Description

无桩电动自行车租赁系统 技术领域
本发明涉及共享电动自行车,具体涉及无桩电动自行车租赁系统。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,共享经济逐步走进人们的视野,共享单车作为解决人们最后一公里的痛点占据着共享热潮的大半江山;近年来,共享电动车也逐渐出现在城市街头。
有些采用有桩式的,有桩式的便于管理,同时桩体兼顾充电的作用;但需要大量布设充电桩,占地面积大,且维护成本较高;有些共享电动自行车为无桩式的,但使用者任意停放,导致分布较分散,用户拿到的车辆往往电量不足,无法满足其使用;特别是针对电动自行车的可快速更换的电池,如何管理电池与电动自行车,成为共享的关键。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提出的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,通过电池包的配置,实现电池包输出一致,同时判定电池是否合规以解锁电动自行车;本发明构思巧妙,逻辑严谨,便于共享电动自行车领域推广应用。
本发明提供无桩电动自行车租赁系统,包括电动自行车、电池仓体、电池包租赁终端、电池包、云后台;其中,
所述电动自行车为无桩充电车辆,所述电池仓体电性连接电动自行车的驱动电机;所述电池仓体为壳体结构,其上部开设有用于放入可拆卸的电池包的敞口;
所述电池仓体内配置有电池包的接口、第一主控板、转换输出电路;其中,所述接口用以接插电池包;所述转换输出电路用以将电池包输出的电能转换成驱动电机的电能;所述电池仓体底部设有一电磁锁;所述电磁锁电连 接所述第一主控板;所述电磁锁向电动自行车后轮延伸,以使得电磁锁可锁定后轮;
所述电池包租赁终端上配置有显示屏、若干收纳电池包的电池仓、第二主控板、供电电路;其中,所述显示屏、所述电池仓、所述供电电路分别与所述第二主控板电性连接;所述显示屏用以供用户进行显示交互;所述供电电路连接外部市电与若干电池仓;
所述电池仓用以存放电池包,并给电池包充电;
所述电池包内配置有存储电能的结构、第三主控板;所述第三主控板用以与所述电池仓体、所述电池包租赁终端进行交互;所述第三主控板内配置有用于存储组别标识码与记录组别内电池包数量的数量信息码的存储介质;
所述云后台用以建立若干所述电池包租赁终端之间、所述电池包租赁终端与用户之间的连接通信;
所述电池包租赁终端通过所述云后台获取租赁订单以生成组别标识码与记录组别内电池包数量的第一数量,并将向租赁的一组电池包中写入后弹出该组电池包;该组电池包放置进所述电池仓体后,所述电池仓体核对该组电池包的组别标识码、组别内电池包数量信息码;当核对通过后,所述电磁锁解锁所述电动自行车后轮。
优选地,所述电池仓包括容纳仓、指示灯;其中,所述指示灯位于所述容纳仓正下方,以指示所述容纳仓内的电池包状态。
优选地,所述电池包租赁终端还包括光伏组件,所述光伏组件倾斜设置于所述电池包柜体背部。
优选地,所述电池包租赁终端通过4G、5G或RS485与云后台进行通信。
优选地,所述敞口处还配置有若干隔板,以形成若干容纳空间;一所述容纳空间内放置一电池包。
优选地,所述隔板的数量为五块,以形成六个独立的容纳空间。
优选地,所述电池仓体上表面配置有控制按键;所述控制按键电连接所述主控板,用以控制电池包接入电动自行车。
优选地,所述电池仓体上表面配置有用以控制所述电磁锁锁定或解锁的控制按键。
优选地,所述电池仓体还配置有锁定电池包的第一装置;所述第一装置用以在所述电磁锁在解锁状态时锁定电池包,并在所述电磁锁在锁定状态时解锁电池包。
优选地,所述第一装置为电动锁具或电动门。

下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。
无桩电动自行车租赁系统,如图1所示,包括电动自行车100、电池仓体200、电池包租赁终端、电池包400、云后台500;其中,
所述电动自行车100为无桩充电车辆,所述电池仓体200电性连接电动自行车100的驱动电机;所述电池仓体200为壳体结构,其上部开设有用于放入可拆卸的电池包400的敞口210;
所述电池仓体200内配置有电池包400的接口、第一主控板、转换输出电路;其中,所述接口用以接插电池包400;所述转换输出电路用以将电池包400输出的电能转换成驱动电机的电能;所述电池仓体200底部设有一电磁锁220;所述电磁锁220电连接所述第一主控板;所述电磁锁220向电动自行车100后轮延伸,以使得电磁锁220可锁定后轮;
所述电池包租赁终端上配置有显示屏320、若干收纳电池包400的电池仓310、第二主控板、供电电路;其中,所述显示屏320、所述电池仓310、所述供电电路分别与所述第二主控板电性连接;所述显示屏320用以供用户进行显示交互;所述供电电路连接外部市电与若干电池仓310;

