本申请属于一种液体抽取器的附加结构,特别在所述液体抽取器使用完毕时,避免残余的液料自所述液体抽取器滴漏,以维持环境洁净、安全及避免桶内原料液体浪费的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构。
相关技术中的手动抽油器结构大致为一管体,将所述管体插入油桶中,然后抽拉把柄,利用空气挤压方式将所述油桶内的油料送出,以利于各种使用。这类汲取所述油料的工具,除了人力操作以外,近年来也有改良的电动帮辅等自动化工具,以更为快速、省力进行大量的抽油动作。
相关技术中的抽油器结构,其原理很简单,使用上也很方便,故已经使用长久而鲜少改良,并能充分发挥其应用功能。
然而,所述油料毕竟是液体,其具有相关的黏着性与流动性,当相关技术中的抽油器使用完毕后,难免在所述管体的内外附着残余的所述油料。如此,当相关技术中的抽油器自所述油桶拔出时,残余的所述油料很容易溅出而洒落一地,造成工作场所地面潮湿与污染,不仅需要额外的清洁工作,影响工作流程与效率,而且所述油料难以完全清洁,长久下来会破坏环境卫生,让工作环境杂乱不堪。况且,所述油料通常具有黏着性与润滑性,造成工作场所地面湿滑,很容易让人跌倒,造成工安意外。
除此之外,除了油料以外,若是抽取的液体为化学原料,那么当所述液体滴落到地面时,还会进一步侵蚀地板结构,轻则造成所述地板变色,影响观瞻,重则使所述地板龟裂、脱落,而需进行所述地板的更换、修补作业,影响工作流程并增加工作成本。更甚者,若所述化学原料因本身有伤害性或 在身体虚弱时接触到人体,将对工作人员的健康与安全造成不良的影响。
为此,无论是汲取水、油料或是其它液体,相关技术中的液体抽取器显然有所不足,而需加以改良,以获得更为优良的使用功效。
有鉴于前述缺失,本案申请人着手进行研发改良,考虑如何在提取液体抽取器时避免液体渗漏,维护工作场所及工作人员的洁净与安全性,及避免桶内原料液体浪费,经由长期的研发与实作,进而研发本申请的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本申请的目的在于提供一种液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其通过附加于液体抽取器外部的装置,在所述液体抽取器拔出时刮除多余的液体,以及在放置所述液体抽取器时防止残留的液体滴漏,有效维护工作场所的洁净与安全性,及避免桶内原料液体浪费。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其结构单纯、操作容易,任何人均可轻易使用,以充分发挥其防滴漏特性。
本申请的再一目的在于提供一种液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其结构坚固耐用,可以长期使用而不易毁损,降低维护成本,更能保持防滴漏特性的发挥。
本申请的下一目的在于提供一种液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其更提供有放置座,以提供液体抽取器与整组进行放置或取用,以大幅增加操作的方便性与安全性。
为了达到以上目的,本申请采用的技术方案是提供一种液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其包括定位夹套,具有上定位环、下定位环,所述上定位环和所述下定位环的周缘以一个以上的管柱进行连接,以及在所述上定位环和所述下定位环之间设置有防滴漏挡板,所述防滴漏挡板一侧轴设在任一所述管柱上而可相对于所述上定位环、所述下定位环进行转动,以在所述防滴漏挡板展开时将液体抽取器穿过所述上定位环、所述下定位环,并在所述防滴漏挡板收合时挡止所述液体抽取器防止液体滴漏,所述防滴漏挡板的表面还设置有一开孔,所述开孔上罩设有一遮盖,在打开所述遮盖时放掉所述防滴漏挡 板上所累积的所述液体;
除液插座,使用时安装在液体容器的开口上,所述除液插座顶面设置有相对所述管柱的定位孔,以在所述定位夹套放置时,让所述管柱下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔中进行定位,所述除液插座内缘则凸设有刮环,当所述液体抽取器拉出时,由所述刮环刮除所述液体抽取器外部的残留的所述液体。
