Definitions
- the present invention has a transmission device, particularly a transmission case including at least a first and second cases that are detachably coupled to each other, and a transmission case having a transmission shaft that can rotate in the transmission case and is housed in the transmission case.
- the present invention relates to a transmission device including a mechanism and a parking lock mechanism that can lock the transmission shaft at any time and is provided in the transmission case.
- the parking lock mechanism parks the parking gear provided on the transmission shaft so as not to rotate relative to each other, the parking pole that can lock the parking gear by engaging with the parking gear, and the parking pole by being driven.
- a rod that rotates to the locked position with the gear and the unlocked position away from the parking gear, and a detent connected to the rod so that the base is rotatably supported by the first case and the rod can be driven by the rotation. It has a detent spring that engages with the arm and the tip of the detent arm in a detachable manner to repel and hold the detent arm at a specific arm rotation position, and by switching the arm rotation position of the detent arm.
- a parking pole that is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position is conventionally known, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1.
- the detent arm is set with a rotation angle and an arm length for moving the rod in the axial direction by the rotation of the detent arm, and is sufficient according to the rotation angle and the arm length.
- a rotation space is required. Then, if it is attempted to secure all of this rotation space in the first case, it becomes a factor that the first case, and eventually the transmission case, becomes large.
- the inside of the second case can also be used as the rotation space of the detent arm, and the first case can be miniaturized.
- the arrangement / mounting structure of the detent spring in this case for example, [1] the base end portion (that is, the fixed end) of the detent spring is attached to the second case, or [2] the base end portion of the detent spring is attached to the second case. After mounting on one case, it is conceivable to extend the tip of the detent spring (that is, the free end) from the mounting portion to the tip of the detent arm in the second case.
- each of the above-mentioned structures [1] and [2] has advantages and disadvantages. That is, in the case of [1], the detent spring and the detent arm, which are in an engaged state after the first and second cases are coupled, are in a non-engaged state before the two cases are coupled. For this reason, when joining the two cases, it is necessary to engage the detent spring and the detent arm by fumbling in a state where they cannot be sufficiently visually recognized from the outside, which has a disadvantage that the assembly workability is deteriorated.
- the present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a transmission device capable of solving the above-mentioned problems of a conventional structure at once with a simple structure.
- the present invention has a transmission case including at least the first and second cases to which they are detachably coupled to each other, and a transmission shaft that is rotatable in the transmission case. It is provided with a transmission mechanism housed in a case and a parking lock mechanism that can lock the transmission shaft at any time and is provided in the transmission case, so that the parking lock mechanism cannot rotate relative to the transmission shaft.
- a parking gear provided, a parking pole that can lock the parking gear by engaging with the parking gear, and a lock position that locks the parking pole with the parking gear and a lock that is released from the parking gear by being driven.
- the detent arm has a rotation fulcrum portion of the detent arm of the first. While it is located inside the case, the engaging portion between the detent arm and the detent spring is located inside the second case, and in the first case, from the mating surface of the first and second cases.
- the first feature is that a support protrusion is provided on the second case side, and the fixed end of the detent spring is attached to the support protrusion on the second case side of the mating surface. And.
- the support protrusion is composed of a support member separate from the first case, and the support member is fixed to the first case.
- the second feature is.
- the present invention has a third feature that the support member has a rod guide portion for guiding the movement of the rod.
- the rod in addition to any of the first to third features, extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation axis of the detent arm when viewed from a projection plane orthogonal to the transmission axis.
- the fourth feature is that the orthogonal springs are arranged so as to be overlapped with each other in the axial direction of the transmission shaft.
- the rotation fulcrum portion thereof is located in the first case, while the engagement portion with the detent spring is located in the second case, and the detent arm is located in the first case.
- the detent arm and the detent spring are collectively attached to the common first case, the engagement work between the two can be easily and accurately performed on the first case side before the first and second cases are connected, and the assembly is performed. Workability is good.
- the position of the fixed end of the detent spring is closer to the second case, the pushing bending force can be efficiently applied from the detent arm to the detent spring when the detent arm is rotated, so that the detent spring can be resisted. The operation torque for rotating the detent arm is reduced, and the operability of the detent arm is improved.
- the support protrusion for attaching the fixed end of the detent spring is composed of a support member separate from the first case, and the support member is retrofitted to the first case. Therefore, even if the support protrusion protrudes toward the second case side from the mating surface, the mating surface can be easily and accurately processed without being disturbed by the support protrusion.
- the support member since the support member has a rod guide portion for guiding the movement of the rod for moving the parking pole to the lock position / unlock position, the support for mounting the fixed end portion of the detent spring by raising it.
- the member is also used as a guiding means for the movement of the rod, which can contribute to the structural simplification of the device.
- the rod extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation axis of the detent arm when viewed from the projection plane orthogonal to the transmission axis, and overlaps with the detent spring in the axial direction of the transmission axis.
- the parking lock mechanism can be miniaturized in the direction of the rotation axis of the detent arm by the overlapping arrangement of the rods and the orthogonal springs.

- the height position of the base end portion 28b of the detent spring 28 is raised by the support member 40 as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 9A, and as in the comparative example shown in FIG. 9B.
- the arrangement posture of the detent spring 28 from the structure that is not raised. That is, in the structure of the embodiment, the detent spring 28 is in a posture substantially along the mating surface f, whereas in the structure of the comparative example, the detent spring 28 is relatively relative to the mating surface f from the base end to the tip end thereof. It becomes an inclined posture that stands up at a large angle.
