适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋 技术领域
本发明涉及集装袋技术领域，具体为适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋。
背景技术
集装袋又称柔性集装袋、吨装袋、太空袋等，是集装单元器具的一种，配以起重机或叉车，就可以实现集装单元化运输，它适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料，集装袋是一种柔性运输包装容器，广泛用于食品、粮谷、医药、化工、矿产品等粉状、颗粒、块状物品的运输包装，发达的国家普遍使用集装袋做为运输、仓储的包装产品。
目前的集装袋在进行散状粉粒状物料搬运时，容易出现集装袋内部散状粉粒状物料漏出等问题，同时集装袋内部的散状粉粒状物料无法从集装袋顶部漏出的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对上述背景技术提出的不足，本发明提供了适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，解决了上述背景技术提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
本发明提供如下技术方案：适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，包括集装袋，所述集装袋一侧的顶部固定连接有L型条，且L型条的顶部固定连接有绳带，所述集装袋的顶部固定连接有连接带，所述连接带的底部固定连接有密封盖，所述密封盖的一侧固定连接有侧带，且侧带正面的底部固定连接有正魔术贴，所述密封盖底部的一侧固定安装有纽带，所述集装袋正面的顶部固定安装有按钮。
优选的，所述集装袋包括防粉层，所述防粉层的顶部固定连接有抗撕裂 层，且抗撕裂层的顶部固定连接有外层。
优选的，所述绳带的数量为四个，且四个绳带分别位于四个L型条的顶部，四个所述绳带的大小相同。
优选的，所述正魔术贴的数量为四个，且四个正魔术贴以两个为一组分别位于侧带的正面，四个所述正魔术贴分别与位于集装袋两侧的顶部反魔术贴相适配。
优选的，所述纽带的数量与按钮的数量均为两个，且两个纽带之间的间距值与两个按钮之间的间距值相等。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比，本发明提供了适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，具备以下有益效果：
1、该适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，通过密封盖、防粉层、抗撕裂层和外层之间的相互配合，便于更好的使集装袋具备一定的强度，从而解决了在进行散状粉粒状物料搬运时，容易出现集装袋内部散状粉粒状物料漏出等问题，提高了集装袋的质量。
2、该适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，通过侧带、正魔术贴、反魔术贴、纽带和按钮之间的相互配合，便于更好的将密封盖固定在集装袋的顶部，从而解决了集装袋内部的散状粉粒状物料无法从集装袋的顶部漏出，提高了对密封盖的限定。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示，适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，包括集装袋1，集装袋1一侧的顶部固定连接有L型条2，且L型条2的顶部固定连接有绳带3，集装袋1的顶部固定连接有连接带4，连接带4的底部固定连接有密封盖5，密封盖5的一侧固定连接有侧带6，且侧带6正面的底部固定连接有正魔术贴7，密封盖5底部的一侧固定安装有纽带8，如图2所示，集装袋1正面的顶部固定安装有按钮9。
如图4所示，其中，集装袋1包括防粉层11，防粉层11的顶部固定连接有抗撕裂层12，且抗撕裂层12的顶部固定连接有外层13，便于更好使集装袋具备一定的强度。
其中，绳带3的数量为四个，且四个绳带3分别位于四个L型条2的顶部，四个绳带3的大小相同。
其中，正魔术贴7的数量为四个，且四个正魔术贴7以两个为一组分别位于侧带6的正面，四个正魔术贴7分别与位于集装袋1两侧的顶部反魔术贴相适配。
其中，纽带8的数量与按钮9的数量均为两个，且两个纽带8之间的间距值与两个按钮9之间的间距值相等，便于更好的将密封盖5固定在集装袋1的顶部。
工作时，首先将散装粉粒物料倒入集装袋1的内部，然后将密封盖5盖 上并分别将两个纽带8与两个按钮9扣上，接着将两个侧带6上的正魔术贴7分别与集装袋1两侧的反魔术贴闭合在一起，确保密封盖5固定在集装袋1的顶部，最后工作人员使用工具将集装袋1进行搬运。

  1. 适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，包括集装袋(1)，其特征在于：所述集装袋(1)一侧的顶部固定连接有L型条(2)，且L型条(2)的顶部固定连接有绳带(3)，所述集装袋(1)的顶部固定连接有连接带(4)，所述连接带(4)的底部固定连接有密封盖(5)，所述密封盖(5)的一侧固定连接有侧带(6)，且侧带(6)正面的底部固定连接有正魔术贴(7)，所述密封盖(5)底部的一侧固定安装有纽带(8)，所述集装袋(1)正面的顶部固定安装有按钮(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，其特征在于：所述集装袋(1)包括防粉层(11)，所述防粉层(11)的顶部固定连接有抗撕裂层(12)，且抗撕裂层(12)的顶部固定连接有外层(13)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，其特征在于：所述绳带(3)的数量为四个，且四个绳带(3)分别位于四个L型条(2)的顶部，四个所述绳带(3)的大小相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，其特征在于：所述正魔术贴(7)的数量为四个，且四个正魔术贴(7)以两个为一组分别位于侧带(6)的正面，四个所述正魔术贴(7)分别与位于集装袋(1)两侧的顶部反魔术贴相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于装运大宗散状粉粒状物料的集装袋，其特征在于：所述纽带(8)的数量与按钮(9)的数量均为两个，且两个纽带(8)之间的间距值与两个按钮(9)之间的间距值相等。