可选的,所述液体抽取器的防滴漏结构还设置有放置座,所述放置座的表面设置有容置孔,所述容置孔周围也设置有相对所述管柱的定位孔,使所述液体抽取器使用完毕后与所述定位夹套,或连同所述除液插座移出所述开口而插入所述容置孔中,并使所述液体抽取器外部的定位夹套的所述管柱下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔中进行定位,方便且安全的存放所述液体抽取器。
可选的,所述除液插座底部凸伸有螺杆,以将所述螺杆锁固在所述开口处,且所述容置孔的直径大于所述螺杆,使所述除液插座使用完毕后移出所述开口而将所述螺杆插入所述容置孔中定位。结合所述定位夹套与所述除液插座到所述放置座中可以稳定存放所述液体抽取器。
可选的,所述除液插座与所述放置座表面的所述定位孔为弧形凹槽,并在所述弧形凹槽末端设置有扣点,使所述定位夹套通过所述管柱快速置入所述定位孔中,经转动通过所述扣点进行固定。
所述除液插座设置有除液插座盖,以在所述液体抽取器拉出时将所述除液插座盖盖住所述除液插座形成密封,确保所述液体容器内的所述液体不受污染或挥发。
可选的,所述管柱为多段式伸缩管,以调整所述上定位环、所述下定位环之间的距离,增加对所述液体抽取器的夹持稳定性。
可选的,所述上定位环的内缘凸设有刮环,以刮除所述液体抽取器外部的所述液体,并可夹固在所述液体抽取器外部以减少晃动而增加稳定性。
可选的,所述防滴漏挡板的边缘设置有墙面,所述墙面为透明材质,以观察所述防滴漏挡板上的所述液体的状态。
可选的,所述防滴漏挡板表面凸设有挡环,所述挡环环绕在所述液体抽取器周围,增加阻挡所述液体滴漏的功效。
更进一步,所述防滴漏挡板一侧设置有操作杆,所述操作杆用以推拉所 述防滴漏挡板进行转动。
可选的,所述遮盖的前端在所述防滴漏挡板的中心设置有轴心以进行转动,所述遮盖的后端则延伸有拨杆伸出所述防滴漏挡板的边缘,所述拨杆用以转动所述遮盖以开放或关闭所述开孔,或所述拨杆直接推拉所述防滴漏挡板进行转动。
可选的,所述防滴漏挡板与所述下定位环的接触面互设有磁吸单元,所述磁吸单元具有适当磁力,以在所述防滴漏挡板收合时快速进行定位,但只要稍施力于所述防滴漏挡板即可克服所述磁力进行展开。

下面结合附图对本申请的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本申请的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本申请的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1至图10所示,为本申请所提供的一种液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其包括有定位夹套100与除液插座200,以及放置座300。
所述定位夹套100具有上定位环110、下定位环130,所述上定位环110、 所述下定位环130的周缘是以一个以上的管柱140进行连接,本实施例以三个所述管柱140进行说明;在所述上定位环110、所述下定位环130之间设置有防滴漏挡板120,所述防滴漏挡板120侧轴设在任一所述管柱140上而可相对所述上定位环110、所述下定位环130进行转动,以在所述防滴漏挡板120展开时将一液体抽取器400穿过所述上定位环110、所述下定位环130,并在所述防滴漏挡板120收合时挡止所述液体抽取器400防止液体滴漏,所述防滴漏挡板120表面还设置有开孔121,所述开孔121上罩设有遮盖122,在打开所述遮盖122时放掉所述防滴漏挡板120上的所述液体。
所述除液插座200使用时安装在液体容器500的开口510上,所述除液插座200顶面设置有相对所述管柱140的定位孔210,以在所述定位夹套100放置时,让所述管柱140下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔210中进行定位,所述除液插座200中空内缘则凸设有刮环220,当所述液体抽取器400拉出时,由所述刮环220刮除所述液体抽取器400外部的残留的所述液体。
所述刮环220更进一步可直接夹固在所述液体抽取器400外部,提供对所述液体抽取器400放置时的支持,减少所述液体抽取器400的晃动而增加稳定性。
所述放置座300表面设置有容置孔310,所述容置孔310周围也设置有相对所述管柱140的定位孔320,使所述液体抽取器400使用完毕后连同整组所述定位夹套100移出所述开口510而插入所述容置孔310中,并使所述液体抽取器400外部的定位夹套100的所述管柱140下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔320中进行定位,使其方便且安全的存放所述液体抽取器400。
