卡托是手机承载用户卡与储存卡的安装与取出的重要支撑零件,是手机不可缺少的部分。在一些情形中,卡托从手机取下后,卡托与手机完全分离,容易丢失。此外,卡托一般需要利用插针取下,如果用户没有随身携带插针,则无法随时地将卡托取下以进行装入或取出卡片操作,较为不方便。而且长期使用插针插拔卡托容易造成设备损坏,影响手机寿命。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是为了克服卡托不易取下且容易损坏的缺陷,提供一种卡托组件及包括其的移动终端。

在本实施例中,当卡托本体处于解锁状态时,驱动卡托本体背离第一方向运动,凸起部能够推动第一面以使得滑块远离卡托本体运动,使得卡托本体有 解锁状态转换为锁定状态;而当卡托本体处于锁定状态时,驱动卡托本体朝向第一方向运动,凸起部能够推动第二面以使得滑块远离卡托本体运动,使得卡托本体有解锁状态转换为锁定状态。因此通过触发驱动装置,可以使得卡托本体自动地从锁定状态转换为解锁状态,同时卡托本体能够沿着第一方向运动、从基座伸出。滑块的朝向卡托本体的端部可以为半球面,半球面朝向和背离第一方向的两侧面分别构成第一面和第二面。
本申请实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括如前所述的卡托组件。
在本申请实施例中,通过触发驱动装置,可以使得卡托本体自动地从移动终端弹出,无需借助于外部工具,使得取出卡托本体较为方便,移动终端也不会受到外部工具所带来的磨损,提高移动终端的寿命。
在一个实施例中,所述移动终端还包括控制单元,所述控制单元与所述驱动装置信号连接以控制所述驱动装置的开关。
在本实施例中,控制单元用于接收控制指令,并根据控制指令设定是否触发驱动装置,本领域技术人员可以根据具体需求而适应性的选择相应的控制指令的输入形式,例如,还可以采用手势输入、指纹识别等方式。
在符合本领域常识的基础上,上述各实施例可任意组合。
本申请的积极进步效果在于:本申请的卡托组件在取出卡托本体时,只需要触发驱动装置,驱动装置就会使得卡托本体沿第一方向运动,卡托本体能够自动地弹出。卡托本体的取出过程无需借助于其他工具,不会因外部工具的操作对卡托组件造成损坏,有助于延长卡托组件的寿命。而且使用者不会受缺少工具的限制,能够随时地、方便地取出卡托本体。而且卡托本体不会从基座上脱出,因此卡托本体不易丢失。本申请的移动终端包括上述卡托组件,因此取 出卡托本体较为方便,移动终端也不会受到外部工具所带来的磨损,提高移动终端的寿命。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本申请,但并不因此将本申请限制在的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
参见图1至图3所示,本实施例提供一种卡托组件,其包括基座1和卡托本体2,基座1与卡托本体2相对滑动设置,卡托组件还包括驱动装置3,驱动装置3用于驱动卡托本体2沿第一方向运动。需要注意的是,第一方向为图1中箭头D所指向的方向,但不包括箭头D相反的方向。
当需要取出卡托本体2时,只需要触发驱动装置3,驱动装置3就会使得卡托本体2沿第一方向运动,卡托本体2能够自动地从基座1伸出,使用者可以进行取卡或装卡的操作。卡托本体2的伸出过程无需借助于其他工具,不会因外部工具的操作对卡托组件造成损坏,有助于延长卡托组件的寿命。而且使用者不会受缺少工具的限制,能够随时地、方便地取出卡托本体2。驱动装置3可以为电磁铁,也可以为电推杆、直线电机等电动装置。
驱动装置3与卡托本体2之间能够产生磁力以使得卡托本体2沿第一方向运动。本实施例利用磁力驱动卡托本体2,因此驱动装置3可以不与卡托本体2发生接触,使得卡托本体2免于因与驱动装置3频繁接触而发生磨损,能够提高卡托组件的寿命。
卡托本体2包括磁性部21,驱动装置3包括电磁元件,磁性部21与电磁元件之间能够产生磁力。磁性部21可以由磁性材料制成(如磁铁),驱动装置 3则可以为电磁铁,当驱动装置3被触发时,则驱动装置3与磁性部21能够产生磁力。在本实施例中,磁性部21为卡托本体2的一部分,在其他某些实施例中,卡托本体2也可以整体都由磁性材料制成,即卡托本体2整体构成磁性部21。
