壁,耳板7内转动连接有转动轴701,转动轴701的顶部连接有从动锥齿轮7011,转动杆503外壁连接有与从动锥齿轮7011相啮合的主动锥齿轮5032。
转动轴701远离从动锥齿轮7011的一端穿过收集壳体6并与抽风组件8相连,抽风组件8设置为非完全反对称形状的扇叶。
夹持器使用时,使无销锯条1置于放置槽201内,通过夹持器主体2两侧的第一螺栓202,对无销锯条1的两端进行夹持固定,再通过第二螺栓301对夹持板3和夹持器主体2进行固定,使砂带4被夹持板3和夹持器主体2夹持,砂带4的磨砂面与无销锯条1的锯齿面背面放置,使夹持器主体2在夹持无销锯条1的基础上增加夹持砂带4的功能,使得曲线锯既可以使用锯条来切割,还可以更为简单的使用砂带4来打磨切割后的工件,无需更换加工工具,进而缩短工件加工时间,在使用无销锯条1对工件进行加工时,使齿条501底部的底板5011与工件外壁相抵,无销锯条1在工件外侧上下往复移动拉锯锯割的过程中,夹持器主体2带动其外侧连接的工作壳体5上下移动,使工作壳体5内的动齿轮502随着移动,在移动的过程中使动齿轮502与齿条501啮合,动齿轮502通过转轴转动在工作壳体5内,转动杆503在同步轮5031和皮带的作用下随转轴转动,转动杆503外侧的主动锥齿轮5032与转动轴701外侧的从动锥齿轮7011相互啮合,使转动轴701带动抽风组件8在收集壳体6内转动,使锯末收集在收集壳体6内部,避免锯末四散,便于清理,便于提供一个良好的加工环境,降低了工作人员的劳动强度。
实施例2:
参照图8,一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,收集壳体6内壁连接有弧形滤网601,弧形滤网601置于抽风组件8的下方,收集壳体6的内壁还设 置有导流板602,导流板602的端部设置有挡板6021。
抽风组件8对锯末进行抽取时,锯末随着导流板602落在弧形滤网601上,又顺着弧形滤网601的弧面由中部向两侧移动,当动齿轮502与齿条501翻转啮合时,附着在弧形滤网601两侧边的锯末落在收集壳体6的两侧容腔内,且挡板6021避免锯末再次飞出。
实施例3:
参照图5、图7、图8和图9,一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,与实施例2基本相同,更进一步的是,弹性伸缩杆9包括外管901、内管902和弹性元件903,外管901与底板5011相连,内管902连接在工作壳体5的底壁,内管902滑动连接在外管901内,外管901内壁连接有固定杆9011,固定杆9011远离外管901内壁的一端连接有活塞9012,活塞9012的外径与内管902的内径相同。
内管902外壁连接有分气管11,分气管11远离内管902的一端连接有主气管111,主气管111穿过收集壳体6并连接有气筒12,气筒12连接在弧形滤网601的外壁,且气筒12外壁开设有均匀分布的出气孔121。
弹性伸缩杆9随着工作壳体5的上下移动而间歇性收缩,在收缩的过程中,内管902向下滑动在外管901中,活塞9012挤压内管902中的空气,两侧内管902中的空气通过分气管11合并进入主气管111,并通过主气管111进入气筒12中,使空气从出气孔121排出,对附着在弧形滤网601上的锯末进行吹动,作进一步处理,使锯末进一步向弧形滤网601两侧移动从而进入收集壳体6的两侧容腔内。
实施例4:
参照图1和图10,一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,收集壳体6的底部设置为上窄下宽的敞口;便于扩大收集壳体6的收集范围,提高对锯末的收集能力。
底板5011外壁设置有均匀分布的滚珠10;使底板5011可以无销锯条1对工件移动锯割的过程中移动,避免锯割停顿,影响锯割效果。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,包括无销锯条(1),所述无销锯条(1)两端均连接有夹持器主体(2),其特征在于,所述夹持器主体(2)外壁开凿有与无销锯条(1)相配合的放置槽(201),所述夹持器主体(2)外壁两侧均活动连接有第一螺栓(202),所述无销锯条(1)置于两个第一螺栓(202)之间,所述夹持器主体(2)顶部可拆卸连接有夹持板(3),所述夹持板(3)与夹持器主体(2)之间连接有砂带(4),所述夹持板(3)与夹持器主体(2)之间活动连接有第二螺栓(301),所述夹持器主体(2)外壁连接有工作壳体(5),所述工作壳体(5)内设置有驱动机构,所述工作壳体(5)外壁设置有传动机构,所述工作壳体(5)的底部连接有收集壳体(6),所述收集壳体(6)内设置有抽风组件(8),所述驱动机构通过传动机构驱动抽风组件(8)工作;所述驱动机构包括齿条(501)和动齿轮(502),所述齿条(501)与动齿轮(502)相互啮合,所述齿条(501)滑动连接在工作壳体(5)内,所述动齿轮(502)通过转轴转动连接在工作壳体(5)内,所述齿条(501)的底壁连接有底板(5011),所述底板(5011)顶壁与工作壳体(5)的底壁之间连接有弹性伸缩杆(9),所述工作壳体(5)内壁转动连接有转动杆(503),所述转动杆(503)与转轴外壁连接有相配合的同步轮(5031),两个所述同步轮(5031)之间连接有皮带。