- the angle formed by the virtual straight line Z connecting the starting point 28s and the center of the roller 42 is smaller at the angle ⁇ of the embodiment than at the angle ⁇ of the comparative example. Therefore, when the detent arm 26 exerts a pressing force F on the roller 42 in the normal direction during the rotation operation of the detent arm 26, the bending direction component force (that is, the virtual straight line Z) of the pressing force F with respect to the detent spring 28.
- the magnitude of the pressing force component in the direction orthogonal to the above is different between the embodiment and the comparative example. That is, the component force Fs of the embodiment becomes larger than the component force Fs ′ of the comparative example in relation to the difference between the angles ⁇ and ⁇ .
- the embodiment has the same pressing force F.
- a pushing and bending force can be applied to the detent spring 28 more efficiently. Therefore, the operating torque for rotating the detent arm 26 against the detent spring 28 is smaller in the embodiment than in the comparative example, so that the operability of the detent arm 26 is also better in the embodiment. Become.
- the angle ⁇ is 60 degrees or less. The reason is that as the angle ⁇ becomes larger, the bending direction component force Fs of the pressing force F with respect to the detent spring 28 becomes smaller, and the rotational operability of the detent arm 26 deteriorates.
- the support member 40 to which the base end portion 28b of the detent spring 28 of the present embodiment is attached and the first case 11 are separate parts, and are fixed to the first case 11 afterwards.
- the support member 40 before the assembly particularly the support member 40.
- the mating surface f can be easily and accurately machined without being disturbed by the support member 40 (that is, without the need for a device for avoiding interference between the support member 40 and the machining tool).
- the support member 40 of the present embodiment has a rod guide portion 40g that guides the axial movement of the rod 27 by penetrating the rod 27 in the axial direction.
- the support member 40 for raising and attaching the base end portion 28b of the detent spring 28 can also be used as a guiding means for the axial movement of the rod 27, which can contribute to the structural simplification of the device.
- the rod 27 of the present embodiment extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation axis X2 of the detent arm 26 when viewed from the projection plane (see FIG. 3) orthogonal to the input axis S1, and the detent spring 28 is an input shaft. They are arranged so as to overlap each other in the axial direction (that is, the left-right direction) of S1. According to this overlapping arrangement, the rod 27 and the detent spring 28 have a positional relationship in which most of them overlap each other when viewed from the projection plane, that is, a positional relationship in which the detent shaft 22 expands and expands in the axial direction. Therefore, it is advantageous in reducing the size of the parking lock mechanism 20 (particularly the interlocking mechanism I) in the direction along the rotation axis X2 of the detent arm 26.
- the support member 40 for supporting the detent spring 28 has a rod guide portion 40 g for penetrating the rod 27
- the support member It is no longer necessary to arrange the 40 adjacent to the rod 27 on one side (that is, the rear side) in the longitudinal direction of the rod. Therefore, it is also advantageous in reducing the size of the parking lock mechanism 20 (particularly the interlocking mechanism I) in the longitudinal direction of the rod.
- the support member 40 is a solid block body and has a structure having no rod guide portion 40g for penetrating the rod 27, the support member 40 and the rod 27 may interact with each other.
- the support member 40 has to be displaced to the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the rod 27 from the installation position of the embodiment, and only the deviation amount is required. There is an inconvenience that the interlocking mechanism I increases in size in the longitudinal direction of the rod 27.
- the input gear G1 and the parking gear 21 are attached to the input shaft S1 of the speed reducing device R as the transmission device, and the electric power is fixed adjacent to the transmission case 10 (that is, the second case 12) on the input shaft S1.
- the motor M is connected.
- the housing of the electric motor M is a general component around the input shaft S1 of the speed reducer R (for example, the input gear G1) when viewed from the projection plane orthogonal to the input shaft S1. It becomes larger in the radial direction of the input shaft S1 than.
- the second case 12 of the transmission case 10 has a design restriction for fixing the electric motor M adjacent to the second case 12, but in the embodiment, a part of the parking lock mechanism 20 is stretched in the second case 12. While it can be taken out to contribute to the miniaturization of the first case 11, most of the parking lock mechanism 20 is attached to the first case 11. Therefore, the portion of the second case 12 corresponding to the electric motor M is miniaturized as much as possible without impairing the above restrictions, which is advantageous in reducing the size of the transmission case 10 as a whole.
- the speed reducing device R in the vehicle power unit PU is shown as an example of the transmission device, but the transmission device may be a speed increasing device or a transmission device.
- the input shaft S1 of the speed reducing device R is shown as the transmission shaft subject to rotation regulation by the parking lock mechanism 20, but the transmission shaft is not limited to the input shaft and is at least a rotation shaft responsible for power transmission. All you need is.
- the rotation operation of the detent shaft 22 (hence, the detent arm 26) of the parking lock mechanism 20 is electrically performed by using the actuator 60 fixed to the transmission case 10.
- the actuator may be omitted, and instead, the detent shaft 22 may be mechanically interlocked and connected to the manual operation unit of the driver's seat, and the detent shaft 22 may be manually operated by the manual operation of the driver.
- the transmission case is divided into the first and second cases, but the transmission case may be divided into three or more cases, of which the first and second cases are divided.
- the structure of the present invention may be applied to the case.
- the rod 27 is shown to be not bent except for the base end portion 27a, but the rod may have a shape in which a portion other than the base end portion (for example, an intermediate portion) is bent.