在本实施例中,电磁元件与磁性部21沿第一方向依次设置,磁性部21位于卡托本体2靠近电磁元件的一侧。当电磁元件被触发时,电磁元件与磁性部21能够产生相斥的磁力,卡托本体2能够朝着远离驱动装置3的方向运动,即驱动装置3能够将卡托本体2推出。
基座1具有沿第一方向延伸的滑槽11,卡托本体2滑动配合地插设于滑槽11中。滑槽11为卡托本体2提供了滑动路径,同时滑槽11能够在垂直于卡托本体2的方向上对卡托进行限位。滑槽11可以相对地设置有两个,卡托本体2设置于两个滑槽11之间。具体在本实施例中,卡托本体2包括朝着垂直于第一方向凸起的凸起部22,卡托本体2的两侧各设置有一凸起部22,凸起部22滑动地设置在对应的滑槽11中。
卡托组件还包括锁定机构,锁定机构用于使得基座1与卡托本体2相对锁定。锁定机构使得卡托本体2能够在锁定状态和解锁状态之间转换,当卡托本体2处于锁定状态时,卡托本体2相对于基座1固定;当卡托本体2处于解锁状态时,卡托本体2能够相对于基座1滑动。
锁定机构包括能够相对卡托本体2靠近和远离运动的滑块4。当滑块4靠近卡托本体2时,且滑块4位于凸起部22朝向第一方向的一侧,凸起部22能够限制卡托本体2沿第一方向运动;当滑块4远离卡托本体2时,卡托本体2能够沿第一方向运动。
具体地,滑块4可以位于卡托本体2的侧部,滑块4可以垂直于第一方向运动。如图1所示,当滑块4位于凸起部22朝向第一方向的一侧时,卡托本体2无法朝着第一方向运动,此时卡托本体2处于锁定状态;如图2所示,当卡托本体2槽型第一方向的一侧没有凸起部22阻拦时,则卡托本体2能够朝第一方向运动,此时卡托本体2处于解锁状态。
基座1在第一方向上的端部设置有限位件12,卡托本体2沿第一方向运动时,凸起部22能够抵于限位件12,以使得卡托本体2不会在第一方向上与基座1脱离。由于卡托本体2不会从基座1上脱离,因此卡托本体2能够始终连接在基座1上,所以能够防止卡托本体2丢失。因此凸起部22既能够配合滑块4以使得卡托本体2能够被锁定,而且凸起部22又能够配合限位件12以防止卡托本体2从基座1脱离。
凸起部22设置于卡托本体2上远离第一方向的一端,因此当卡托本体2的大部分从基座1伸出后,凸起部22才会被限位件12阻挡,这样设置可以使得卡托本体2能够尽可能多地从基座1伸出,便于向卡托本体2中安装手机卡或储存卡。
锁定机构包括弹性件5,弹性件5用于提供滑块4朝向卡托本体2运动所需的弹性力。弹性件5能够将滑块4推向卡托本体2上,因此当卡托本体2处于锁定状态时,只有通过克服弹性件5所产生的弹性力时,滑块4才会远离卡托本体2运动,以使得卡托本体2能够转换为解锁状态,因此卡托本体2能够牢固锁定。在本实施例中,弹性件5为弹簧。
在本实施例中,滑块4朝向卡托本体2的端部具有第一面41和第二面42,第一面41倾斜地朝向第一方向设置,第二面42倾斜地背离第一方向设置,卡 托本体2运动时,凸起部22能够与第一面41或第二面42配合以推动滑块4远离卡托本体2运动。
在本实施例中,当卡托本体2处于解锁状态时,驱动卡托本体2背离第一方向运动,凸起部22能够推动第一面41以使得滑块4远离卡托本体2运动,使得卡托本体2有解锁状态转换为锁定状态;而当卡托本体2处于锁定状态时,驱动卡托本体2朝向第一方向运动,凸起部22能够推动第二面42以使得滑块4远离卡托本体2运动,使得卡托本体2由锁定状态转换为解锁状态,使用者可以用手将卡托本体2拉出。因此通过触发驱动装置3,可以使得卡托本体2自动地从锁定状态转换为解锁状态,同时卡托本体2能够沿着第一方向运动、从基座1伸出。滑块4的朝向卡托本体2的端部可以为半球面,半球面朝向和背离第一方向的两侧面分别构成第一面41和第二面42。
在本实施例中,驱动装置3能够克服弹性件5的弹力,使得卡托本体2从锁定状态转换为解锁状态。在其他的某些实施例中,也可以通过设置其他装置以克服弹性件5的弹力,使得卡托本体2从锁定状态转换为解锁状态,而驱动装置3仅用于驱动卡托本体2运动。
实施例2
