- a unit 21 is provided.
- the silver crystal unit 15 discharges the silver ionized water generated by immersing the introduced water in the silver crystal 29 downward from the second opening 21.
- the second opening 21 is arranged so as not to be vertically below the first opening 20, and is configured so that the opening area is larger than that of the first opening 20.
- the first opening 20 is arranged on the end side of the storage case lid 19 from substantially the center, and a part thereof overlaps with the second opening 21.
- the storage case bottom surface 28 of the storage case 18 is formed so as to be inclined downward. As a result, the silver crystal 29 inside moves downward due to its own weight, and tends to accumulate at the lower part of the slope.
- the first opening 20 and the second opening 21 are integrally molded with the water passing member 27 by insert molding so that the opening portion is covered by the water passing member 27.
- the water flow member 27 is made of a material different from that of the storage case 18, and is formed in a mesh shape so that the mesh size is about 100 mesh.
- the water passage member 27 allows water to pass through and does not allow the silver crystal 29 having a certain size or larger to pass through. Further, the silver crystal 29 gradually becomes smaller as it dissolves in water, and the grains of the silver crystal 29 dissolved to a size that allows the water passage member 27 to pass through the eyes are not visible to the user.
- the user opens the lid 6 to put clothes into the washing / dehydrating tub 3, operates the operation display unit 31 to set the operation content, and causes the control device 7 to start the washing operation.
- the user puts an amount of powder detergent or liquid detergent according to the amount of clothes into the detergent case 9.
- the control device 7 opens the first water supply valve 81 and the water supply port 8a for the powder detergent inlet and the water inlet 8b for the liquid detergent inlet to water the water injection device 11.
- the water injection device 11 injects water into the powder detergent charging section 9a and the liquid detergent charging section 9b via the detergent nozzle 13a and the liquid detergent nozzle 13b of the detergent nozzle 13.
- the detergent in the detergent case 9 is dissolved in water, discharged to the detergent case accommodating portion 12, and put into the water tank 4 and the washing / dehydrating tank 3 together with water.
- the control device 7 closes the first water supply valve 81 and the clothes housed in the washing / dehydrating tank 3 are stirred by the pulsator 5 to wash and stir.
- the washing process is complete, the rinsing process begins.
- the first rinsing operation started.
- the first rinsing operation may be performed a plurality of times.
- the first water supply valve 81 and the first water supply valve 81 and the water supply valve 81 and the empty powder detergent input part 9a and the liquid detergent input part 9b are filled with water, and water containing no softener and silver ions is washed and removed from the water tank 4.
- the pulsator 5 starts stirring the clothes to wash away the detergent components adhering to the clothes.
- the second water supply valve 82 is opened to supply water to the softener nozzle 14 and the silver crystal nozzle 10 in order for the water injection device 11 to supply water to the softener charging section 9c and the silver crystal unit accommodating section 16.
- the water discharged downward from the softener nozzle 14 dissolves the softener charged into the softener charging unit 9c, is carried by the siphon structure 30b, and is discharged to the detergent case accommodating unit 12.
- the water discharged downward from the silver crystal nozzle 10 passes through the silver crystal unit 15 to become silver ion water, which is discharged to the detergent case accommodating portion 12.
- the water containing the softener and silver ions discharged into the detergent case accommodating portion 12 is charged into the water tank 4 and the washing / dehydrating tank 3.
- the pulsator 5 starts stirring the garment to attach the softener and silver ions to the garment.
- the rinsing process is completed as soon as the final rinsing operation is completed.
- silver ions are cations, they have the property of easily adhering to general clothing containing a negatively polarized molecular structure.
- the detergent containing the anionic surfactant is added at the same time, the amount of silver ions adhering to the clothes is reduced because the interaction between the silver ions and the anionic surfactant acts.
- FIG. 10 is a schematic view showing the flow of water flowing into the silver crystal unit in the vertical cross section around the detergent case of the washing machine according to the first embodiment.
- FIG. 11 is a schematic view showing the flow of water flowing into the silver crystal unit in the cross section around the detergent case of the washing machine according to the first embodiment.
- the second water supply valve 82 When the second water supply valve 82 is opened, water is introduced into the water injection device 11.
- the water introduced into the water injection device 11 is discharged downward from the first nozzle 10a and the second nozzle 10b, which are the silver crystal nozzles 10, and is supplied to the silver crystal unit 15 through the water passing member 27.
- the silver crystal nozzle 10 is formed as a hole having a small diameter.
- the water discharged from the pores gradually widens as the distance from the pores increases.
- the silver crystal unit 15 is configured so that the distance between the water passage member 27 and the silver crystal nozzle 10 is close (about 5 mm). As a result, the water discharged from the silver crystal nozzle 10 reaches the water flow member 27 earlier than the width of the water flow widens. The narrow water flow can be efficiently supplied into the silver crystal unit 15 through the fine mesh of the water passage member 27 without colliding with the water passage member 27 and scattering to the surroundings.
- the water injected from the first nozzle 10a having a large diameter and the second nozzle 10b having a small diameter collides with the silver crystal 29 in the storage case 18 to form a turbulent flow, and the silver crystal 29 Wet evenly and become silver ion water. In this way, since the entire silver crystal 29 is uniformly exposed to water each time water is injected, the concentration of silver ionized water can be kept constant in each washing operation.
- the silver crystal 29 is moved inside the storage case 18 by a stream of water. As a result, the silver crystal 29 comes into even contact with water and rubs against other silver crystal 29 grains or the inner wall of the storage case 18 to quickly dissolve in water. In this way, by filling the storage case 18 with the granular silver crystals 29 so as to have a gap between the silver crystals 29, the silver crystals 29 are evenly immersed in water.
