- 공조케이스와, 상기 공조케이스의 내부 유로 상에 설치되는 냉,난방용 열교환기와, 상기 공조케이스의 내부를 복수의 유로로 분할하고, 분할된 각 유로에 대응하여 상기 냉,난방 열교환기를 부분별로 구획하는 분리판을 포함하는 차량용 공조장치에 있어서,상기 분리판과 상기 열교환기 사이를 기밀적으로 결합시켜, 상기 분리판과 상기 열교환기 사이를 통한 상기 공조케이스 내에서의 각 유로 간 공기누출을 방지하는 결합부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 결합부는,상기 분리판과 상기 열교환기 사이 부분 중 어느 한쪽부분에 형성되는 그루브(Groove)와, 다른 쪽부분에 설치되어 상기 그루브와 결합되는 텅부재를 포함하며;상기 그루브와 텅부재는, 서로 간의 결합을 통해 상기 분리판과 상기 열교환기 사이를 기밀적으로 씰링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 열교환기는,상기 공조케이스의 측면개방부를 통해 삽입된 후, 상기 공조케이스의 내부를 향해 밀어서 슬라이딩시킴에 따라 상기 공조케이스의 내부 유로 상에 조립되며;상기 결합부의 그루브와 텅부재는,상기 열교환기의 조립방향을 따라 형성되어, 상기 공조케이스 내부로의 상기 열교환기 조립과정에서 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 분리판은,상기 공조케이스의 내부를 좌측유로와 우측유로로 분할함과 동시에, 분할된 좌,우측유로에 대응하여 상기 열교환기를 좌,우로 구획하는 좌,우 분리판을 포함하며;상기 결합부는,상기 좌,우 분리판과 상기 열교환기 사이를 통한 상기 좌,우측유로 간 공기누출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 좌,우 분리판은,상기 공조케이스의 측면개방부로부터 상기 열교환기의 조립방향을 향해 관통되는 관통구멍을 포함하고;상기 열교환기는,상기 공조케이스의 측면개방부로 삽입된 후에, 상기 좌,우 분리판의 관통구멍을 통과하여 상기 좌,우측유로측으로 조립되며;상기 결합부는,상기 좌,우 분리판의 관통구멍과 상기 열교환기 사이를 기밀적으로 결합시켜, 상기 관통구멍과 상기 열교환기 사이를 통한 상기 좌,우측유로 간 공기누출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 결합부는,상기 측면개방부측의 상기 좌,우 분리판의 관통구멍 둘레부분에 형성되는 상기 그루브와;상기 좌,우 분리판의 그루브에 대응될 수 있도록, 상기 열교환기에 장착되는 상기 텅부재를 포함하며;상기 그루브와 텅부재는, 상기 측면개방부로부터 상기 공조케이스 내부로의 상기 열교환기 조립과정에서 서로 결합되어, 상기 좌,우 분리판의 관통구멍과 상기 열교환기 사이를 기밀적으로 씰링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 텅부재는,상기 좌,우 분리판의 그루브에 대응되는 상기 열교환기의 외면부분에 장착되어 있되, 2개가 쌍을 이루며 상기 열교환기를 사이에 두고 상기 열교환기의 양쪽에 서로 마주보며 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 공조케이스의 내부를 상측유로와 하측유로로 분할함과 동시에, 분할된 상,하측유로에 대응하여 상기 열교환기를 상,하로 구획하는 상,하 분리판을 포함하며;상기 결합부는,상기 상,하 분리판과 상기 열교환기 사이를 통한 상기 상,하측유로 간 공기누출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 상,하 분리판은,상기 공조케이스의 측면개방부로부터 상기 열교환기의 조립방향을 따라 절개되는 절개부를 포함하고;상기 열교환기는,상기 공조케이스의 측면개방부로 삽입된 후에, 상기 상,하 분리판의 절개부를 통과하여 상기 상,하측유로측으로 조립되며;상기 결합부는,상기 상,하 분리판의 절개부와 상기 열교환기 사이를 기밀적으로 결합시켜, 상기 절개부와 상기 열교환기 사이를 통한 상기 상,하측유로 간 공기누출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 결합부는,상기 측면개방부측의 상기 상,하 분리판의 절개부 양쪽을 따라 형성되는 상기 그루브와;상기 상,하 분리판의 그루브에 대응될 수 있도록, 상기 열교환기에 장착되는 상기 텅부재를 포함하고;상기 그루브와 텅부재는, 상기 측면개방부로부터 상기 공조케이스 내부로의 상기 열교환기 조립과정에서 서로 결합되어 상기 상,하 분리판의 절개부와 상기 열교환기 사이를 기밀적으로 씰링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 결합부는,상기 분리판과 상기 난방용 열교환기 사이를 기밀적으로 결합시켜, 상기 분리판과 상기 난방용 열교환기 사이를 통한 상기 공조케이스 내에서의 각 유로 간 공기누출을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 차량용 공조장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 난방용 열교환기는, PTC 히터인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공조장치.