所述电池包租赁终端通过所述云后台500获取租赁订单以生成组别标识码与记录组别内电池包数量的第一数量,并将向租赁的一组电池包400中写入后弹出该组电池包400;该组电池包400放置进所述电池仓体200后,所述电池仓体200核对该组电池包400的组别标识码、组别内电池包数量信息码;当核对通过后,所述电磁锁220解锁所述电动自行车100后轮。
在本实施例中,为避免不同电量的电池包400易出现拉低电能输出,电池包400被配置成仅充电完成后才被激活成可用状态,同时筛选充放电次数相同或相近的或者筛选电池包400内阻相同或相近的的电池包400组成一组,实现输出一致;在实际使用过程中,组别标识码与数量信息码用以确认电池包400成组使用,归化时,电池包租赁终端同样核对组别标识码与数量信息码,防止用户错拿或漏拿。
用户的移动终端通过云平台500可根据地址定位或者扫码建立与电池包租赁终端的连接,从而将租赁订单发送给电池包租赁终端;或者直接在电池包租赁终端进行操作建立租赁订单;应当理解,用户的移动终端可通过APP内账户或者扫码或人脸登入账户,不应对此造成理解上的不清楚或障碍。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,具有锁具的电池仓,包括安装于电动自行车100车座下部的电池仓体200;
所述电池仓体200电性连接电动自行车100的驱动电机;所述电池仓体200为壳体结构,其上部开设有用于放入可拆卸的电池包400的敞口210;
所述电池仓体200内配置有电池包400的接口、主控板、转换输出电路;其中,所述接口用以接插电池包400;所述转换输出电路用以将电池包400输出的电能转换成驱动电机的电能;所述主控板内配置有存储器、处理器以 及程序,其中所述程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置成由处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行无桩电动自行车的解锁方法;
所述电池仓体200底部设有一电磁锁220;所述电磁锁220电连接所述主控板;所述电磁锁220向电动自行车100后轮延伸,以使得电磁锁220可锁定后轮。
在一优选实施例中,所述敞口210处还配置有若干隔板,以形成若干容纳空间211;一所述容纳空间211内放置一电池包400。如图3所示,所述隔板的数量为五块,以形成六个独立的容纳空间211。
在一优选实施例中,如图2、图3所示所述电池仓体200上表面配置有控制按键230;所述控制按键230电连接所述主控板,用以控制电池包400接入电动自行车100。在一实施例中,所述电池仓体200上表面配置有用以控制所述电磁锁220锁定或解锁的控制按键230。在本实施例中,控制按键230数量可为多个,也可为一个,当配置成一个按键时,通过不同按键方式实现不同功能,例如长按为控制电池包400的接入或断开连接,短按为控制电磁锁220的锁定或解锁;
在一优选实施例中,所述电池仓体200还配置有锁定电池包400的第一装置;所述第一装置用以在所述电磁锁220在解锁状态时锁定电池包400,并在所述电磁锁220在锁定状态时解锁电池包400。优选地,所述第一装置为电动锁具或电动门;在本实施例中,第一装置被配置成:当电磁锁220在锁定状态,长按控制按键230进行断开电池包400与电池仓体200的连接时,先执行第一装置的解锁,解锁完成后,断开电池包400与电池仓体200的连接,此时可自由取走电池包400;当电池包400放入电池仓体200后,长按控制按键230,电池包400与电池仓体200的建立连接,建立连接后第一装置执行电池包400锁定。
实施例3
如图4-7所示,电池包租赁终端,包括电池包柜体300;所述电池包柜体300上配置有显示屏320、若干收纳电池包400的电池仓310、主控板、供电电路;在本实施例中,由于充电过程易产生大量的热量,电池包柜体300背部开设有若干通风槽340,用以对内部进行散热。
所述显示屏320、所述电池仓310、所述供电电路分别与所述主控板电性连接;所述显示屏320用以供用户进行显示交互;所述供电电路连接外部市电与若干电池仓310;
所述电池仓310用以存放电池包400,并给电池包400充电;
