- the first arm body 2121 is inserted into the socket 2112
- the second arm body 2123 is located between the inner plate 22 and the base 11, and is in contact with a surface of the inner plate 22 close to the base 11, and the hinged cylinder 2122 is located at the base 11.
- the first arm body 2121 is located at the first end of the support arm 212 in the length direction
- the second arm body 2123 Located at the second end of the support arm 212 in the length direction
- the hinged cylinder 2122 is located between the first end and the second end of the support arm 212 in the length direction.
- the connection between the support arm 212 and the outer support plate 211 is achieved through the first arm body 2121 .
- the lifting of the inner panel 22 is achieved by the second arm body 2123 .
- the pivotal connection between the support arm 212 and the hinge base 12 is achieved by the hinged cylinder 2122 .
- the first arm body 2121, the hinged cylinder body 2122 and the second arm body 2123 are one-piece structural parts, which not only improves the manufacturing efficiency of the support arm 212, but also ensures the structural integrity of the support arm 212 and improves the structure strength.
- FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the support arm.
- the part of the second arm body 2123 in contact with the inner plate 22 is a trapezoidal surface 2123 a , and the upper bottom edge of the trapezoidal surface 2123 a is connected to the hinged cylinder 2122 , the trapezoidal surface 2123a is in contact with the inner panel 22 .
- This design can ensure the contact area between the second arm body 2123 and the inner plate member 22 so as to support the inner plate member 22 more stably.
- part of the second arm body 2123 connected to the inner plate member 22 can also be in other shapes, such as a rectangle, a triangle, etc., which is not limited in this application.
- a part of the hinged cylinder 2122 protrudes from the first arm body 2121 and the second arm body 2123 so as to be located on the side of the first arm body 2121 facing the outer support plate 2111 and the second arm body 2123 facing the inner plate piece 22 on one side.

- the arrangement is more compact.
- the outer panel 21 and the inner panel 22 are respectively introduced above, and it is known that the outer panel 21 and the inner panel 22 can be turned over relative to the base 11 and always support the flexible screen 200 stably.
- the inversion of the outer panel 21 is realized by the user manually, and the inversion of the inner panel 22 is realized by the drive assembly 3 . Therefore, the drive assembly 3 will be introduced next.
- the drive assembly 3 includes an elastic member 31 .
- a part of the elastic member 31 is connected to the base 11 , and the other part is connected to a portion of the inner plate member 22 close to the central axis L of the base 11 .
- the elastic member 31 When the folding mechanism is in the unfolded state (see FIG. 7 ), the elastic member 31 is in a stretched state and stores elastic potential energy. Since the middle part of the support arm 212 is pivotally connected with the hinge seat 12, the first end of the support arm 212 is connected with the outer support plate 211, and the second end of the support arm 212 is in contact with the plate surface of the inner plate 22 facing the base 11, so the support Arm 212 acts as a lever. Therefore, the gravity of the outer support plate 211 and the flexible screen 200 , the friction force between the support arm 212 and the hinge base 12 , the deformation resistance of the flexible screen 200 , etc., will provide load for the elastic member 31 to pull the inner plate member 22 to flip toward the base 11 .
- the load is much greater than the elastic force of the elastic member 31 , so the inner panel 22 can remain stationary under the lifting action of the support arm 212 and is on the same plane as the outer panel 21 to stably support the flexible screen 200 .
- the flexible screen 200 can be kept flat so that the user can operate, watch, and the like.
- the folding mechanism When the folding mechanism needs to be changed from the unfolded state to the folded state (see FIG. 11 ), the two outer panels 21 are turned away from the base 11 with their own pivot axes as axes, so that the support arm 212 supports the inner panel 22 When the lift is released, the elastic potential energy of the elastic member 31 is released to pull the corresponding inner plate member 22 to turn over toward the base 11 , and the folding mechanism gradually changes from the unfolded state to the folded state.
- the elastic member 31 is still in a stretched state, and under the action of the elastic member 31 , the two inner panel members 22 are kept inclined to each other, so as to ensure the continuous existence of the recessed space A , so as to stably accommodate the bending portion 210 of the flexible screen 200 .
- the driving components 3 respectively drive the corresponding inner plate parts 22 to turn over toward the base 11 , so that a depression for accommodating the bending part 210 of the flexible screen 200 is formed at the angle between the two inner plate parts 22 space A.
- the elastic member 31 is a coil spring, one end of the coil spring is connected to the base 11 , and the other end of the coil spring is connected to the inner plate member 22 .