如图4所示为本申请的实施例2,本实施例与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是,磁性部21与电磁元件的排列方向与实施例1相反。在本实施例中,磁性部21与电磁元件沿第一方向依次设置,磁性部21能够朝着靠近驱动装置3的方向运动,电磁元件与磁性部21能够产生相吸的磁力,驱动装置3能够将卡托本体2拉出。为防止驱动装置3影响卡托本体2运动,驱动装置3与卡托本体2之间可以在图4中垂直于图像的方向上存在间距,驱动装置3与磁性部21的 磁力在第一方向上的分量能够驱动卡托本体2运动。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种移动终端,移动终端包括如前的卡托组件。具体地,卡托组件可以设置于移动终端的内部,基座1可以固定于移动终端的主板或壳体上。通过触发驱动装置3,可以使得卡托本体2自动地从移动终端中弹出,无需借助于外部工具,使得取出卡托本体2较为方便,移动终端也不会受到外部工具所带来的磨损,提高移动终端的寿命。另外,卡托本体2保持与基座1相连接,不容易丢失。
本实施例中,移动终端还包括控制单元,控制单元与驱动装置3信号连接以控制驱动装置3的开关。控制单元用于接收控制指令,并根据控制指令设定是否触发驱动装置3,本领域技术人员可以根据具体需求而适应性的选择相应的控制指令的输入形式,例如,可以采用手势输入、指纹识别等方式。
虽然以上描述了本申请的具体实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本申请的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本申请的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施例做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本申请的保护范围。
Claims (13)
- 一种卡托组件,包括基座和卡托本体,所述基座与所述卡托本体相对滑动设置,所述卡托组件还包括驱动装置,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述卡托本体沿第一方向运动。
- 如权利要求1所述的卡托组件,其中,所述驱动装置与所述卡托本体之间能够产生磁力以使得所述卡托本体沿所述第一方向运动。
- 如权利要求2所述的卡托组件,其中,所述卡托本体包括磁性部,所述驱动装置包括电磁元件,所述磁性部与所述电磁元件之间能够产生磁力。
- 如权利要求3所述的卡托组件,其中,所述电磁元件与所述磁性部在所述第一方向上排列,所述电磁元件与所述磁性部之间能够产生相斥或者相吸的磁力。
- 如权利要求1所述的卡托组件,其中,所述基座具有沿所述第一方向延伸的滑槽,所述卡托本体滑动配合地插设于所述滑槽中。
- 如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的卡托组件,其中,卡托组件还包括锁定机构,所述锁定机构用于使得所述基座与所述卡托本体相对锁定。
- 如权利要求6所述的卡托组件,其中,所述卡托本体包括朝着垂直于所述第一方向凸起的凸起部,所述锁定机构包括能够相对所述卡托本体靠近和远离运动的滑块,当所述滑块靠近所述卡托本体时,所述滑块位于所述凸起部朝向所述第一方向的一侧,以限制所述卡托本体沿所述第一方向运动;当所述滑块远离所述卡托本体时,所述卡托本体能够沿所述第一方向运动。
- 如权利要求7所述的卡托组件,其中,所述基座在所述第一方向上的端部设置有限位件,所述卡托本体沿所述第一方向运动时,所述凸起部能够抵于所述限位件,以使得所述卡托本体不会在所述第一方向上与所述基座脱离。
- 如权利要求8所述的卡托组件,其中,所述凸起部设置于所述卡托本体上远离所述第一方向的一端。
- 如权利要求7所述的卡托组件,其中,所述锁定机构包括弹性件,所述弹性件用于提供所述滑块朝向所述卡托本体运动所需的弹性力。
- 如权利要求10所述的卡托组件,其中,所述滑块朝向所述卡托本体的端部具有第一面和第二面,所述第一面倾斜地朝向所述第一方向设置,所述第二面倾斜地背离所述第一方向设置,所述卡托本体运动时,所述凸起部能够与所述第一面或所述第二面配合以推动所述滑块远离所述卡托本体运动。
- 一种移动终端,包括如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的卡托组件。
- 如权利要求12所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端还包括控制单元,所述控制单元与所述驱动装置信号连接以控制所述驱动装置的开关。