所述主控板内配置有存储器、处理器以及程序,其中所述程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置成由处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行无桩电动自行车的电池包分配方法。应当理解,在本实施例中,电池包租赁终端还包括无线通讯模块,用以与系统后台进行数据交互,实现与用户移动设备上APP的交互通信。市电通过供电电路接入并转化成可对电池包400进行充电的电流,在本实施例中,电池包400被配置成仅完成充电才可被使用,在充电状态中,电池包400的锁定状态值为“1”,即当前电池包不可用。
还应当理解,电池仓310可采用吸入式或者直接插接的方式,电池包400取出时可配置弹出机构,不应对此造成方案上的不理解或不清楚。
在一优选实施例中,如图5所示,所述电池仓310包括容纳仓311、指示灯312;其中,所述指示灯312位于所述容纳仓311正下方,以指示所述容纳仓311内的电池包400状态。其中,指示方式包括变换灯的颜色、变换亮灭状态、变换闪烁频率等。
在一优选实施例中,如图6所示,还包括光伏组件330,所述光伏组件330倾斜设置于所述电池包柜体300背部。光伏组件330发出的电量存储于蓄电池内,可供电池包租赁终端自身的显示屏320、无线通讯模块使用,从而避免市电对设备本身造成影响。
实施例3
如图8、图9所示,包括以下步骤:
无桩电动自行车的解锁方法,如图8所示,包括以下步骤:
S101、电动自行车100的电池仓体200内主控板上电初始化;
S201、检测电池仓体200内接口处连接的电池包400,并读取若干电池包400的数据;其中,所述数据包括组别标识码、组别内电池包数量信息码;
S301、判断各电池包400的组别标识码是否一致,并判断组别内电池包数量信息码与当前接入接口电池包400数量是否一致;
S401、若各电池包400的组别标识码一致,同时组别内电池包数量信息码与当前接入接口电池包400数量一致,则发送第一解锁指令,所述第一解锁指令用以配置电池仓体200的电磁锁220执行开锁动作。
在一优选实施例中,如图9所示,还包括步骤S501、检测电磁锁220是否完成开锁动作,若完成则发送第二锁定指令,所述第二锁定指令用以配置电池仓体200的第一装置锁定电池包。
在一优选实施例中,如图9所示,还包括步骤S502、检测电磁锁220是否处于锁定状态,若是,则等待取电指令,所述取电指令用以配置电池仓体200的第一装置解锁电池包。应当理解,第一解锁指令为电磁锁220执行的配置指令,第二锁定指令、取电指令为第一装置执行的配置指令;在本实施例中,仅作为区别而不作为任何顺序大小先后等限定,取电指令在本实施例中可配置为:长按控制按键230进行断开电池包400与电池仓体200的连接时,先执行的第一装置解锁指令。
实施例4
无桩电动自行车的电池包分配方法,如图10所示,包括以下步骤:
S111、获取租赁订单,电池包租赁终端获取电动自行车租赁订单信息,解析得到目的地地址;
S211、生成路线里程,根据当前电池包租赁终端位置与目的地地址生成行驶路径,得到行驶路径的路线里程值;
S311、电池包分配,判断所述路线里程值所属的数值范围区间,记为第一范围区间,并根据所述第一范围区间获取所述第一范围区间对应的电池包数量,记为第一数量,电池包租赁终端获取当前所有可用电池包的信息,筛选出第一数量的电池包充放电次数相同的作为本次租赁的电池包,并向租赁的电池包中写入第一数量与组别标识码,所述组别标识码用以唯一标识本次租赁的电池包的组别;
S411、弹出电池包,电池包租赁终端发送电池包取出指令,以将本次租赁的电池包部分弹出电池包租赁终端的仓体。
在一优选实施例中,如图11所示,还包括步骤S511、弹出指示,电池包租赁终端发送电池包的出仓的指示指令,以提醒用户出仓电池包的位置。
在一优选实施例中,如图12所示,还包括步骤S312、路径重规划,若第一数量大于当前所有可用电池包的数量,则电池包租赁终端获取所述行驶路径中途径的其他站点的电池包租赁终端,并折算各站点与当前站点之间的路径,判断当前所有可用电池包折算里程后所能达到的站点,并反馈至用户。在本实施例中,电池包租赁终端反馈至用户的方式包括本地显示终端显示或通过云端反馈至用户终端。其中,电池包租赁终端反馈的信息还包括所述路径中途径的站点的所有可用电池包数量。
在一优选实施例中,电池包租赁终端还可配置电池包的锁定状态值,所述锁定状态值用于判定当前电池包是否存在还未执行的订单,当电池包的锁定状态值为“1”时,则当前电池包不可用;当电池包的锁定状态值为“0”时,则前电池包可用。如图12所示,在本实施例中,可执行步骤S313、电池包租赁终端获取订单中所需的电池包的第二数量,并将第二数量的电池包的锁定状态值置位“1”。应当理解,第二数量来源于跨站订单,即当前被等待取出的电池包,可通过扫码或者验证码等方式等待用户到达后验证取出。