根据以上结构,其首先将所述除液插座200安装在所述液体容器500的所述开口510上,并将所述定位夹套100的所述防滴漏挡板120转动打开后插入所述液体抽取器400,再将所述液体抽取器400穿过所述除液插座200而进入所述液体容器500进行汲取所述液体的作业,此时所述定位夹套100以所述管柱140下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔210中进行定位;
待工作完成,将所述液体抽取器400向上拔出,由所述刮环220刮除所述液体抽取器400外部的残留的所述液体,可来回抽送所述液体抽取器400几次以刮除干净,待所述液体抽取器400的底部到达所述上定位环110位置 时,稍待数秒钟让所述液体抽取器400内部的残油大部分滴漏干净后,再将所述防滴漏挡板120转回所述定位夹套100内部,再将所述液体抽取器400的底部抵靠在所述防滴漏挡板120表面完成防再滴漏功能;
最后,将所述液体抽取器400与所述定位夹套100一起移动至所述放置座300表面,并使所述液体抽取器400外部的定位夹套100的所述管柱140下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔320中进行定位,完成所述液体抽取器400的防滴漏存放工作。
当所述液体抽取器400与所述定位夹套100移动至所述放置座300时,由于所述放置座300的所述容置孔310形成有收纳空间,为确保所述液体抽取器400没有残留的所述液体累积,可将所述防滴漏挡板120上的所述遮盖122打开,让积蓄的所述液体自所述开孔121流到所述容置孔310以进行集中,再完成所述液体抽取器400与所述定位夹套100的插置存放;当然,也可先将所述液体抽取器400与所述定位夹套100移动至专门的液体收集区域进中所述液体,再将所述液体抽取器400与所述定位夹套100定位在所述放置座300中进行存放。
更进一步,可在所述放置座300位置转动开启所述防滴漏挡板120,让所述液体抽取器400的底部插入所述容置孔310中增加存放的稳定性。
为便于使用,所述除液插座200底部凸伸有螺杆230,以将所述螺杆230锁固在所述开口510处,且在所述液体容器500内的所述液体尚未取尽时长期放置,直到所述液体容器500内的所述液体取尽或不再汲取时再行取下,为此,所述除液插座200还设置有一除液插座盖240,通常为软质套盖,可在所述液体抽取器400拉出时将所述除液插座盖240盖住所述除液插座200形成密封,确保所述液体容器500内的所述液体不受污染或挥发,但是在软质状态下,必须在所述除液插座盖240上设置有一拉环241,以方便操作实施。
然后,所述容置孔310直径大于所述螺杆230,使所述除液插座200使用完毕后移出所述开口510而以所述螺杆230插入所述容置孔310中定位,然后再将所述液体抽取器400与所述定位夹套100定位在所述除液插座200上。
所述除液插座200与所述放置座300表面的所述定位孔210、320为弧形凹槽,并在所述弧形凹槽末端设置有扣点211、321,使得所述定位夹套100通过所述管柱140快速置入所述定位孔210、320中,经转动以通过所述扣点211、321进行固定,当然,并不限于这种扣法,凡可达成快速定位的结构,皆在本申请的保护之中。
另外,为加强对于所述液体抽取器400的放置支持,所述管柱140为多段式伸缩管,以调整所述上定位环110、所述下定位环130之间距离增加对所述液体抽取器400的夹持稳定性。
并且,所述上定位环110的内缘凸设有刮环111,同样可以刮除所述液体抽取器400外部的所述液体,以避免残余的所述液体在所述液体抽取器400动作时溅出所述定位夹套100外部。
而所述防滴漏挡板120边缘设置有墙面123,所述墙面123一方面提供阻挡所述液体滴漏的功效,另一方面可以增加所述定位夹套100的整体高度,以增加对所述液体抽取器400的夹持稳定性,且所述墙面123为透明材质,以观察所述防滴漏挡板120上的所述液体状态。
另外,所述防滴漏挡板120表面凸设有挡环124,所述挡环124环绕在所述液体抽取器400周围,增加阻挡所述液体滴漏的功效。
而为了便于操作,所述防滴漏挡板120一侧设置有操作杆125,所述操作杆125用以推拉所述防滴漏挡板120进行转动。