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括耳板(7),所述耳板(7)连接在工作壳体(5)的外壁,所述耳板(7)内转动连接有转动轴(701),所述转动轴(701)的顶部连接有从动锥齿轮(7011),所述转动杆(503)外壁连接有与从动锥齿轮(7011)相啮合的主动锥齿轮(5032)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,其特征在于,所述转动轴(701)远离从动锥齿轮(7011)的一端穿过收集壳体(6)并与抽风组件(8)相连,所述抽风组件(8)设置为非完全反对称形状的扇叶。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,其特征在于,所述收集壳体(6)内壁连接有弧形滤网(601),所述弧形滤网(601)置于抽风组件(8)的下方,所述收集壳体(6)的内壁还设置有导流板(602),所述导流板(602)的端部设置有挡板(6021)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,其特征在于,所述收集壳体(6)的底部设置为上窄下宽的敞口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,其特征在于,所述弹性伸缩杆(9)包括外管(901)、内管(902)和弹性元件(903),所述外管(901)与底板(5011)相连,所述内管(902)连接在工作壳体(5)的底壁,所述内管(902)滑动连接在外管(901)内,所述外管(901)内壁连接有固定杆(9011),所述固定杆(9011)远离外管(901)内壁的一端连接有活塞(9012),所述活塞(9012)的外径与内管(902)的内径相同。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,其特征在于,所述内管(902)外壁连接有分气管(11),所述分气管(11)远离内管(902)的一端连接有主气管(111),所述主气管(111)穿过收集壳体(6)并连接有气筒(12),所述气筒(12)连接在弧形滤网(601)的外壁,且所述气筒(12)外壁开设有均匀分布的出气孔(121)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器,其特征在于,所述底板(5011)外壁设置有均匀分布的滚珠(10)。
  9. 一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种配套台式曲线锯使用的砂带夹持器的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:夹持器使用时,使无销锯条(1)置于放置槽(201)内,通过夹持器主体(2)两侧的第一螺栓(202),对无销锯条(1)的两端进行夹持固定,再通过第二螺栓(301)对夹持板(3)和夹持器主体(2)进行固定,使砂带(4)被夹持板(3)和夹持器主体(2)夹持,砂带(4)的磨砂面与无销锯条(1)的锯齿面背面放置,使夹持器主体(2)在夹持无销锯条(1)的基础上增加夹持砂带(4)的功能,使得曲线锯既可以使用锯条来切割,还可以更为简单的使用砂带(4)来打磨切割后的工件,无需更换加工工具,进而缩短工件加工时间;
    S2:在使用无销锯条(1)对工件进行加工时,使齿条(501)底部的底板(5011)与工件外壁相抵,无销锯条(1)在工件外侧上下往复移动拉锯锯割的过程中,夹持器主体(2)带动其外侧连接的工作壳体(5)上下移动,使工作壳体(5)内的动齿轮(502)随着移动,在移动的过程中使动齿轮(502)与齿条(501)啮合,动齿轮(502)通过转轴转动在工作壳体(5)内,转动杆(503)在同步轮(5031)和皮带的作用下随转轴转动,转动杆(503)外侧的主动锥齿轮(5032)与转动轴(701)外侧的从动锥齿轮(7011)相互啮合,使转动轴(701)带动抽风组件(8)在收集壳体(6)内转动,使锯末收集在收集壳体(6)内部,避免锯末四散,便于清理,便于提供一个良好的加工环境,降低了工作人员的劳动强度;
    S3:抽风组件(8)对锯末进行抽取时,锯末随着导流板(602)落在弧形滤网(601)上,又顺着弧形滤网(601)的弧面由中部向两侧移动,当动齿轮(502)与齿条(501)反转啮合时,附着在弧形滤网(601)两侧边的锯末不再受到吸力落在收集壳体(6)的两侧容腔内,且挡板(6021)避免锯末再次飞出;
    S4:弹性伸缩杆(9)随着工作壳体(5)的上下移动而间歇性收缩,在收缩的过程中,内管(902)向下滑动在外管(901)中,活塞(9012)挤压内管(902)中的空气,使内管(902)中的空气通过分气管(11)、主气管(111)进入气筒(12)中,使空气从出气孔(121)排出,对附着在弧形滤网(601)上的锯末进行吹动,作进一步处理,使锯末进一步向弧形滤网(601)两侧移动从而进入收集壳体(6)的两侧容腔内。