在一优选实施例中,所述锁定状态值配置有计时单元,所述计时单元用于对锁定状态值进行解锁置位,所述计时单元从所述锁定状态值被配置成锁定时进行倒计时,当倒计时结束时所述计时单元对锁定状态值进行解锁置位以解除锁定。如图12所示,在本实施例中,可执行步骤S314、电池包租赁终端获取计时单元倒计时值,当倒计时为零值时电池包租赁终端将该电池包的锁定状态值置位“0”。从而解除电池包被过度占用的情况。

  1. 无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:包括电动自行车(100)、电池仓体(200)、电池包租赁终端、电池包(400)、云后台(500);其中,
    所述电动自行车(100)为无桩充电车辆,所述电池仓体(200)电性连接电动自行车(100)的驱动电机;所述电池仓体(200)为壳体结构,其上部开设有用于放入可拆卸的电池包(400)的敞口(210);
    所述电池仓体(200)内配置有电池包(400)的接口、第一主控板、转换输出电路;其中,所述接口用以接插电池包(400);所述转换输出电路用以将电池包(400)输出的电能转换成驱动电机的电能;所述电池仓体(200)底部设有一电磁锁(220);所述电磁锁(220)电连接所述第一主控板;所述电磁锁(220)向电动自行车(100)后轮延伸,以使得电磁锁(220)可锁定后轮;
    所述电池包租赁终端上配置有显示屏(320)、若干收纳电池包(400)的电池仓(310)、第二主控板、供电电路;其中,所述显示屏(320)、所述电池仓(310)、所述供电电路分别与所述第二主控板电性连接;所述显示屏(320)用以供用户进行显示交互;所述供电电路连接外部市电与若干电池仓(310);所述电池仓(310)用以存放电池包(400),并给电池包(400)充电;
    所述电池包(400)内配置有存储电能的结构、第三主控板;所述第三主控板用以与所述电池仓体(200)、所述电池包租赁终端进行交互;所述第三主控板内配置有用于存储组别标识码与记录组别内电池包数量的数量信息码的存储介质;
    所述云后台(500)用以建立若干所述电池包租赁终端之间、所述电池包租赁终端与用户之间的连接通信;
    所述电池包租赁终端通过所述云后台(500)获取租赁订单以生成组别标识码与记录组别内电池包数量的第一数量,并将向租赁的一组电池包(400)中写入后弹出该组电池包(400);该组电池包(400)放置进所述电池仓体(200)后,所述电池仓体(200)核对该组电池包(400)的组别标识码、组别内电池包数量信息码;当核对通过后,所述电磁锁(220)解锁所述电动自行车(100)后轮。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:所述电池仓(310)包括容纳仓(311)、指示灯(312);其中,所述指示灯(312)位于所述容纳仓(311)正下方,以指示所述容纳仓(311)内的电池包(400)状态。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:所述电池包租赁终端还包括光伏组件(330),所述光伏组件(330)倾斜设置于所述电池包柜体(300)背部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:所述电池包租赁终端通过4G、5G或RS485与云后台(500)进行通信。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于,所述敞口(210)处还配置有若干隔板,以形成若干容纳空间(211);一所述容纳空间(211)内放置一电池包(400)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:所述隔板的数量为五块,以形成六个独立的容纳空间(211)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:所述电池仓体(200)上表面配置有控制按键(230);所述控制按键(230)电连接所述主控板,用以控制电池包(400)接入电动自行车(100)。
  8. 如权利要求1或7所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:所述电池仓体(200)上表面配置有用以控制所述电磁锁(220)锁定或解锁的控制按键(230)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的无桩电动自行车租赁系统,其特征在于:所述电池仓体(200)还配置有锁定电池包(400)的第一装置;所述第一装置用以在所述电磁锁(220)在解锁状态时锁定电池包(400),并在所述电磁锁(220)在锁定状态时解锁电池包(400)。