再者,所述遮盖122前端在所述防滴漏挡板120中心设置有轴心以进行转动,所述遮盖122后端则延伸有拨杆126伸出所述防滴漏挡板120边缘,所述拨杆126用以转动所述遮盖122以开放或关闭所述开孔121。
或者,如同所述操作杆125的功能,可用所述拨杆126直接推拉所述防滴漏挡板120进行转动。
又,所述防滴漏挡板120底部与所述下定位环130的接触面之间互设有磁吸单元151、152,所述磁吸单元151、152具有适当磁力,以在所述防滴漏挡板120收合时快速进行定位,但只要稍施力于所述防滴漏挡板120即可克服所述磁吸单元151、152的所述磁力以进行展开。
前述图1至图10是提供结构较为精简但可完整使用的本申请液体抽取器 的防滴漏结构,图11至图16为本申请第二实施例的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构的示意图,其外观更为精美,但主要结构不变,仅在一些细节上进行微调,以更符合使用者的使用习惯,增加操作时的方便性。
首先,对于所述定位夹套100定位至所述除液插座200的方式,为提高操作便捷性以及稳定性,所述定位夹套100与所述除液插座200的外型由圆形改为多边形,所述除液插座200周缘设置有导引边缘250,并在所述除液插座200表面设置有卡扣单元260,使所述定位夹套100顺着所述导引边缘250自然对正所述除液插座200的相对位置,并经由所述卡扣单元260进行固定,过程简单顺手,且固定效果更为良好。
同样的,所述除液插座200可以在使用时安装在所述液体容器500的所述开口510,或是使用完毕插置到所述放置座300表面的所述容置孔310,考虑所述定位夹套100进入所述除液插座200具有方向性,若直接以前述螺杆230进行锁固难以掌握所述除液插座200的引导方向,故所述除液插座200底部另设置有一定位螺栓270,所述定位螺栓270用以锁入所述开口510或所述容置孔310,其内部同样为中空,并在所述定位螺栓270周围设置有卡扣边缘271,以将所述除液插座200调整正确工作方向后,使其底部插入所述卡扣边缘271定位后,再另外用一固定螺丝272穿置所述除液插座200与所述定位螺栓270进行固定。
至于所述定位夹套100,本实施例特别强化所述防滴漏挡板120的结构,使其具有较长且厚实的墙面123,并可将所述上定位环110的所述刮环111移入所述墙面123内壁同时设置复数个,发挥良好的固定及包覆刮除所述液体抽取器400的功能;而在所述开孔121上端另设置有一软质垫体160,所述垫体160表面设置有流出孔161,当所述液体抽取器400扺靠在所述垫体160时,会使所述垫体160密合在所述防滴漏挡板120的表面,而有效避免所述液体滴漏,只能由所述流出孔161集中至所述开孔121位置。虽然,所述垫体160已遮盖所述挡环124的结构,但由所述垫体160本身与所述刮环111的设计,仍能有效维持良好的密闭性。
另外,考虑原有的所述放置座300必须放在地面操作,有容易撞到或遗失或占用空间的可能缺失,故本实施例将所述放置座300直接固定在所述液 体容器500表面,其方式是在所述液体容器500上设置有一放置座挂件600,所述放置座挂件600延伸有挂勾610抓住所述液体容器500边缘而得到支持,或在所述挂勾610延伸面上设置吸盘620增加稳定性,所述挂勾610延伸面拆卸后可以弯折以利用存放。而在所述放置座挂件600上设置有一扣锁面630,所述放置座300表面则设置有定位面330,使所述放置座300以所述定位面330固定在所述扣锁面630而获得支持。而在所述挂勾610上端另设置有一抽取器夹扣件640,当所述液体抽取器400用毕置入所述放置座300时,利用所述抽取器夹扣件640夹固所述液体抽取器400上端以增加稳定性。
以上实施方式只为说明本申请的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人了解本申请的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本申请的保护范围,凡根据本申请精神实质所做的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围内。