- the folding mechanism When the flexible screen 200 is supported by the folding mechanism provided in the embodiment of the present application, if the screen needs to be operated or viewed, the folding mechanism should be kept in the unfolded state, and the two inner panels 22 and the two outer panels 21 are located at the same In a plane, the flexible screen 200 is supported stably (see FIG. 7 ).
- the two inner plates 22 are turned over toward the base 11 with their own pivot axes as the axis, so that the two inner plates 22 are turned over between the two inner plates 22 .
- An included angle is formed between them, and a recessed space A is formed at the included angle.
- the recessed space A can provide a space basis for accommodating the bending portion 210 of the flexible screen 200 (see FIG. 11 ).
- the two outer panels 21 turn away from the base 11 with their own pivot axes as axes, until the side of the inner panel 22 away from the base 11 is closed (see FIG. 12 ).
- the flexible screen 200 is gradually folded, and a bending portion 210 is partially formed. Since the concave space A provides a space basis for accommodating the bending part 210 of the flexible screen 200 , the bending part 210 of the flexible screen 200 can be accommodated in the concave space A. In this way, the size of the flexible screen 200 located outside the recessed space A will be reduced, which is beneficial to the miniaturized design.
- Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of the folded state of the folding mechanism. It can be seen from Fig. 13 that after the folding mechanism is in the folded state, the distance H between the flexible screen 400 and the outer wall of the base 11 is reduced to H', which can effectively achieve a small design.
- this embodiment also provides another implementation manner of the drive assembly 3 .
- FIG. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of the unfolded state of the folding mechanism.
- the drive assembly 3 includes a first magnet 32 and a second magnet 33 , and the first magnet 32 and the second magnet 33 are opposite and close to the base 11 .
- the first magnet 32 is connected to the base 11 .
- the second magnets 33 are in one-to-one correspondence with the inner plate member 22 and are connected to each other, and the opposite parts of the second magnet 33 and the first magnet 32 have different magnetic poles.
- the magnetic force between the first magnet 32 and the second magnet 33 can be used to pull the inner plate 22 to move toward the base 11, so that the two A concave space A is formed at the included angle between the inner plate members 22 .
- the inner panel 22 When the folding mechanism is in the unfolded state, the first magnet 32 and the second magnet 33 attract each other, and the inner panel 22 tends to turn toward the base 11 under the action of the magnetic force. Under the lifting action of the support arm 212 , the inner panel 22 remains stationary and is on the same plane as the outer panel 21 , so as to stably support the flexible screen 200 .
- the folding mechanism When the folding mechanism needs to be changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, the two outer panels 21 are turned away from the base 11 with their own pivot axis as the axis, so that the support arm 212 lifts the inner panel 22, and the first The magnets 32 and the second magnets 33 attract each other to pull the corresponding inner panel 22 to turn over toward the base 11 , and the folding mechanism gradually changes from the unfolded state to the folded state.
- both the first magnet 32 and the second magnet 33 are permanent magnets, so as to ensure that there is always an attractive magnetic force between the first magnet 32 and the second magnet 33 .
- the two first magnets 32 are one-piece structural parts, so as to better realize the miniaturization design.
- the driving assembly 3 in order to ensure the continuous existence of the recessed space A, the driving assembly 3 always exerts a force on the inner plate 22 so that the inner plate 22 always has a tendency to turn over toward the base 11 .
- the base assembly 1 in order to enable the inner plate 22 to stop at a proper position so that the recessed space A has a proper volume, in this embodiment, the base assembly 1 further includes two stop ribs 13 .
- the stop rib 13 is in one-to-one correspondence with the inner plate member 22 , the stop rib 13 is located between the base 11 and the corresponding inner plate member 22 , the first end of the stop rib 13 is connected to the base 11 , the second end of the stop rib 13 is The ends extend toward the corresponding inner plate 22 for contact with a portion of the inner plate 22 close to the central axis L of the base 11 .
- the maximum turning angle of the inner panel 22 can be limited by the stop rib 13, thereby limiting the volume of the recessed space A, so that the volume of the recessed space A can match the flexible screen 200, so as to better realize the miniaturization design .
- the stop rib 13 is an elongated structural member, and the stop rib 13, the base 11 and the hinge seat 12 are integrated structural parts, which not only improves the manufacturing efficiency of the base assembly 1, but also ensures the base assembly 1. structural integrity and improved structural strength.
- the second end of the stop rib 13 is an inclined surface, and when the inner plate 22 abuts against the stop rib 13 , the plate surface of the inner plate 22 facing the base 11 is fitted with the inclined surface of the stop rib 13 .