- 一种液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,包括:定位夹套,具有上定位环、下定位环,所述上定位环、所述下定位环的周缘以一个以上的管柱进行连接,以及在所述上定位环和所述下定位环之间设置有防滴漏挡板,所述防滴漏挡板一侧轴设在任一所述管柱上而可相对于所述上定位环和所述下定位环进行转动,以在所述防滴漏挡板展开时将液体抽取器穿过所述上定位环、所述下定位环,并在所述防滴漏挡板收合时挡止所述液体抽取器防止液体滴漏,所述防滴漏挡板的表面还设置有开孔,所述开孔上罩设有遮盖,在打开所述遮盖时放掉所述防滴漏挡板上所累积的所述液体;除液插座,使用时安装在液体容器的开口上,所述除液插座顶面设置有相对所述管柱的定位孔,以在所述定位夹套放置时,让所述管柱下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔中进行定位,所述除液插座内缘则凸设有刮环,当所述液体抽取器拉出时,由所述刮环刮除所述液体抽取器外部的残留的所述液体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述液体抽取器的防滴漏结构还设置有放置座,所述放置座的表面设置有容置孔,所述容置孔周围也设置有相对所述管柱的定位孔,使所述液体抽取器使用完毕后与所述定位夹套,或连同所述除液插座移出所述开口而插入所述容置孔中,并使所述液体抽取器外部的定位夹套的所述管柱下端凸伸卡入所述定位孔中进行定位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述除液插座底部凸伸有螺杆,以将所述螺杆锁固在所述开口处,且所述容置孔的直径大于所述螺杆,使所述除液插座使用完毕后移出所述开口而将所述螺杆插入所述容置孔中定位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述除液插座与所述放置座表面的所述定位孔为弧形凹槽,并在所述弧形凹槽末端设置有扣点,使所述定位夹套通过所述管柱快速置入所述定位孔中,经转动通过所述扣点进行固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述除液插座设置有除液插座盖,以在所述液体抽取器拉出时将所述除液插座盖盖住所述除液插座形成密封。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述管柱为多段式伸缩管,以调整所述上定位环、所述下定位环之间的距离,增加对所述液体抽取器的夹持稳定性。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述上定位环的内缘凸设有刮环,以刮除所述液体抽取器外部的所述液体,并可夹固在所述液体抽取器外部以减少晃动。

- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述遮盖的前端在所述防滴漏挡板的中心设置有轴心以进行转动,所述遮盖的后端则延伸有拨杆伸出所述防滴漏挡板的边缘,所述拨杆用以转动所述遮盖以开放或关闭所述开孔,或所述拨杆直接推拉所述防滴漏挡板进行转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述防滴漏挡板与所述下定位环的接触面互设有磁吸单元,以在所述防滴漏挡板收合时快速进行定位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述除液插座周缘设置有导引边缘,并在所述除液插座表面设置有卡扣单元,使所述定位夹套顺着所述导引边缘对正所述除液插座,并经由所述卡扣单元进行固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述除液 插座底部设置有定位螺栓,所述定位螺栓用以锁入所述开口或所述容置孔,其内部为中空,并在所述定位螺栓周围设置有卡扣边缘,以将所述除液插座底部插入所述卡扣边缘扣件定位,并以一固定螺丝穿置所述除液插座与所述定位螺栓进行固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述防滴漏挡板具有厚实的墙面,以在所述墙面内壁设置所述刮环,所述防滴漏挡板在所述开孔上端设置有软质垫体,所述垫体表面设置有流出孔,当所述液体抽取器扺靠在所述垫体时,会使所述垫体密合在所述防滴漏挡板的表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体抽取器的防滴漏结构,其中,所述液体容器上设置有放置座挂件,所述放置座挂件延伸有挂勾抓住所述液体容器边缘而得到支持,以将所述放置座固定在使所述放置座而获得支持。
